We recently rented a storage unit at Security Public Storage and the experience was stress-free and easy to get going. Craig and Sue took their time answering our questions and they made sure we rented the appropriate unit based on our needs. The facility is easy to access, it's always clean, well lit, and insurance is included in the monthly fee! The only thing I wish were different would be holiday accessibility; Security Public Storage is closed on major holidays and although most people do not want to spend their holidays moving, sometimes having that holiday (or day off of work) comes in handy when you need to move in/out or enlist help from others. My family has 2 storage units there, and the facility is very clean, climate controlled and feels safe and secure. They offer free use of a moving van when you sign up, and we always have access to dollies and hand trucks when we bring items to our units. Moving in, moving out, getting a pro-rated bill for the last month - it was all painless and even pleasant. Everyone working up front was a delight to work with. We took advantage of their complementary truck to move in. I think it's standard to get half off the first month if you look around (Yelp coupon included). This storage facility is Top Notch! The building is spotless and the owners want to keep it that way. Sue and Craig are The BEST! When they heard we were moving, but needed storage, they identified our needs and reserved the space for us. Each time we went to their store, they helped us decide what we needed; from bubble wrap to different sized boxes, to tape, etc. When we rented our space, they explained and demonstrated all we needed to know. What I like the most is their focus on their customers. They watch how the different moving staff treat customers' belongings and provide feedback to the customer and the moving company, if needed. What a quick and great experience. Started searching storage units in Ashburn Friday afternoon . Came across Security Public Storage. The location was right close to One Loudoun and the price was right. Within in 5 minutes After filing out an online request I had my 5x10 unit. A couple hours later truck loaded with storage items I was in the office signing a few more papers and picking up 2 keys for the unit.
