    I went in today to check out the iPhone 15 pro max. Wow, it was made with titanium and looked so sleek. My iPhone 12 still works great, so I decided not to upgrade yet. The sales reps were nice. I walked in and they welcomed me. They asked what I needed help with and if I wanted to be put on the waitlist. I declined and told them that I was just looking. The people standing next to me were complaining that they were waiting a long time. I asked if they had put their name on the waitlist and they did. They said they waited at least a half hour.

    It's Tuesday!! Have you been to this location at Market City Shopping Center!?! It's the friendliest well personally I've never had problems at any location but literally as you open the door they immediately greet you with a genuine smile even when they're busy it's just a warm greet I consistently receive. Knock wood I basically never have issues...only lose my phone *sob!* though today is Tuesday and what do we get...deals!!! One of the perks I never really told advantage of until about a year ago but the app is needed to enjoy it all. Getting here at Market City Shopping Center is east as they have multiple entrances though they are located on the upper level and parking can get filled though with patience and timing it's not very hard to find. Free T-Mobile tumbler it was and with a simple click I got something to help me keep cool for the summer. Thank you!

    Free Selfie Light from T-Mobile Tuesdays... Before lunch in Kapahulu, I stopped by this location of T-Mobile because it was on the way and it has a free shared parking lot. Located at Market City Shopping Center, I had passed by this shop because I had lunch at EARL a couple of doors down. I found the offer on my phone app, clicked on it, and the friendly associate at the door handed me a Selfie Light! Yay! Thanks for being prepared and giving out the freebie so quickly and without hassles! I was on time for lunch nearby!

    We drove from Kahala to Market City's T-Mobile to be serviced properly. Immediately upon entering store, Daniel checks us in, then asks us what we need? I asked I need a new screen protector and politely said, "Let us see what we can do?" The were two other people that were quick after buying new phones. When it came our turn, Jose looked at my phone and grab the product and asked another associate on how to ring up a warranty item. It was fast, swift, and no nonsense with a wait time of ten minutes. He made sure the screen protector was on with removing all air bubbles. Unbelievable! I told them what happened at Kahala and immediately they apologized for their inappropriate behavior and said that I was justified for being upset. They were wrong and tried to cover uit up. I'm referring all my friends to Market City because of the support, not only for customer, but each other....close team work. Everyone must wear masks, 6 ft a part at front door. Excellent business and professional....this is my to go phone store! Ciao!!!

    They are the worst customer service reps I have ever encountered…read more My free phone went on the blinks very soon after I received it. The battery doesn't hold the charge and the service bars always disappear rendering my phone unable to make or receive calls sometimes for days at a time. Calling customer service they said $20 to replace but if I pay $50 I can upgrade to an Android with wifi abilities. We don't have a credit card so we went out and purchased a prepaid one for $50 and called the number in on 12/1 and were told phone would arrive 7-10 days. I will make a long story short, it is now 3/1/18, we still don't have the upgraded phone, nor a replacement phone, we have been jerked off everytime we have called (which is manned by foreign speaking reps with ridiculous names that can't be spelled) they say just wait every time. I made a complaint after 45 days of waiting with Better Business Bureau who made several attempts to contact them, and then closed my case after 30 days due to lack of contact and said my complaint would be added to the ones they already had on file..... Really!!! So nothing is done to the business??? These practices go unpunished? So now after 90 days I still have no phone, no refund, and to top it all off they have texted me many times urgently to recertify, and among my many calls to customer service, each time I tried to recertify I was told the line was done and to call back. The text gives a URL address to recertify which is not valid and their www.bluejaywireless.com page is gone so WTF, I applied with another company to get my phone I'm so disgusted with this company and only pray that they all lose their jobs and they go defunk if they haven't already. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

They…read moretalk a good story but implementation and service is the worst I have experienced in 30 years in business. The call the center is in the Philippines. When you need local help you need to go through layers of "so-called" offsite help. When you need a tech to be onsite especially when doing the cutover. They told us you can do it yourselves. That didn't work and now they are sending a tech over since our phone service still doesn't work when we asked several times for a tech to be onsite. It has taken us over a month from porting to still not having phone service. Their solution is that you have to buy more services which then takes LONGER to implement. I get companies are enamored with saving money with outsourcing, but at the end you end up losing clients with the crappy service. Wake up ServPac. We are trying to help local companies, but you need to step it up!

It's actually written in big letters, but it says 5 years in a smaller letter font in the order sheet. After 4 years in their contract, we had to cut costs during this hard pandemic situation and we are down sizing and wanted to terminate the contract. But they are still asking an early termination fee over $1800. No other communication company recently is asking for a 5 year contract. It's sad... In addition, they raised the monthly fee from $136.07 on the contract to $146.31 without any notice. It is automatic pay from my checking account, so nothing I can do.
