The Verizon Store at Kam Shopping Center

Everything! Maybe stop deceiving and lying to your new customers. Lauren K deceived and lied about all the accessories for my 2 phones was only gonna be for $76 because of a promotion deal. Anybody would've been amazed and excited for that deal. When she said the amount was $540, I was like damn, taxes are hella expensive!! She made me think the majority of the $540 I paid was coming from taxes and installation fees and set up fees!! Instead, She charged me for each accessory and all of it came out to over $400. I wish I looked at the receipt before leaving the store but because I was there for almost 3hrs, I was just excited for the new phones and wanted to leave asap! But when I got home, that's when I went through the receipt and realized i paid for each accessory and it was like I paid $76 for each accessory‍‍ like I said she charged me over $400 for accessories alone and the taxes was lil over $100. Man, you cannot trust these people! All money hungry companies!! I'm here at the store returning all these stupid accessories that I could get cheaper from Amazon!

Therefore I can say with confidence that T-Mobile Simply Prepaid is by far the best spot to take care of all your needs! I've visited the shop more times than I'd like to admit for everything from setting up a new service plan, to getting my iPhone speakers replaced, to fixing baby puke related water damage, to replacing (several) broken screens, and they have never disappointed! Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have. The only downfall is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.. hehehee just kidding :p Any who, I've recommended many of my friends and family members to here also, and they too always leave happy. They're available for you to pay your phone bills, get new plans and phones, and fix phones so it's pretty much a one stop shop! Will definitely keep coming back.

I was not happy with our current phone carrier and was shopping around to switch. When I went into…read morethe Kam Shopping Center T-Mobile store , everyone was very welcoming. Ryan was our service advisor and he gave us few plan options to think them over. When we decided on the plan and went back to the store, Ryan and the manager were so engaging and helpful to explain everything and try and get us the best plan. The best part is we are able to save at least $40 a month from the former carrier and he walked us through how to redeem all the switch-over promo credits. He is the best advisor and the whole staff are amazing as well. We highly recommend anyone to switch to T mobile. But do it at this location!!!!

I'm writing this review because I sincerely hope it prevents another family from going through what…read morewe experienced at this T-Mobile location. We have been loyal T-Mobile customers for more than 10 years, have never missed a payment, and I am extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. We were offered a promotion involving new Galaxy watches for our two children. We were told that by opening two new watch lines, we could get the new watches with one costing $15 per month and the other $7.50 per month. I specifically questioned the salesperson about the cost, and I was assured that we would only be paying the $15 and $7.50. That is NOT what happened. What was not properly explained to us was that we apparently could not simply cancel our two old watch lines without financial consequences. So instead of replacing two watch lines with two new ones, we ended up paying for FOUR watch lines while only using TWO. To make matters worse, insurance remained active on the old watch lines that we weren't even using. We have now lost more than $400 because of this situation. Then things somehow got worse. I called T-Mobile trying to straighten out the mess and at least remove the insurance from the watch lines we weren't using. Instead, without my realizing it, the representative removed the insurance protection from my primary cell phone and my wife's primary cell phone. Had something happened to either of our phones during that time, we could have been facing an even bigger financial loss. My wife and I finally went back to the store expecting someone to acknowledge what happened and help make this right. Instead, there was virtually zero accountability. We were essentially told, "We tell our employees to give customers the proper information." Okay--but what happens when they DON'T? There was no refund, no meaningful attempt to compensate us, and not even an apology. They did at least restore the insurance protection on my phone. The proposed "solution" was equally frustrating: we were told that our best option was to pay off the old watches completely. Think about that. After coming in because we had already lost hundreds of dollars due to what we believe was misleading or incomplete information, their solution was for us to give T-Mobile even more money. I am completely dissatisfied with the way T-Mobile handled this. A customer should be able to rely on the information given by a salesperson when agreeing to a promotion--especially when that information directly determines what the customer will be paying every month. We have been faithful T-Mobile customers for more than a decade. We deserved better than a shrug and an explanation that employees are supposed to give customers the correct information. I am hoping a district manager, general manager, or someone from T-Mobile corporate who actually has the authority to correct this will contact us, review exactly what happened, refund the money we should never have been charged, and make this right. Until then, I would strongly advise anyone considering a promotion at this location to get every single detail in writing before agreeing to anything.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. The amount of time I…read morehad to sit around waiting was absolutely ridiculous. I understand that businesses get busy and that unexpected issues happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for leaving customers waiting this long with little to no communication. At a certain point, you start wondering if anyone actually cares that you're there. You make the effort to come in, set aside your time, and wait patiently, only to sit there watching the clock while nothing happens. If there is going to be an extremely long wait, the least Spectrum can do is be upfront about it and communicate with customers instead of leaving them completely in the dark. What makes it even more frustrating is that customers are essentially forced to waste a huge portion of their day just to get basic assistance. People have jobs, appointments, families, errands, and other responsibilities. Our time matters too. Spectrum shouldn't expect customers to simply sit around indefinitely because their system or staffing can't keep up with demand. I honestly cannot understand how this is considered acceptable customer service. Waiting an unreasonable amount of time should not be treated as normal, especially when customers are paying for the service in the first place. Spectrum needs to seriously rethink how it handles customers and wait times. Better staffing, better communication, and a basic level of respect for customers' time would go a very long way. I left this experience feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. The service itself is one thing, but customer service is a huge part of the overall experience. When a company makes you feel like your time means absolutely nothing, it makes you seriously question why you're giving them your business in the first place. Do better, Spectrum. Customers deserve better than this.
