Brianna was the worker helping the other customers and she let Reymar, the worker that had just come, know we were first to be helped because while waiting other customers cane into the store. Reymar was very helpful. He showed me where I could find the cases for my particular phone since I decided to buy myself a new phone case as well. They have a promotion if you buy 1 phone case at regular price all additional items are 50% off! I ended up getting 2 USB cords along with my cell phone case. I love their cords because they are very sturdy and they offer various lengths, from 3-10ft, also because they offer a lifetime replacement warranty on them! Any body that has teenagers know they be going through these plugs like they're free lol. I am happy to spend $35 on a plug if I can bring it back and get a new one if/when it breaks. Before checking out I showed my Yelp check in offer of 1 free microfiber cloth. Neither Brianna or Reymar knew anything about it but Brianna took a cloth out the drawer and gave it to me anyway. This is something that makes me a little upset, if a business promotes anything, all employees should be aware of it. They are also a little pricier than other places as far as cases and accessories go but I feel that their warranty policies make up for it. If you need USB cords buy them here!

They replaced my iPhone camera lens cover on the spot. It's a little pricey but great when I don't want to wait for something in the mail). They also have a "warranty" and put my number in the system. When my lens broke a few months later, I returned to find there was a $10 fee that I was not told about nor expecting. Their card machines were somehow not accepting tap at the moment and required a card scan (I didn't have on me). So no new lens. I went home and found a spare to save the day anyways.

My mom and I stopped in because she was looking for earrings. She had mentioned before that Pink Box has cute selections at reasonable prices, so we decided to browse. While she was looking at earrings and pointing out styles she liked, I was helping her look through them. For context, I don't even wear earrings since I have large gauges, so I wasn't shopping for myself in that section. Afterward, I moved over to the claw clips and was looking through some butterfly clips to see if they came in matching colors. A sales associate approached us and asked if we needed help. We politely said no thank you and continued browsing. What made us uncomfortable was that after that interaction, the employee remained very close to us and appeared to be watching us the entire time. When we moved to a different area, she followed. Whether intentional or not, it felt as though we were being monitored because she suspected we might steal something. My mom and I both noticed it, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable. We are paying customers who have visited this store before and have never given anyone a reason to be suspicious of us. I understand that retail employees have a job to do, but there is a difference between being attentive and making customers feel like they're under surveillance. Unfortunately, because of that experience, we didn't feel welcome during our visit.

The repair was complete. While i was waiting in line to pick up my phone. The Tech kid was explaining to customer when its a good time to replace the battery, and when to get rid of the phone. Found their conversation enlightening. I paid the $80, with a thank you, and out into the world i went. The only knock I would give them is the credit card "surcharge". Which I was told about at the very beginning. So if you go there to get your phone repaired. BRING CASH... I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

I asked if Tricked Out Accessories was a franchise or a corporate chain, hoping I could return the product at any location, but instead of an answer, I was just told to go back to Waikiki and speak to a manager. Now, I have to drive all the way to Waikiki, pay for parking, and try to find a manager--without any guarantee of when one will be there. This lack of clear policies and poor customer service made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

The young person with short hair who helped me. I was so impressed because she brought out one of those black velvet tray like I was trying out a million dollar jewelry. She carefully put on the case on iPhone and showed it to us. I also bought a screen protector which they have many varieties and samples so you can see. She also put it on right there under her bright lamp and saw her using a small blower to get all the lint out. I'm pretty particular about the screen protector because people do a half bottom job usually so I end up redoing it at home. But darling she did a fine job. I also got 20% off and she also said I can get 20% off if I bring the receipt back for another cause. This place is the place get your cell phone cases folks!
