    I've been a customer of TMobile for over 25 years by accident. I originally was with another large company but was encouraged by my sister to look into TMobile for the affordability and indeed, the prices were comparatively much lower. I called my then carrier at that time to see if they had comparable prices, the rep bluntly told me to switch over if you want to. So that's exactly what I did. Prior to switching I was warned by a handful that TMobile often has dropped calls so you get what you pay for. But according to my sister who was very pleased with TMobile, I followed suit and switched over. TMobile has many locations and this one is the nearest my home and my work office. They reward their customers with many perks, one of them TMobile Tuesdays where you get merchandise or a special, limited deal. Just recently an umbrella was the perk. Some of my colleagues came back from an early lunch break showing off their catchy bright pink umbrellas. This caught eyes of others and after assessing the umbrella, a handful of us realized what a great perk this was. The next thing you know 3 of us entered lunch break and we carpooled to this store in Kamehameha Shopping Center, which is less than a 5min drive from our office. As we entered the store there were many customers and staff. There was one staff who was in charge of distributing the freebie so after showing him my mobile app offer, I got my umbrella. Timing is great because the umbrella in my car recently broke after 15 years of service. I've been here multiple times with issues, questions and purchasing gadgets. Good customer service is consistent and with lots of parking here. I understand that the forever upgrade program no longer is available and not being grandfathered. My current arrangement with my 15Pro has not yet been fully paid off yet but I'll wait until then to look into other options with TMobile or other carriers. For the time being I'm still a satisfied TMobile customer and glad I switched over.

    Happy Earth Month... Keeping up with the trend T-Mobile offer this Tuesday is an oversized tote and sadly my usual Kaka'ako location had closed thought to give this location a peek. Located in the Kamehameha Shopping Center T-Mobile is located on the west side between Baskin Robbins and Jeans Warehouse. Like always as soon as I enter I was greeted by staff and I was ready with my T Life app and already see that they still had some bags left even at this late afternoon which I was so happy to see and got quickly on my way. This location is in a shopping mall so parking is absolutely free though can be a struggle to find, the free goodies are a nice perks though I've been a life long T-Mobile user and really like the customer service. Thank you!

    Free stuff on T-Mobile Tuesdays!!! If you are a T-Mobile customer, check your T-Mobile Tuesday app every Tuesday and see what kinds of deals (smoothies, Crazy Bread, Whoppers, etc.) and free schwag (backpack, socks, umbrella, etc.) you can get! Today, 5-9-23, we can get a black fabric cap with a red, white, and blue T-Mobile Tuesday decal! The cap will be useful because it's really sunny in Hawaii! The fabric is breathable and washable! I'm looking forward to making good use of it! This location of T-Mobile is at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I appreciate the shared covered parking lot. It's convenient to have Times Supermarket, Longs, Honu Bakery, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks nearby! Located between Jeans Warehouse and Baskin-Robbins, the cool shop is efficient, clean, and organized. There was a friendly worker outside - on the shaded sidewalk. She greeted customers and helped them retrieve their caps! She also offered us free watches and tablets for signing up for different promotions. Overall, this is a great place for your communication needs!

    Thank you Brennan for taking care of me. Buying Another phone for my brother. Brennan was able to charge my new phone and get me out the door really quick. Line may be long but they pretty quick. Rate them on their performance not the line.

    Wow I got zero help at this store from a T Mobile rep. Usually a good store but if I could give zero stars I would since I got zero help.

    They are the worst customer service reps I have ever encountered…read more My free phone went on the blinks very soon after I received it. The battery doesn't hold the charge and the service bars always disappear rendering my phone unable to make or receive calls sometimes for days at a time. Calling customer service they said $20 to replace but if I pay $50 I can upgrade to an Android with wifi abilities. We don't have a credit card so we went out and purchased a prepaid one for $50 and called the number in on 12/1 and were told phone would arrive 7-10 days. I will make a long story short, it is now 3/1/18, we still don't have the upgraded phone, nor a replacement phone, we have been jerked off everytime we have called (which is manned by foreign speaking reps with ridiculous names that can't be spelled) they say just wait every time. I made a complaint after 45 days of waiting with Better Business Bureau who made several attempts to contact them, and then closed my case after 30 days due to lack of contact and said my complaint would be added to the ones they already had on file..... Really!!! So nothing is done to the business??? These practices go unpunished? So now after 90 days I still have no phone, no refund, and to top it all off they have texted me many times urgently to recertify, and among my many calls to customer service, each time I tried to recertify I was told the line was done and to call back. The text gives a URL address to recertify which is not valid and their www.bluejaywireless.com page is gone so WTF, I applied with another company to get my phone I'm so disgusted with this company and only pray that they all lose their jobs and they go defunk if they haven't already. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

They…read moretalk a good story but implementation and service is the worst I have experienced in 30 years in business. The call the center is in the Philippines. When you need local help you need to go through layers of "so-called" offsite help. When you need a tech to be onsite especially when doing the cutover. They told us you can do it yourselves. That didn't work and now they are sending a tech over since our phone service still doesn't work when we asked several times for a tech to be onsite. It has taken us over a month from porting to still not having phone service. Their solution is that you have to buy more services which then takes LONGER to implement. I get companies are enamored with saving money with outsourcing, but at the end you end up losing clients with the crappy service. Wake up ServPac. We are trying to help local companies, but you need to step it up!

It's actually written in big letters, but it says 5 years in a smaller letter font in the order sheet. After 4 years in their contract, we had to cut costs during this hard pandemic situation and we are down sizing and wanted to terminate the contract. But they are still asking an early termination fee over $1800. No other communication company recently is asking for a 5 year contract. It's sad... In addition, they raised the monthly fee from $136.07 on the contract to $146.31 without any notice. It is automatic pay from my checking account, so nothing I can do.
