I was helped by Karla and she was able to let me know that I actually had insurance on my phone so I was able to get one sent to me next business day! I was so happy. Once my phone came i had to go back to the store to activate my phone and Corissa helped me, I believe that's her name. She was helpful and even got me to purchase a Google watch to avoid this from happening again. The first time I went in I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to get help the 2nd time I went in I received service right away. You have to go on days and times where it's not too busy or you'll be waiting a long time. Overall I had a good experience and will go back to this store if I need help.

The woman appeared to be around 24 years old, and the man appeared to be around 40. I came in to explain my situation and get help, but the representative did not seem to pay attention to me or understand what I was explaining. She was looking outside and appeared distracted while I was trying to explain my problem. The other employee who was with her also made the situation more confusing instead of helping me understand what was happening. I left feeling even more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I honestly don't understand how this level of customer service is acceptable. When a customer comes in with a problem, they should be listened to, treated respectfully, and given clear information. I expected much better from T-Mobile. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training.

They sent me an email said it'll be ready in 35 minutes. just to watch my grandchild's game. I went there in an hour and Eddie working at the front told me that they had none in stock even before I showed him the order. I told him we'll just cancel it. He stated that they don't usually do that and he called his manager on the speakerphone and his manager stated tell her we'll ship it. I told him I don't want it shipped. I have a game this afternoon. That's why I ordered the same day. The manager sent an African-American gentleman up who explained to me that Eddie was new. I told him what does that have to do with anything? Just cancel the order I've made an hour ago. He said that there are procedures that need to go through, but it will be canceled. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT IT'LL ARRIVE ON TUESDAY AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL. IT WENT IN THE STORY. The next day I called on Sunday at 12:32 MELISSA, WHO THEY TOLD ME WAS A REGIONAL MANAGER. I asked to speak with her. They put me on hold for 12 minutes and 56 seconds. Joseph, the security who got my partner and I registered, was very friendly and informative of first time customer discounts (30% off) and the monthly deals. He gave us some of his recent recommendations and favorites. Cool guy This location is about the same size as the one in the Mission Bay area and has equally as much variety. The shelves were fully stocked but we noticed that there was only one Budtender who looked very scrambled, trying to restock and man the register simultaneously. At first we were taken aback by his short responses. It was evident that he wanted to get folks in and out so he could wrap up for the day (which by this point, he has at least two more hours since they close at 10). By the time I was ready to check out, I asked him if he was feeling okay. He apologized and explained that he's been having a long week and that it was his tenth day working in a row with little help. He was kind enough to apply my first time discount in addition to the sale price of the disposable I got which came out to $20. I hope this review reaches the right people and that this man gets the support and break he deserves. And to the Budtender, I didn't get to catch your name but I truly hope you enjoyed your time away from work Remember to give yourself and those around you a little extra grace from time to time. Will definitely be coming back!

So, it's Saturday evening in Pinole, and I decide to drop by this store and see if they have a particular oil treatment a mechanic recommended. So I walk in and the man behind the counter asked me what can he help me with. I said I just want to see your oil treatment section. Then he starts up with a lots of questions about my situation. Frankly, I was a little annoyed. But then I realized, this is part of the auto parts store experience. You don't get this when you buy things online. People sharing ideas and experiences. So I grab the product I was looking for, and go up to pay. The man behind the counter tells me his experience with occasional noisy lifters. Then he suggested another product to try. Thanks, I will keep that product in mind.
