12/01/2025 I stoped by in person to buy a new phone w/ new line. There was none in stock so they placed an order and would call me when it's ready to be picked up. They called, I go back and they sold my phone to someone else. This happened THREE times. The privately owned third party Verizon store lacks management, staffing & care of customer service as sometimes with my many visits at this location I would be waiting in the front for 30 min - 1 hour alone in the store front until a kid walks out from the back after break time or their nap time. This Verizon store is a privately owned third-party store owned and ran by a third party. This is NOT an actual Verizon store. This means everything is marked up in price, they have added fine print fees if this matters to you on everything. Want them to setup your phone? You'll get their labor bill on top of whatever the phone costs. 01/18/2026 I finally got a phone. Noticed I said "a" phone. Was not the right color I ordered, at this point three times ordering a phone I was going to take whatever color they had. Otherwise I would have had to go back to the store and order for a fourth time again. After I got my phone set up I purchased a screen protector at the store. Lauren was the employee who helped me from the start. She told me their screen protectors had some warranty if it cracks bring it back and they will swap it out for free. One of my many visits at this store I spoke with Lauren and tried explaining my issue and I'm just trying to resolve it and get a phone; I was told I am more than happy to leave and go to another Verizon store if I'd like and they could refuse service for any reason. 01/20/2026 I tried to use my hotspot so I go to my settings.. comes to find out I don't have personal hotspot because I don't even have the right phone plan I asked for! So Lauren again did not set up the account properly. 03/11/2026 I had cracked my screen protector and decided to go see if this warranty was real. (I had low hopes) just so happens Lauren is working again so I thought she could help since it was her the one that told me to come back if it breaks. So the warranty does exist, however there is a $25 fee. So for the price of a new one is their fee. I did not want to even inquire about my plan being wrong, and not even having a hotspot. I will be going to an actual Verizon Wireless store somewhere on the island. This third-party Verizon store is very poorly ran. Long wait times for customers (2-3 hours on any given average day). If you go and talk to other customers you realize there's a lot of similar issues. Easily correctable issues which is why I believe there is a huge management issue. Everyone iv seen working there appears to be a kid in high school or freshly out which is great, with the appropriate supervision of an adult and experience. Who ever owns it clearly does not know what's going on with their employees. I have more to say but ran out of character count. I rarely ever leave reviews but this store is that awful. Went in today at 1pm to pick up a new phone after starting a new plan online, and the in-store rep was absolutely terrible. He continuously questioned the plan I recieved and got upset with me when I didn't have information that I did not know I was supposed to have. He was incredibly passive aggressive and seemed like he genuinely just did not want to work. It was so bad that I cannot trust this store and have since gone to other stores despite this one being closest. Will never be doing business here again. read more

I went to this location because it was the closest to my home and the Verizon agent I spoke with said I could go here. I ordered the 17promax and received the 17 pro. I made an appointment for 10AM. I arrived few minutes early there were only 2 lady's working both helping someone. A few min after 10AM she ask if I was waiting for the 10AM appointment I said yes. She stated she was running behind. I said okay thinking maybe 15 minutes max.. no it was 49min later. She was talking story with them no sense of urgency to help me while I had made an appointment for 10AM. I waited an hour for nothing. When I asked if she could call the other two locations to see if they had the phone in stock, she said I can't do that. She was rude about it too. I then told her you know common courtesy if someone makes an appointment for a certain time you should call the customer to let them know your running behind schedule. She then proceeded to tell me I don't have your information.. then why does Verizon make you make an appointment with all your info. Also the other lady that was there never acknowledged me and was helping an old man that clearly didn't know what he was doing. Worst customer service here. Go to the on on Kapiolani by the mall they helped me as I walked in no problem. And got the issue fixed with great customer service. read more

Everything! Maybe stop deceiving and lying to your new customers. Lauren K deceived and lied about all the accessories for my 2 phones was only gonna be for $76 because of a promotion deal. Anybody would've been amazed and excited for that deal. When she said the amount was $540, I was like damn, taxes are hella expensive!! She made me think the majority of the $540 I paid was coming from taxes and installation fees and set up fees!! Instead, She charged me for each accessory and all of it came out to over $400. I wish I looked at the receipt before leaving the store but because I was there for almost 3hrs, I was just excited for the new phones and wanted to leave asap! But when I got home, that's when I went through the receipt and realized i paid for each accessory and it was like I paid $76 for each accessory‍‍ like I said she charged me over $400 for accessories alone and the taxes was lil over $100. Man, you cannot trust these people! All money hungry companies!! I'm here at the store returning all these stupid accessories that I could get cheaper from Amazon! read more

My husband goes to this location because it's the closest to home and only time he and so many others have! But shift change needs to improve back up at the front. It's always busy and one person working. The service sucks because they can never figure out what is wrong with the phone watch. If the watch needs repair or trade-in let's get this over with! Then magically the device starts working and seems fine. But back home to it acting up again.....Every time we come here it's about a 1-1.5hr wait and they send us home with the same problem :/ read more

