my first time seeing the store it felt like I was stepping into an anime the aesthetic is vary quaint in welcoming. The service is very friendly and opening while being quick enough that you don't feel like your waiting for over 10 minutes for one drink (be mindful tho, it does get very busy from time to time). The store has a few claw machine that make it feel like you have to stand in a corner while you wait for your order and it's a fun activity for keeping any children calm while they wait for there own food or drinks, and speaking of the food, there chicken is very nicely cooked keeping moist while also crunchier then any other chicken I've had before. there selections for drinks is almost 100% customizable so you can really make the perfect boba drink for yourself and those around you. Cute shop inside of Factoria mall offering drinks and Taiwanese street foods. I got the red bean egg waffle and the rose milk tea with mochi and enjoyed it. The egg waffle was crispy on the edges and chewy and soft in the inside, and I liked how there were real red beans inside. The egg waffle is definitely on the plainer/less sweet side though so if you're a sweet tooth I definitely recommend getting the dipping sauce with it. Meanwhile the rose milk tea was very fragrant and refreshing. The rose taste is strong and is perfect for someone craving that floral taste. It is quite sweet though so I would recommend getting at least 50% if not 30% sugar. The cloud mochi was the perfect topping and I liked its texture. I came here around 3pm on a Monday. You order off a kiosk machine. The store has a few seats, perfect for me to get some work done while I enjoyed the Rose Milk Tea which was delicious! The staff is friendly. The store has all kinds of cute plushy toys that you can purchase as well as some claw machines. This is a preliminary review for one drink only. They seem to be promising with snack items that could be good. I am optimistically giving them 3 stars despite not liking my drink. This bubble tea shop is cutesy with a theme color that leverages Tiffany's. The shop sells craft kits and cute dolls that distracted me enough that I forgot to take a photo of my drink. The staff was busy with the after-dinner mall wanderers. Many shops are closed (past 7pm), and they did a great job taking advantage of this bored crowd with next-to-nothing to see. (If you know Factoria Mall, you know what I mean.) Red Bean Milkshake, $6.75 - 2 Stars This is a very bland, watery red bean milkshake. I have had much, much better red bean shakes in the past (try Seattle Best Tea). The thickness of this drink didn't measure up to being a milkshake or a smoothie. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #94 I used to have a T4 within walking distance of where I lived. It wasn't my store of choice for boba, but whenever we had friends over who wanted both drinks and fried snacks, it was a great place to hang out, especially given the ample seating. I certainly wasn't expecting to see a location open up in Bellevue! This particular store, at Factoria, doesn't have quite the same atmosphere, given that it's in a busy mall. But the decor is the same and the menu looks somewhat familiar. There are two large kiosks right in front for ordering. Unfortunately the employees are so busy in the back making boba that they aren't available for questions (and I had several to ask). I do like how the kiosks show how many drinks are in the queue and the estimated wait time. For us, it stated 15 drinks and 6 minutes. It actually took 8 minutes so I guess it's pretty accurate. Soy Milk Tea, 30% Ice, 50% Sugar w/ Boba ($6.70) - The tea is actually quite strong in this drink, tasting deeply woody and earthy with quite a bit of smoky charcoal notes, which reminds me of a strong lapsong souchang. It's dark in color even after mixing with the soymilk and is a pretty thin and watery drink rather than being rich and thick in mouthfeel. The sweetness level, recommended at half, is not too sweet at all. Compared to many other boba shops, it's probably actually around 25% sweet (I'm guessing this only applies to the soy milk drinks since some other reviews state the drinks are actually on the sweet side at 50%). The boba isn't great however. The pearls are quite firm so they don't have a great chew or bounce. They are marinated decently, however, leaving the exterior softly disintegrating and sweet. Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 I'm actually surprised that the tea flavor was so good since my experience with the other T4 location wasn't nearly as good. Unfortunately the boba isn't the best. I guess T4 is a good choice if I find myself shopping at the T&T next door again (doubtful given that the Lynnwood location will be opening up next month!). T4 is a needed and nice addition in the Factoria mall as surprisingly, there was no boba spot here before. I was glad to learn of T4 opening in the area, especially since it's a busy shopping area and neighborhood. I ordered the mango jasmine tea and added coconut jelly, which was solid. I was able to order and pay on the touchscreen and customize the amount of ice and sugar I wanted. The order didn't take long at all to make on a Sunday afternoon. There were a few patrons sitting inside as there are a few tables and chairs here. The menu is large, with a lot to choose from. Whatever kind of boba or tea you're craving, they likely have it. Pretty cool to have a T4 in Washington! I wouldn't say they're that well known but wouldn't be surprised if there's a decent following. I hadn't heard of them until I interned in the bay area and they were pretty common. That, combined with being in convenient locations, made me stop by every so often. Their tea is pretty good. Located in the mall by Factoria, there's plenty of parking, but it does get packed with T&T in the same area. Grocery shopping and getting boba is a great combo though. There are two machines to order from and they also sell some blind box items. Washroom available for the entire mall right next to T4. Felt a little slow, so expect a bit of a wait compared to other spots. Roasted Oolong Milk Tea w/ Mixed Pearl - I was expecting the mixed pearl to be regular boba and amber boba but it's a triple threat with the baby boba! Getting to try a variety is always nice. Regular boba was good, had a solid chew and actual flavor. Amber boba was new to me but was squishier and more fun to chew with a fantastic bounce. Almost like boba made in house elsewhere (so possibly made in house here). Unfortunately the tea was just okay. There wasn't a solid roast flavor and was more of a black tea base rather than oolong which means the tea was oxidized too much, or I got the wrong tea. read more

