Need to put a sign on stores to designate a Corporate versus 3rd party seller store. Will only help if purchased from said store otherwise will designate you to location you bought the product from. I know they're there to make sales. But I guess only "Corporate" run stores can help with minor things like screen protector warranties. Remind me not to bother with this location so that the workers there can help "buying" customers. Back in 2023 I bought a new phone, upgraded my services, got another 36 month plan. Not sure I recall the name but start with the letter J. If they had ever answer their phones I would not have wasted my time to go. They never answer the phone there. This has left me very upset. I came to this location at Kam shopping because I wanted to get the pink iPhone 16. They had one left in stock so I was in luck. This gentleman was already helping another customer as she was packing up to leave. She took her time but he was very patient. He acknowledged me and said he would be with me after. I appreciated how he acknowledged me, the. He made sure the other lady left safely. The process of getting my new phone, getting it updated, transferring everything, and opening up a 4th line took a while, but the guy, John, was VERY patient and great. He made sure to answer all my questions and even let me wait in the store till everything was complete just so I didn't have to come back. John really took care of everything and he valued me as a customer. The process was easy and he explained everything well. Thank you John!!! read more

Had only two employees which were busy with each customer, so I waited about 10 minutes before one could help me. I couldn't transfer the phone service from my old phone to the new S24, but right away she said since I started the transfer, she couldn't help me because it would be too much trouble to reset the new phone and transfer it all again. I then called protech at the store just in case I needed her and protech was more professional and helpful, but still could not transfer my number to the new phone because somehow the new sim card that came with my phone was corrupted. While I was trying to rectify transferring my phone number to the new phone, service for both phones got disconnected and she told me I had to call them at home, but I insisted to stay at the store in case I needed help, and wasn't going home yet and didn't want no phone service on both phones while shopping around. She then let me use her cell phone to talk to protech, and left me to help another customer instead. While I was on the phone, protech told me to get a new sim card from the store, but I had to wait since she was helping another customer transfer their old number to their new phone. At the end, I spent 2 hours wasting my time learning that I couldn't transfer my phone number until I got home with better wifi and help from protech. I hate going to any of the AT&T stores now because all they do is sell or give you a hard time accepting the trade in (which she was having a hard time since the Ala Moana Store told me to factory reset all the phones before trading it in, and I didn't know the specs off hand). After she grudgingly accessed my old phone for the information she then told me I had to factory reset it again since it was my phone even if she was there to do it, and when I asked how do I do it, she said "I don't know", but I then I rememebered where to search for it to reset. She then tried turning off the old phone and looked at me in disgust saying it won't turn off. It was an old phone that I was trading in, and I just pressed it a little harder for a little longer and it turned off. I truly thought the reps in the AT&T store should be at least knowledgable with the new phone features since I was asking simple questions like how to restart the S24 since I just got it, and had no manual but she didn't. She just said she just sells them. How could a seller not know the features of the product they are selling? Protech looked it up and told me how to turn it off, and apologized for how I was being treated at the store since they were listening to her while trying to help me. Now, I learned it's hard to go to an AT&T store for help anymore, and need to call protech or order online, but it's really hard to order without actually looking at what I'm buying. I used to have excellent service before, but their service at their stores really went down. I really cringe if I have to go there, even to trade in my phone, and it's a gamble if I'll get a good/knowledgable or lazy/oblivious rep to help me. Now I really have to think and sing to myself, "eeny meeny miny moe, which AT&T store should I go" to decide which store would be best to help me as well as is knowledgable since I've already been to the Pearlcity, Ala Moana, Waipahu and Kalihi ones within last month to order a new phone and trade in my old phone and resolve my phone issues, receiving different answers from each store. All I know is if I see the two women in there again, I will not enter and turn around to drive to a different store to get help. Lots of Parking since it is in the Kam Shopping center, but too bad I can't go there if I need help when I'm there to shop at other stores. read more

Since I still had to go AT&T to change my phone, I decided to go to a different store. I checked Kam shopping center in Kalihi and was surprised to see a change in their business hours. Now it's Monday -Saturday is 10-7 and only Sunday is 10-6. I think with the problem I had it should've been Wednesday and not Sunday with the change. read more

