I was at this location 1200 Macdonald Ave - Richmond CA. on Saturday Nov 1, 2025 mid morning @ 10:25 am. The two customer service reps on duty were busy talking and laughing. No customer. I was the only customer there. The guy was rude and disrespectful. Not ready to listen & assist me as a T-Mobile customer. The girl .. that was the other colleague was laughing at me. This location is the worst location I have ever experienced!!! do not go here!! I literally was scammed by a girl named Delilah and her regional manager I think it was Edward or Edwin It was one of them names!! yes I said regional manager . I literally went in there at the beginning of March. He told me he's gonna lower my bill if I get these three trackers and a tablet that was supposedly free and he was gonna credit me all of what he said was a lie. I was asking the young lady multiple questions and she was having an attitude like she didn't wanna help me and I was just trying to make it clear. My bill will not go up and they both sat there and lied to my face. I wanted to remove the stuff from my account and TmObile said I couldn't because I was past three remorse date and if I break the promotion, they will charge me the full price every time I come in looking for Edwin or Delilah I get a runaround he's not here. He's looking into it. He's in a meeting. I just found out that this is a T-Mobile. That's not even corporate. It's owned by mobile one so I did my own research about this company and they are known for scamming people whatever you do don't go into this location and do not get help by this lady or her Regional manager! I don't make a lot of money. I've been consistent paying my bill on time I don't owe debts to nobody, but they put me in a sinkhole with this. I am on Social Security so I don't have an extra amount of money to be spending on stuff I don't need. I wish he would've been honest with me instead of lying to me!!! I went to the El Cerrito store and they talk so much about this TmObile location how they are a bunch of scam artists. This is a new T-Mobile store. Since it wasn't listed in yelo i added the business myself. I went there for the first time today. I needed help with a LG K10 i ordered on line for my Mom. When i walked in Garrett greeted me. I explained my issue with the new phone not connecting to the network. Garrett fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I was so happy with his customers service skills. Omg I couldn't be any more happier than I am now on Friday I went to the store to see if somebody could help me out with my broken phone I had been phoneless for two months and finally as soon as I walk in Bonnie helped me out and she told me I could get the IPhone 7 I was soo happy cause she helped me out so fast and I was kinda scared they weren't going to have my phone at the store and I will have to wait till they order my phone like any other store will tell me but they had it there, she even got me a cool case and screen protector for my iPhone she has been the best helper at T-Mobile if u go to this store I highly recommend u to go see Bonnie, such a sweet person and great helper! read more

This is a pretty new store in this neighborhood. While you can easily go to the Hilltop mall location, the service and stock here is just as good, if not better! Being new, it's not crowded or too busy, so you'll get a more personable and vibrant staff willing to help you out. Plus the security guard outside was friendly and held the door open for us when we came in and went out (I feel so much safer knowing that this whole place and mall area has a security presence). I came here with my brother and sister to pay our bill since we were doing some shopping at foods co. It turns out they have a little promotion going on where you get a fourth line free!!! That being said we called my mom to get her off of her Sprint plan (inconsistent billing) and move her to T mobile. The associate that helped us Ernie was his name was pretty cool. After explaining the terms for the deal we went through with it! My mom is not only happy with her new plan and provider, but she is glued to her new IPhone 6s!! I will definitely be returning here if I'm ever in the area!! read more

Walked into this store just to purchase another pair of Apple Ear Pods. Not one of the 3 employees greeted me with a hello, welcome to T-Mobile or we will be with you momentarily just nothing. I stood in that store for approximately 30 minutes to be helped. While waiting 2 more customers walked in and not one of the 3 T-Mobile employees greeted those 2 individuals either. Just a DAMN shame. The 3 employees were sharing 1 tablet to transact business. One printer apparently was almost out of ink so the customers prints were barely readable but the Employee pointed out the most important part of the papers was legible, (really!!!) change the ink cartridge. So finally an employee becomes available, she get the ear pods but now I have to wait because one of the employees is using the tablet to continue the same purchase/activation that he was working on when I first stepped into the store 30 minutes ago, now I asked could she just finish my transaction so I could get out of there. of course his customer had an comment but I'm a federal worker... Any way it was almost another 10mins with him asking for her ID for the 3rd time. Your employees need training on proper customer service and they need to have the necessary tools to do their jobs. Christmas was last week the stores were crowded and I didn't stand in one line or store for 40 minutes to make purchases. This is an INTERNATIONAL Company Lets DO BETTER. read more
