I had a few questions along the way, and Jessica ALWAYS answered my text inquiries. A couple months after my purchase, my bill wasn't representing the plan I agreed to. I felt in over my head, and reached out to Jessica. She figured out the issue and got my plan squared away so i was being charged the correct amount. I was SO relieved to have her support and expertise, and am grateful for ongoing help over the course of months. I will never forget her level of customer service... a rare thing these days. HE DOES NOT TELL MetroPCS he charged you and these 'mandatory charges' are not reported by him to Metro PCS. He is pocketing the money. He also tells MetroPCs he's at a different address than where he actually is. After 8 years of being a customer, this one interaction ended it. I am already on a different carrier and this happened yesterday. I learned about Esim cards just to get off this network as fast I could. Now I'm saving $400 a year!!

Short story: we wanted to support a local business and buy a CD player here--a single disc unit. He…read moreinterrupted us several times because he kept mistakenly wanting to sell us something else--no, not a boombox, no, not a 5-disc player....We were finally able to get a word in to explain what we wanted. He gave us a great price for a unit that we could pick up at the end of the week. We pre-paid, they didn't seem to know how to use the credit card machine (hm), and we naively ignored these telltale signs... 10 weeks later, we still don't have our player. A couple of weeks ago, he gave my husband a dusty "loaner" unit, and it doesn't even work. All we want is our money back. We never, ever want to go there again, but unfortunately, we still have unfinished business to take care of.

I had completely disassembled my $400 HP printer, put it back together and something went wrong and the screen wouldn't light up. They're not only found the tiny wire inside a very, very small cable that I have broken, they showed me a picture of it and gave me a complete tutorial. then they went on to explain why my printer wasn't working anymore. It had smeared printing because over five years, I've been using aftermarket toner on an HP printer. I then asked for a recommendation on a high volume printer for home use. That's in between category between home desktop and large office printers. They said they didn't know but they researched it and called me back a couple of days later with really excellent advice I took and purchased the printer they recommended! Then one day I was nearby installed a large projection system and didn't have a long enough power cable. I went in and explained and they gave me a 10 foot power cable for free. But most important these people are are very friendly as well as mean technical experts... But very humble about it and they really listen care about the customers. Wow!

I wish people worked harder to just fix a broken piece of glass on an iPhone…read more I now understand Mobile Kangaroo (as the Apple authorized retailer) requires it to be "Apple-approved glass" but seriously it's just a piece of glass on a working phone that doesn't need to be replaced, just fixed glass. Now I have to keep working to find someone / somewhere that can just fix a piece of broken piece of glass on my iPhone that still works fine.
