    Everything! Maybe stop deceiving and lying to your new customers. Lauren K deceived and lied about all the accessories for my 2 phones was only gonna be for $76 because of a promotion deal. Anybody would've been amazed and excited for that deal. When she said the amount was $540, I was like damn, taxes are hella expensive!! She made me think the majority of the $540 I paid was coming from taxes and installation fees and set up fees!! Instead, She charged me for each accessory and all of it came out to over $400. I wish I looked at the receipt before leaving the store but because I was there for almost 3hrs, I was just excited for the new phones and wanted to leave asap! But when I got home, that's when I went through the receipt and realized i paid for each accessory and it was like I paid $76 for each accessory‍‍ like I said she charged me over $400 for accessories alone and the taxes was lil over $100. Man, you cannot trust these people! All money hungry companies!! I'm here at the store returning all these stupid accessories that I could get cheaper from Amazon!

    I brought my iPad to the Don Quijote location on the same day I inquired about screen repair. I…read morespoke to Joy which was helpful in letting me know the estimated price as well as what locations are available for same day repair. I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

She carefully put on the case on iPhone and showed it to us. I also bought a screen protector which they have many varieties and samples so you can see. She also put it on right there under her bright lamp and saw her using a small blower to get all the lint out. I'm pretty particular about the screen protector because people do a half bottom job usually so I end up redoing it at home. But darling she did a fine job. I let her know I wanted to look at a specific black card case she let me feel it and also let me know that they were running a special for buy one get one 20% off. So I purchased a glass screen protector and she also stated she'd put it on for me! Talk about amazing customer service! It's such a hassle to put on screen protectors but she took her time and did an awesome job!!
