I've visited the shop more times than I'd like to admit for everything from setting up a new service plan, to getting my iPhone speakers replaced, to fixing baby puke related water damage, to replacing (several) broken screens, and they have never disappointed! Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have. The only downfall is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.. hehehee just kidding :p Any who, I've recommended many of my friends and family members to here also, and they too always leave happy. But I guess only "Corporate" run stores can help with minor things like screen protector warranties. Remind me not to bother with this location so that the workers there can help "buying" customers. This summer it's Pickleball...the surprises never end here and loved the offer for a Pickleball set super cute pick paddles with the T-Mobile logo and here I am at the Salt Lake Shopping Center location and was so blown how busy it gets here though the staff are very professional and organize to be sure everyone is checked for their service and asked who's picking up the items. I love the staff here and really do appreciate the acknowledgment upon entering as I always get a greet to at least know that I will get some answers of my issue...keep it T-Mobile. Thank you!

Wednesday March 25, 2026 I used the Spectrum chat to describe the problem that we were having with…read morethe 2 cable boxes of always having to reboot or restart the cable boxes in order to watch tv every time. It was frustrating and a headache! It was highly recommended to make a reservation with the location that you plan to visit. The earliest appointment was for the next day Thursday March 26, 2026 at 5:45pm. I took the 7:00pm appointment and they close at 8:00pm. We walked in and the place was full of people. On the screen showed 32 people on the walk in wait list!! I checked in at 6:45pm for the 7:00pm which is the 15 minutes recommended on the iPad? 6:50pm, we were helped by SAGE a very friendly sales associate? He asked for an I.D and started the process of getting what we needed the replacements of the 2 cable boxes. SAGE talked and worked fast at the same time which made it go by so fast. It was a very nice and comfortable first experience. By 7:10pm and only in 20 minutes we were walking out the door with what we came for. We went home and set it up and it's all good again. Can watch tv again. Lol.