I came here inside Factoria Mall to have lunch. The inside is literally a light blue color with a simple and clean feel and blind boxes displayed around, and there's three tables to sit at inside if you do decide to dine in. It feels like a cute European cafe inside that's been cleaned daily. For ordering, you may either do so at the kiosk up front or order up at the counter. Servers will ask the same questions as shown on the kiosk in terms of ice levels, sweetness and toppings, so you won't miss out ordering either way. If you want boba in your drinks, you'll have to wait until around 12:45pm if you do come to get stuff before then. I got their royal fresh milk tea (30% ice, 50% sweetness, boba) and basil popcorn chicken (mild spicy). Together, they balanced each other; one was really salty and a little spicy but as expected of popcorn chicken, and the other was slightly watered down for 50% but oddly worked well. Tea is fresh and boba is average but relatively chewy. Popcorn chicken was definitely mildly spicy, though there was hardly any basil inside to be considered basil popcorn chicken. Everything I got was still quite enjoyable and I waited about 10 or so minutes to get my order. Servers were also really friendly. There's the jadelite royal tea and other specialty drinks I wanna give a try when I make another visit to Factoria Mall in the future. read more

We decided to go and try this out! They just opened yesterday! They have many things on their menu but I decided on the boba cake milk tea (80% sweet). The lady did say it was on the sweeter side but when I tasted the 80% I actually wish I went with the regular sweet. She was really nice and explained the history of the brand, along with explaining each drink! They have hot items as well, such as curly fries, and popcorn chicken, etc. It is located in the factoria mall! I'd come back here again to try other drinks. Next time I'd go with regular sweetness. Really great drinks! I love their mochi cloud drink! Very different, and unique cloud foam with mochi texture. Definitely a must get when you're in factoria mall. If there are lines, the wait to be longer than what you want to wait for bbtea. But indefinitely a diamond in the rough if there is no lines. Highly recommend trying. Only downside was that the place is a bit run down. And the floors are super sticky. Get my bbtea to go, and walk around target or T&T! read more

this spot in the mall has been a rotating bubble tea spot for a long LOONG time - every time the spot shuts down because the drinks are mid. I fear this may happen again... it is cuter than all the other shops that have been in this space, but this is much much lower in quality compared to the spots in downtown Bellevue. T4 has a larger variety of drink types compared to previous shops here but the quality continues to be mediocre. It took us 15 minutes to receive our drinks on a Saturday afternoon when it was moderately busy. They also have other snacks and they took around 20 minutes to come out. My favorite item here is definitely their stinky tofu, so flavorful and authentic! Their basil popcorn chicken is also really good, though I personally wish it was just a little bit crispier. My husband loved their bento box, and overall the flavors reminded us so much of Taiwan. We visited Taiwan twice in 2023 and 2024, and honestly, their street food style dishes here aren't far from the real thing. We also ordered drinks but forgot to take photos. I got the Honey Grass Jelly, and my husband had the drink that comes with his bento box (we forgot what he ordered ). Both were refreshing. The service is great, and they communicate with us clearly, even letting us know if we were missing anything in our order. The ambiance is very quiet since it's inside Factoria Mall, which makes the dining experience calm and relaxing. Overall, we definitely want to come back again whenever we're in the area and try more of their street food menu. This a pretty convenient and cute store. It is located next to Dim Sum Factory and T&T. I ordered the cake milk tea and it was delicious. The tea flavor was really smooth with no powdery taste and the boba was the right consistency. I wish there was more cake cream in it. I had a feeling the sweetness levels here are high since I got mines 30% sweet but it was still sweet more like a normal 75%. It was also very decently priced. It's been ridiculously hot outside. The manager or owner talked to me and was very nice and welcoming. The peach smoothie literally tasted like I was biting into a peach, completely natural taste. So if you like highly sugary stuff, this isn't the pick for you. The shop is tiny and very kawaii with these blind boxes of the 'Nanci' doll making it feel like a legit little gachapon place. This T4 location really wasn't operating at the right frequency. The staff seemed distracted, like their minds were somewhere else. It wasn't even busy, but it took what felt like an eternity to get a couple of simple milk teas. My order was as basic as it gets: less ice, no toppings. Somehow, I still got a cup full of ice. I wasn't the only one, either. Customers before and after me had issues with their orders, too. This isn't complicated. Train your staff better. Read the labels--that's why they're there. Pay attention to what people are ordering. If you want your business to succeed, you have to do better, especially in a competitive market where there are plenty of tea spots that get it right. I hope to see better reviews in the future, because right now, this isn't worth coming back to. read more