Fantastic overall experience. I left T-Mobile after many struggles with them, walks around the corner and signed up for Verizon. The customer service alone is leaps and bounds over what I received at T Mobile. Ray/Rey helped me sign up and everything went well. After a few days I noticed my new phone was acting up and glitching, I called Victra and Verizon customer service and they made the exchange as easy as possible. After so many years of asking my husband if he wanted to switch carriers, he finally gave in to going in for a inquiry - he said if we were switching carriers, it'd be with Verizon, since they're known to have the best coverage. We went in and was immediately greeted by Leslie. We ran the numbers and after realizing that we'll be basically paying almost the same amount as we were with Sprint, we figure we might as well switch over, cause we'll at least be getting much better coverage. Leslie walked us through the whole process, explaining everything and was very thorough about it all. With the plan we got, we were able to get phone case, liquid screen protector and pop socket & for free - we basically didn't pay anything out of pocket for the accessories. Complete ripoff!!! I switched from ATT to Verizon during Christmas and took advantage of free phones. I got the phones from Verizon Windward mall and then set up appointment with Victra to have my numbers ported. I spent 45 minutes there and paid $20 for new sim cards. They never got my new phones working. The person claimed i needed to return the next day because he had to call the mainland. I didnt believe him for a second. Clearly, he didnt know what he was doing. The next day, I went back to Windward mMall Verizon who took 15 minutes to port my number WITHOUT calling the mainland. Very professional and quick. they obviously knew what they were doing. please be careful of "authorized retailer" I went in, paid $20 and didnt get my phones working. read more

BEWARE* THEY WILL FORCE AND LIE TO YOUR FACE TO BUY THIER ACCESSORIES* Came in to upgrade my sisters phone, sat down and ask for specials, no specials. (prob was a lie) All i wanted to do was get the iphone and nothing else. This verizon employee told the fee was $300 WITH free accessories told her i didnt want any accessories because i could buy it somewhere else. (Already iffy about this high price) it was pretty weird because the last 2 phones i upgraded did not include this mandatory $300 fee, again i said i did not want any accessories. Asked her if i took it out will it still be this $300 "upgrade fee" , she said, "Yes with or without the accessories you will have to pay $300" then added its because of "inflation" . It was a sunday afternoon so i didnt really pay attention but glad i looked at the bill when i dropped off my sister that night. Its $35 for the upgrade fee and $29.99 for the in house labor upgrade. I was lied to, so i could buy all the accessories that deemed "free" BE CAREFUL AND DONT BELIEVE THAT ANYTHING IS FREE HERE. ALWAYS ASK ABOUT ANY TYPES OF CHARGES AS WELL. The process of upgrading is not always fun, sometimes tedious, and with poor communication, things can go wrong or let's say just not as planned. Needed to learn how to use the QR barcode function on my Samsung A-50 to do an Amazon return. On my first visit I had Taylor assist me and she took care of my QR code issues and I was good to to. A few days later the Samsung Notes wouldn't display the QR code unlike when Taylor was assisting me. Something had changed since I left the store. I returned a few days later and Chad was available to assist me. Chad very patiently worked through a lot of things on the phone that took a bit of time. Absolutely no fault of Taylor. The phone had made internal changes in the interim. Chad, as I mentioned, very patiently did his problem-solving, trying various approaches. It took a while but the issue was finally solved. I decided it was time to make a switch from T-Mobile because their cell and data service has been waning recently before and after their merger with Sprint. I went in on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by Leslie. We sat and talked for awhile about what I was looking for and wanted in a cell phone and plan. I decided not to make a purchase that day because I needed to do a little more research. I went back the next day (Sunday) and was again immediately greeted by Leslie who remembered me from the previous day. Leslie helped me with my purchase from start to finish explaining everything along the way and making recommendations to setting up my online account, passwords, making sure I get my discounts etc. Everything I needed to know to be completely setup once I left the store. The store can sometimes get busy, especially because of the Covid 19 pandemic but there are also many of times when you can get service immediately. Beware shopping here. Employees here are constantly changing. Not sure if management or job is bad. Just recently purchased a new 5G device and had it ship to the store. I normally order through Verizon site, but decided to give them a try. I was shocked they have service charges which others don't as part of the sale. Be aware of their hidden fees. Also they are not very upfront on what theses fees are. They have a "setup", which other retailer or anyone can do themselves, as part of the sale.They try to glorify what is being done. If fees needs to be charge for business survival, advise what they are at the beginning for transparency. Just be mindful on what they will charge you for. read more

Came in today to Victra Verizon at Kamehameha Shopping Center to upgrade my beaten up old Samsung S7 Edge. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the Verizon Staff. We felt very welcomed and the staff there were amazing! We received such positive vibes and attitudes from them, we already knew we were getting awesome service. They were very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. They pretty much delivered to all of our needs. From the upgrading cellphone plan updating, everything went smoothly.
