From the moment I walked in, Siman and Dom took the time to understand my needs, explain my options clearly, and help me upgrade my phones without any pressure or sales gimmicks. There was no bull, no unnecessary upselling, and no attempt to steer me toward products or services I didn't need. Instead, they focused on creating a true win-win experience. Their product knowledge was exceptional, and they helped me maximize the value of my upgrade by ensuring I benefited from promotions that included an Android smartwatch and a Harman Kardon portable Bluetooth speaker. More importantly, they patiently answered every question and made sure I fully understood my options before making any decisions. What stood out most was their professionalism, honesty, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Siman clearly leads by example, and Dom is developing into an outstanding representative under his mentorship. Together, they represent the kind of team that builds long-term customer loyalty and trust. As a customer, I left feeling respected, informed, and confident that I had received the best possible service. That is not something I say lightly. If you're a T-Mobile customer looking for a seamless, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable experience, I highly recommend seeking out Siman R. and Dom L. at the Ontario Mills T-Mobile store. They have earned my highest recommendation and a well-deserved five-star rating. Outstanding job, gentlemen. Thank you for proving that exceptional customer service is still alive and well. We ended up having to order our phone, and the experience was great right from the beginning thanks to him. When our phone arrived, we came back in and were greeted by Joseph, who was just as exceptional. There was a line of customers ahead of us, and he made sure to let us know right away that there would be about a 30-minute wait, which we really appreciated. The poor guy was running back and forth like Speedy Gonzalez, helping everyone as efficiently as possible! Despite how busy it was, when it was finally our turn, he never rushed us. I visited another Verizon store in OC, but I was not an authorized user, so they couldn't assist me. Completely understandable as they were simply following their guidelines. Ended up in this Verizon store with my mom. This store is located in the Colonies. Finding a parking spot can be difficult since it's always busy. They have a large open space. It's nice, clean, and bright. I suggest more seating for customers while they're waiting. Possibly a couch, chairs, or ottomans? It wasn't too busy when we visited around 15:00. Just like any other Verizon store, there are only a few representatives. Thank you Gisselle for assisting us during the most stressful time! She was very knowledgeable about everything. She gave us multiple solutions and alternatives with thorough explanations. We were able to find a solution in under 2 hours. Heads up, if you have an iPhone 13/Pro then you might experience spotty cellular network or SOS because the new iOS, long story short, sucks. Eventually this iOS won't be compatible with iPhone 13s, so you'll be forced to upgrade. I ended up with a new iPhone, no deals, but I was able to trade in.

He presented me a variety of options. He was very patient with all of my questions. I did not feel any pressure at all. Neither did I feel that they were upselling me. 5 lines were ported smoothly from ATT. We are now taking advantage of the Verizon network and we are very pleased with their customer service. She looked at my account and said there was nothing I could do, met with me for 2 minutes even though I was there with an appointment to come in. After my appointment I just went home and looked at my account myself. I saw there is a teacher discount I never knew about and got that, also was able to remove some things I didn't need. Brought my bill down $50 a month. I'm still looking at other providers because going to Verizon to get help is impossible now, their workers are terrible. Do better Upland Verizon, hire people that can at least pretend to care.
