Julian listened attentively to my needs, gave it some careful thought, then provided me with super honest, no-frills, practical advice regarding which machine and components would be most suitable. I'm now confident I will be getting exactly what I need, and am sure Julian saved me many hundreds of dollars and countless headaches had I tried this on my own. Highly recommended! Update: After I got my new computer, I realized I really needed to sort through my huge archive of old USB cables and God knows what other kinds of cables I'd accumulated over the years. Julian was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out. This guy is basically the modern version of the old TV cable guy--except he's the USB cable guy! I've never met anyone with such an in-depth understanding of cable compatibility and the challenges of getting the maximum possible speed out of different cable types with modern Thunderbolt architecture. Thanks again, Julian. Really appreciate it!

Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

We needed it fixed because a code is sent to his phone and we needed it to complete some legal tasks that day. Unfortunately, my dad was at the hospital and couldn't be at the store to get the phone fixed. So, I had to do it. The agent at the store, Kayla, was very helpful. She went out of her way to confirm my dad's identity through video chat and verifying his driver's license, which I brought to the store. She fixed the SIM card issue with an eSIM. Because of that, we were able to complete the legal paper work. Kayla was helpful, kind and went out of her way to protect my dad's account. She made a stressful day less stressful.

Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I honestly hope to not need Zencom again, but if you need them, I highly recommend Adam and the Zencom team.