Went in to see how we could work on lowering my monthly bill. We was met by a young employee - "Lorie". In my opinion she was not dressed appropriately with cut up jeans and her uniform -totally opposite of the other two workers. While reviewing our account, I had more questions- either Lorie was not listening to me or not hearing me. It headed towards a shouting match between us. This employee would not make me finish asking my questions, it was like she knew it all the answers but did not understand my question. She did'nt see the whole picture. I realized I was dealing with this Young wanna be thug girl, who after walking away came back talking with her hands up towards me - as if I was not a Customer or even someone way older than her. She is NOT a kind of person who should be dealing with Customers. I've been a customer with AT&T with a current payment account for a number of years- I was trying to keep my account with AT&T but this Young unexperience employee has made me think NOT. I'm giving this review stars only because the Manager- Lenvy (? spelling) intervened and had another representative who I regret not getting her name, work with me. This other girl was VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. She clearly understood me and even said my question was a good one. She took the time to find out if she was giving me the right ananswer to my question. My poor review is for first girl "LORIE" SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT GOOD, UNPROFESSIONAL, REPRESENTS AT&T POORLY IN HER DRESS APPEARANCE, ATTITUDE, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT&T is baaack.. in the Kamehameha shopping center! They are located in between the bank and GNC I don't know the reason why they closed down this store awhile back in the first place but I'm glad it's back here near home again. The new store seems a bit narrower and looks like they are still in the process of moving things in and around. This location doesn't have the payment kiosks yet but I was told there will be two of those machines arriving in the near future, which is good news. I wish I had seen N C.'s review. All I needed was a lightning cable for my phone, picked it out and had cash in hand but all of the workers were busy. Tried to see if I could get their attention so I could pay but to no avail. Gave up and put the cable back and left. Waited 35 minutes to not get service. Just wanted to buy a phone case. While I was waiting for service I took off my screen protector, therefore rendering it useless. Never bought the phone case because I didn't want to waste any more time waiting. And yes, I did sign in. They were mildly busy, but I obviously just wanted to buy something. I asked them if I could buy it and they said,"You got like 3 people ahead of you bro." Not your bro, bro. They need to be more cognizant of their customers. Phone issues is never a good thing. I figured it was a network problem since people were informing me when I called out they can't hear me. So I went to the closest AT&T there was! First off the parking structure is shared with kam shopping center. When I first walked in there were only 2 workers busy with customers. I was told to write my name on the paper and have a seat. Less than 10 minutes I was helped. I explained my issue and the staff member informed me I'll have to check with Apple because it's a defective phone. He was very nice and helpful. read more

Signed in at 7:00pm and still waiting an hour and a half later. This location kept people waiting for hours, some to pay phone bills, pick up cellphones, etc. It's been a long day for my father whom I came here for. AT&T Customer Service was terrible as well. Kept making false accusations on problems with dialing numbers. My father needs his phone for his job and to just wait to get a new SIM card which takes only 25 minutes..is taking much, much longer. Management needs to work on staffing more in the evening. People in the area are working till at least 6:30! Have people come in to assist workers. I know they're trying their best. I don't ever write reviews, but I just had too! Don't bother going here. You might as well make a trip to downtown or towards McKinley if you want to go to an AT&T store. One of the girls - short brown hair, Filipino - was rude! She was helping a couple, giving them a hard time about the type of phone they wanted, the case, etc. Then the guy that helped me, had me waiting for about 20 minutes while he "helped" another customer. But in reality homeboy was on his computer while the customers he was suppose to be helping were looking at things without him. I could've been in & out in 5 minutes but I ended up in there for over half an hour! I mean I get it, its slow here at times, but you guys should be able to better help customers when it gets a little crowded, say it with me - MULTITASK! read more

Getting started and all setup was easy and quick enough. Our salesperson didn't try to push upgrades on us we were in and out in less than an hour. So why the 1 star? Well, hopefully you don't encounter a problem, because going back here to have them help resolve it was an absolute disaster. I hate leaving bad reviews and understand that people have their off days, but this particular situation was unbelievable... My boyfriend and I went in to add me to his existing phone plan. The salesperson told us that because he drove for Uber the activation fees for each new device would be waived (which turned out to be a lie); and they were currently running a special with the Samsung watch where it would be free, no activation fees, and only $10/month (another lie), so we left with a new phone and new watch... Fast forward a little over 2 weeks later. We get the bill and low and behold, two activation fees and the watch ended up being $24 instead of $10 a month...hmm. We go back to this "authorized retailer" to ask about the activation fees and cancel the watch because it did not turn out how they made it sound, especially with the extra $13 a month hidden fees on the watch, and we were turned away. They said we needed to contact att customer service because they are the only ones who can waive the fee and after we talk to customer service come back and they would be able to take care of us. My boyfriend called them, they made notes to waive the early termination fee on the watch and to cancel the line. Right after that my boyfriend called this retailer and spoke to Christian, he explained the situation and Christian said he would NOT honor what customer service told my boyfriend. My boyfriend then asked to speak with the manager to which Christian replied the manager was unavailable, but as it turns out, Christian IS the manager. Smh. This specific retailer is a complete disgrace and only out for money. They were extremely unhelpful and provided nothing but false information. T-mobile was not great with coverage but leaving T-Mobile for this kind of customer service was a huge mistake! Beware purchasing from this location because if you run into a problem they will run you in circles and get you nowhere. read more

Small staff of three but they are all enthusiastic and very helpful! They (Kevin and Marvin) had a "can do" attitude and tried to make appropriate recommendations. I returned the next day because I had problems with my Direct TV Now connectivity - Jackie was extremely helpful and called me back that afternoon to let me know how the issue had beeen resolved. Kevin called me back a couple of days later to make sure everything was working well. You couldn't have asked for better customer service. read more
