Very good hojicha latte and tasty little eggnog cream puff! Friendly service and cute little crafting vibes inside. Very cozy and warm.

What a cute spot! This is a great little cafe to grab some coffee or tea and then chill with a book or fiber arts project. The cafe is decorated with different art project (that you can also purchase) and sells some fiber arts supplies like yarn. There's not much seating on the first floor, you have to go upstairs to the main seating area.

Yes if you want good coffee and a quiet space to chill. No if you think it will also be a yarn store, or you want a large selection of pastries/food.

Great coffee and cute upstairs! Looks like they have craft events here. They don't charge extra for oat milk either =)

They sell themselves around being a holiday themed shop which isn't a bad thing, but when it's not the holiday season, the charm feels almost mismatched. All that to say, I love the idea, the space, and the vibes here but have often looked past it because of my perception with the branding. However, I will say their menu is great and the holiday joy is more of a supplement rather than a cover up or gimmick. I would comfortably visit Jollidaze for their drinks and get a working session. Wifi available, washroom (restrooms) available, and outlets available. Ube Phe Latte - rich, creamy, ube foam on top of a strong ca phe! There's also some ube milk, so a three layered drink. Both parts of ube were nutty, sweet, and paired with the ca phe amazingly. Strong Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk always hits but the ube mixture is a cherry on top. Up there with the other ube coffees around. Strawberry Matcha - honestly a simple no frills strawberry matcha. Smoothly whisked matcha, lightly sweetened strawberry puree, and a cup to be mixed in. Maybe more jam than other spots, which can help sweeten the drink and add some texture (chewiness), so might have to say above average.

As we entered, my daughters were excitedly yelling "Grinch." Throughout my order, the employee maintained a visibly displeased demeanor. Once I had paid, she rudely stated that "they need to keep it down because people are working." If a business does not welcome excited children, perhaps it is better suited as an adult-only space. When a child is not causing harm to themselves or others, there is no reason to ask them to be silent. It is especially important to recognize that children on the spectrum express themselves differently, and they deserve to be able to exist freely without judgment.

I've seen a few yelp reviews say this place is a little ummmm pretentious or overhyped, well yes they don't do customizations and they really don't want you on your phones when you order but honestly, their drinks are just worth it I always order their Wiener Schokolade in the smallest size and that's only because I do like the strong taste of the coffee when its smaller and don't want to over indulge (it does get sweeter when you order the larger sizes, and remember what I said about no customization) We also had a croissant, it was fine as an accompaniment but nothing amazing.

Now look I'm not docking points because a) The guys there were trying so hard to keep people happy in an impossible position. b) On their menu (online) it said a lot of things were sold out, I had just assumed that they meant their whole cakes, not that their café was no longer functioning lol, my bad So now you know. I tried the Mango Hokkaido milk ice cream along with the fromage cheesecake, and both were definitely tasty. The flavors are authentic and the texture of the cheesecake is as smooth as expected. However, the overall experience felt subpar for a few reasons. The pricing is quite high, and while the food is good, it does not feel like the quality fully justifies the cost. Additionally, the staff members were a bit rude and did not provide a welcoming atmosphere. While the treats are enjoyable, the combination of high prices and lackluster service makes it hard to give a higher rating.
