Bryan (Noble IT) was professional and friendly right from the first phone call. He explained his IT knowledge and was willing to look in my situation. He said that he believes he can help and if he can't fix the issue, he would not charge me for his time. Honest. He quoted me his hourly charge and thinks the issue could be resolved in an about an hour. He would most likely know within 20 minutes if he could solve the issue. We did a screen share. How convenient for both of us, both in front of our computers in our home. As he worked he answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. It was amazing to watch how quickly he moved around the operating system, changing things so that everything worked smoothly. If he hit a road bump, he would do a little research of how to fix it. No one knows everything, not even me, lol. I mentioned to him many times how patient he was with not only me but in figuring out the road bumps. Impressive! He fixed the problem with the random yellow marks, and took care of connectivity problems we were having with a newly installed mesh network, again with a smooth competency and an ability to explain what was happening and how to fix it in the future.
