Bev Menu & Retail Intel (4/25/26)

I first experienced Orange Goose Coffee as a Hawaiian and Korean inspired pop up with Hayu Pastry back on 2/8/25, despite its inception back in 4/20/24. The experience stuck with me because it was a hosted in a street level community spot of a residential building. It felt like I had crashed an intimate get together in someone's living room. Plus the coffee and dessert were spot on. Fast forward to earlier this afternoon (4/25/26), snagged a great parking spot nearby, and checked out their transition from pop up to an indie brick and mortar. The cafe is located at a bright corner spot at 2 W Roy Street in lower Queen Anne by the Counterbalance (Queen Anne Ave N). Wood touches, exposed ceiling beams, wall art and well positioned framed prints and photos with plants. Retail shelves featured items from several artists. The music played overhead was enjoyable. There's a communal table, as well as, a banquette along one wall with pillows & cushions and individual attached round tables. Bev menu included the usual espresso choices, quality Rishi Teas from MKE, and signature drinks. Baked goods are from Pastry Mitten, another indie located over in First Hill/Seattle University. I decided to try a large iced Smokey The Bear: espresso, toasted cardamom honey syrup and whole milk. I had followed a car yesterday that had a Smokey The Bear sticker foretelling this visit, I digress. First counter person took my order and then another person crafted my bev. I recognized him as one of the owners from over a year ago. They also used a fascinating gadget that added a smoky nuance. The folks onsite were having convos, reading, writing, or phone scrolling. Not a laptop in sight during my 45 minute visit. Follow them on IG for updates and current retail hours (@orangegoosecoffee). Enjoyable and definitely recommended!

This place was so cute! They have a bunch of local vendors with a variety of knick knacks you can buy displayed around. There's tons of plants and unique seating options to stay and work or read and good natural light. The menu has a variety drinks and a few small bakery items. The servers are very kind and efficient too. Overall this place is cute and quirky with a bright and welcoming local vibe.

The customer service here was so so. The Do Ube latte was really good however it was kinda pricey. They don't mix the Ube in the Do Ube drink so be forewarned. The space is small yet very cute and a little cozy. Overall, I'd come back here to try their other drinks and I recommend this coffee shop if you're ever in lower Queen Anne.

Such a lovely spot! Great food, great coffee, and fantastic service. I loved all of the art from local artists that was for sale and the goose decorations were very cute. We ordered a triple shot 12 oz latte, the speciality vanilla latte, the red bean cube donut, and hojicha cake, all of which were delicious. I was very impressed all around and will definitely be coming back soon!

So cute so good.cute crafts to shop big open space to chill and delicious coffee would go back again

Immaculate vibes, cute local crafts, and the best ube latte I've had in the city.

There was a small entrance fee for dogs, and they checked that our dog had up to date vaccinations. When we were there were several dogs there including Coby and the owner of the establishment. All the dogs and owners were friendly. There is a sectioned off cafe where you can order from the dog area via app or could cross over and order. They had different coffee and tea drinks, we didn't try their pastries. We did however order the homemade pet treats that our dog liked. The staff were also friendly and helpful, showing first timers how the cafe worked. The dog area is a pretty decent sized space and the tables have some space. We were in town for a visit but next time we're in Seattle we intend to come back.

Chill, creative, and perfect for a solo work sesh or catch-up with friends. I tried their signature 'The Good Egg Breakfast Sandwich' with bacon, egg, cheddar, provolone, roasted garlic aioli, tomato jam and arugula. I also had a mushroom super boosted cappuccino with their "Brainwash" add in and loved the earthy, smooth flavors -- no weird aftertaste, just pure comfort in a cup. It's crafted from a blend of Reishi, Chaga, Lions Mane and Cordyseps - Reishi helps with stress and sleep, Chaga boosts immunity and fights inflammation, Lion's Mane supports focus and memory, and Cordyceps increases energy and endurance. There are varieties that you can add to your daily coffee or smoothie or even to teas and juices. They sell themselves around being a holiday themed shop which isn't a bad thing, but when it's not the holiday season, the charm feels almost mismatched. All that to say, I love the idea, the space, and the vibes here but have often looked past it because of my perception with the branding. However, I will say their menu is great and the holiday joy is more of a supplement rather than a cover up or gimmick. I would comfortably visit Jollidaze for their drinks and get a working session. Wifi available, washroom (restrooms) available, and outlets available. Ube Phe Latte - rich, creamy, ube foam on top of a strong ca phe! There's also some ube milk, so a three layered drink. Both parts of ube were nutty, sweet, and paired with the ca phe amazingly. Strong Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk always hits but the ube mixture is a cherry on top. Up there with the other ube coffees around. Strawberry Matcha - honestly a simple no frills strawberry matcha. Smoothly whisked matcha, lightly sweetened strawberry puree, and a cup to be mixed in. Maybe more jam than other spots, which can help sweeten the drink and add some texture (chewiness), so might have to say above average.
