I'd ordered 2 routers on our family plan but only 1 showed up on his end...no problem, he created a new one, activated them both, and labeled each box so I didn't mix them up. Manager Perla was at home by then, but responded immediately to his text and waived my activation fee. As he was finishing everything up, he noticed that he'd forgotten to put one of the routers back in its plastic bag before boxing it up, stopped, unboxed it and put it in its original packaging. It's not a big thing, obviously, but I remember being impressed by his dedication to doing things right. Keep an eye on this guy; I predict he'll go far!

Once my phone came i had to go back to the store to activate my phone and Corissa helped me, I believe that's her name. She was helpful and even got me to purchase a Google watch to avoid this from happening again. The first time I went in I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to get help the 2nd time I went in I received service right away. You have to go on days and times where it's not too busy or you'll be waiting a long time. Overall I had a good experience and will go back to this store if I need help.

The woman appeared to be around 24 years old, and the man appeared to be around 40. I came in to explain my situation and get help, but the representative did not seem to pay attention to me or understand what I was explaining. She was looking outside and appeared distracted while I was trying to explain my problem. The other employee who was with her also made the situation more confusing instead of helping me understand what was happening. I left feeling even more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I honestly don't understand how this level of customer service is acceptable. When a customer comes in with a problem, they should be listened to, treated respectfully, and given clear information. I expected much better from T-Mobile. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training.

I'm spoiled! I love the option to shop online and pick up in store. The fact I can place one order for pick up at multiple stores makes is amazing especially when all your items are not available at one location. We experienced it yesterday traveling between Pleasant Hill, Emeryville and Pinole locations for pickup. Pick up is always a breeze. I receive a text and email when my order is ready. The pick up area is usually near the cash registers at the front of the store under your last name. If your items are oversized or have an order larger than the pick up bins then you will need to check in with staff for retrieval. The store itself is well organized and maintained. With the signage, it is easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and willing to assist with directions or questions regarding a project DIY. Coupons are always available ranging from 15 to 30 percent off. Pre-pandemic it was 40% quite often, I rarely see those these days.

This review is more about the same-day delivery service than Michael's, the store. I placed two…read moreorders for same-day delivery form the Pinole location. I received notification that one order was out for delivery, and I received that item quickly and in perfect condition. Then I received a notification that the second item was out for delivery, and I expected the same great delivery experience. However, this wasn't the case. The second item was never delivered, even though the driver said he did. My "delivery" driver, Adrian G., who works for Uber, came to my house, walked to the driveway, and took a picture of the first item, which was sitting near my front door. He never ever delivered the second item, which was identical to the first item, only larger (these items were supposed to be a pair). He did this to cover himself in case I filed a complaint. This same-day delivery service is offered through Uber, Door Dash, and other delivery services, and there is no way to track your order or to get in touch with Uber, etc to complain about their delivery drivers. Fortunately, I paid through Paypal. I filed a case with Paypal, informing them that I never received the item, and I received a refund. This was the only option for resolution. I guess me AND Adrian got something out of the deal. I got my money back and he, she, or they, got a sparkly disco-ball-looking ghost for his, her, or their front porch. I guess I am writing this review as a cautionary tale about same-day delivery. You risk not getting what you ordered.

At first I was going to go online but then thought I'd try a brick and mortar store if they had some cheapo ones - so I checked this website and they did. I went to the store and a young lady named Nancy was who helped me. The glasses weren't there (does any store have a website that actually shows what's in store anymore or do they say that just to get you to come in?). They did have some others there were the same price and again, I didn't care about looks, it was just for the living room. Nancy was very helpful and didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want. I told her what I wanted, she got me in and out relatively quickly. $39 bucks total plus tax. That's a great price. Showed her my prescription, filled out a thing, done and done. If the glasses do come within two weeks and there are no issues, I'll change my review to a 5. Good store and I'll use them again for glasses.
