The young woman who helped me was so understanding and did not try to sell me extra things, and really listened to what my needs were. I walked away with the perfect first cell phone for my mom, which allowed her to talk easily to her friends from her lonely new care home (she was bedridden and couldn't use her hands), and to talk to me every night, from her same old phone number. When I went back a few months later with my mom's phone and death certificate in hand, a different young woman helped me. She was equally understanding, helpful, and human. And the first young woman was there, and remembered me! She asked how the phone had worked for my mom, and gave me her sweet condolences. Ultimately, the staff (including the wonderful male supervisor) give me a less bureaucratic and salesey experience than I ever imagined at AT&T. Everything was resolved by the time I left from my last visit there, and I could tell that the process of closing the account was complicated for the AT&T staff. When I mentioned this to the supervisor, he said "This is not as complicated as what you're going through." Amazing service! I do not have AT&T for my own cell phone, and they did not try to talk me into it... but I am tempted if it means that I get to work with the people who work at this store.

Around 11:30 a.m., I arrived, and by noon, I had completed my assignment. Fem, a young woman, agreed to take on my project, and I met with her. She consulted a technician and gave me a price of $20 when I asked for an estimate for a job like this. The extra $10 was going to be a tip for my tech, Jeremiah, since I was planning to pay $30. The two young technicians were extremely kind, helpful, and careful with my MacBook. They provided excellent customer service. You can get all your tech needs met here, in my opinion.

Why even offer appointments if customers have to come back the next day? I returned the following day, ready to drop off my phone. Before handing it over, I asked the same employee to confirm they actually had the replacement screen. Only then did he properly check and realize they didn't have it. After talking to someone in the back, he told me to "Call back next week." Today, I called before wasting another trip. An employee named Nick told me that nothing had even been ordered with excuse like "we recently changed our system." He then told me I needed to come back again so they could inspect my phone before ordering the part. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? The previous employee had already inspected my phone twice during my earlier visits. What exactly were those two visits for? Why do I need to bring my phone in a third time just to get a replacement screen ordered? This place is a complete mess.
