He gave us a great price for a unit that we could pick up at the end of the week. We pre-paid, they didn't seem to know how to use the credit card machine (hm), and we naively ignored these telltale signs... 10 weeks later, we still don't have our player. A couple of weeks ago, he gave my husband a dusty "loaner" unit, and it doesn't even work. All we want is our money back. We never, ever want to go there again, but unfortunately, we still have unfinished business to take care of.

But T-Mobile refused to honor the rebate because we didn't buy the phone from one of their stores. We've since asked Wireless Land to make good on the rebate, but they haven't responded to our request. (It's been a month). 4) T-Mobile also won't honor the warranty on my crappy/broken Motorola phone for the same reason. The benefit of using a small independent wireless shop like this is that they are more knowledgeable and can give independent advice. (E.g. which phone to buy, which provider, which plan, unlock phones, etc.) These guys don't deliver on any of those counts. Therefore, if you know you're looking for a T-Mobile phone/package, I'd suggest you go directly to a T-Mobile store. If you want a small independent shop, I'd suggest you go to Mobile Fix at 12th and Irving. I've not been there, but their Yelp reviews are stellar.

I was initially quoted a $200 nonrefundable diagnostic fee via Zelle and was told the cost might increase. However, I was surprised when the final estimate exceeded $700 for what I believed were relatively minor repairs. I do not feel the potential increase in cost was clearly explained upfront. Because of my IT and computer background, the estimate seemed high to me compared with what I expected for the work involved. Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied with the communication, friendliness, and pricing. I recommend that prospective customers read reviews from multiple sources and ask for a detailed written estimate before authorizing any work. In my experience, other repair businesses I contacted did not require a similar diagnostic fee.

Once they had the machine, they ran diagnostics (just in case), completed the repairs, and notified me it was ready. Cost was reasonable (much better than buying a new printer, especially since this one has been so great!) and paying for the repair was simple and quick. Pickup used the same no-contact method and I was in and out in minutes. Great communication, good prices, and excellent service: it doesn't get better than this!

They diagnosed my printer as needing a new print head, despite the fact it makes perfect prints. I had a paper path problem and a loud noise that occurred after the print was finished. I was crying I had a asthma attack while on the phone with these people, but they did not care they wanted me to stay with total Wireless and offered me a cheaper plan (although I wouldn't be getting any data I would be paying for the data) I begged them for a number I could call so I can make a complaint on them and they refuse to give it to me so after the two and a half hours I was on there to get my bloody account number and pin number I needed to change companies I wanted to make sure I let the world know that total Wireless sucks.
