This summer it's Pickleball...the surprises never end here and loved the offer for a Pickleball set super cute pick paddles with the T-Mobile logo and here I am at the Salt Lake Shopping Center location and was so blown how busy it gets here though the staff are very professional and organize to be sure everyone is checked for their service and asked who's picking up the items. I love the staff here and really do appreciate the acknowledgment upon entering as I always get a greet to at least know that I will get some answers of my issue...keep it T-Mobile. Thank you!

I originally purchased the case at the Ala Moana location. Before I left, I specifically asked the employee who helped me if I could return it at ANY location without the account/contract holder being present. He clearly told me YES, any store could process the return. I went to the Kahala location first and was told, "Sorry, you can't return this here." So I then drove all the way to the Kapahulu location just to make this simple return. When I walked into the Kapahulu store, there were THREE employees working, and not one of them acknowledged me for at least 20 minutes. No "Hi," no "We'll be right with you," nothing. I just stood there waiting while being completely ignored. When someone was finally available, Kaylee helped me. I explained that I simply needed to return the phone case. Without even checking anything, she immediately told me she couldn't return it without the contract holder's ID. I explained that I purchased the case separately. Then suddenly the reason changed -- now she said she couldn't refund me because there was a discount on it. At that point, it honestly felt like I was just being given excuse after excuse and the runaround because she simply did not want to process the return. She made absolutely no effort to even TRY to help until it turned into an argument. And after arguing for several minutes, what happened? Kaylee simply ran my card and processed the refund. That was it! So clearly it COULD be done the entire time. I cannot believe I had to drive to multiple locations, stand around for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged, be given multiple excuses, and then ARGUE with an employee just to get a simple refund that ultimately took seconds to process. PLEASE, some customer service! A simple "Let me see what I can do" would have gone a long way. Customers should not have to ARGUE with employees just to get them to attempt to help. Absolutely terrible and disappointing experience.

Therefore I can say with confidence that T-Mobile Simply Prepaid is by far the best spot to take care of all your needs! I've visited the shop more times than I'd like to admit for everything from setting up a new service plan, to getting my iPhone speakers replaced, to fixing baby puke related water damage, to replacing (several) broken screens, and they have never disappointed! Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have. The only downfall is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.. hehehee just kidding :p Any who, I've recommended many of my friends and family members to here also, and they too always leave happy. They're available for you to pay your phone bills, get new plans and phones, and fix phones so it's pretty much a one stop shop! Will definitely keep coming back.

Wireless Advocates is the cell phone Carrier kiosk located inside Costco Iwilei. They work with all…read morethe major Carrier brands such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and Sprint. The huge advantage to shopping here is that there is always a Costco advantage. Presently T-Mobile is running a buy 1 get 1 free Samsung Galaxy Note 8. At outside of Costco, the retail price is $930 plus the cost of a SIM card which could be an additional $25. Here at Wireless Advocates, the cell phones are only $900 each with a $930 rebate back on the 2nd free cell phone so you're actually coming out $90 ahead. T-Mobile is also offering an amazing plan for those people who are over 55 years old, 2 lines with unlimited everything for a flat $60 a month. If you're not over 55, have your mom sign up and split the plan with a friend. It's such an amazing plan. Also, if you want to see someone with over 20 years experience in a cell phone industry, be sure to see Roger. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in getting me the best plan that suited my needs.

She was helpful, friendly, professional, and patient. We settled with T-Mobile's phone plan called "Magenta." We are pleased with the phone plan which includes unlimited call, text, and data. Stopped by on a Saturday around 6:30 to pickup another USB cord for my phone. At the time there was…read morejust 1 worker and she was helping another customer. We waited for about 15 minutes before another worker came. Brianna was the worker helping the other customers and she let Reymar, the worker that had just come, know we were first to be helped because while waiting other customers cane into the store. Reymar was very helpful. He showed me where I could find the cases for my particular phone since I decided to buy myself a new phone case as well. They have a promotion if you buy 1 phone case at regular price all additional items are 50% off! I ended up getting 2 USB cords along with my cell phone case. I love their cords because they are very sturdy and they offer various lengths, from 3-10ft, also because they offer a lifetime replacement warranty on them! Any body that has teenagers know they be going through these plugs like they're free lol. I am happy to spend $35 on a plug if I can bring it back and get a new one if/when it breaks. Before checking out I showed my Yelp check in offer of 1 free microfiber cloth. Neither Brianna or Reymar knew anything about it but Brianna took a cloth out the drawer and gave it to me anyway. This is something that makes me a little upset, if a business promotes anything, all employees should be aware of it. They are also a little pricier than other places as far as cases and accessories go but I feel that their warranty policies make up for it. If you need USB cords buy them here!

They replaced my iPhone camera lens cover on the spot. It's a little pricey but great when I don't want to wait for something in the mail). They also have a "warranty" and put my number in the system. When my lens broke a few months later, I returned to find there was a $10 fee that I was not told about nor expecting. Their card machines were somehow not accepting tap at the moment and required a card scan (I didn't have on me). So no new lens. I went home and found a spare to save the day anyways.
