    The Verizon Store at Kam Shopping Center

    Everything! Maybe stop deceiving and lying to your new customers. Lauren K deceived and lied about all the accessories for my 2 phones was only gonna be for $76 because of a promotion deal. Anybody would've been amazed and excited for that deal. When she said the amount was $540, I was like damn, taxes are hella expensive!! She made me think the majority of the $540 I paid was coming from taxes and installation fees and set up fees!! Instead, She charged me for each accessory and all of it came out to over $400. I wish I looked at the receipt before leaving the store but because I was there for almost 3hrs, I was just excited for the new phones and wanted to leave asap! But when I got home, that's when I went through the receipt and realized i paid for each accessory and it was like I paid $76 for each accessory‍‍ like I said she charged me over $400 for accessories alone and the taxes was lil over $100. Man, you cannot trust these people! All money hungry companies!! I'm here at the store returning all these stupid accessories that I could get cheaper from Amazon!

    I brought my iPad to the Don Quijote location on the same day I inquired about screen repair. I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

Therefore I can say with confidence that T-Mobile Simply Prepaid is by far the best spot to take care of all your needs! I've visited the shop more times than I'd like to admit for everything from setting up a new service plan, to getting my iPhone speakers replaced, to fixing baby puke related water damage, to replacing (several) broken screens, and they have never disappointed! Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have. The only downfall is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.. hehehee just kidding :p Any who, I've recommended many of my friends and family members to here also, and they too always leave happy. They're available for you to pay your phone bills, get new plans and phones, and fix phones so it's pretty much a one stop shop! Will definitely keep coming back.

I walked out of the store slamming the door cause they're incompetent of doing their job correctly I'd fire everybody on that job. When I first walked into the store, my phone had coverage for any damages or if the phone got broken when I left and came back three hours later, the phone no longer had coverage
