I had to purchase new ones. I am a frequent traveler and know what I am doing. I was assured these SIMs would be ready to use in Mexico, I made very clear why I was purchasing. I would hope for a refund at the very least. I'd also ask the store owner to not promise what they can not deliver to prevent future customers from having similar problems.

Jesse, I saw your name tag, I wasn't very fond of the way you treat your staff nor customers. Here was my experience. We walk in, Parris greets us, and asks how they can help. We start getting set up with a new phone upgrade, and just chatting about what I want in a phone and what I'm looking for. He suggests the new iPhone we like it. Goes to check the timer on the safe and there's a lock on it for now. Since they have the timer safes with the phones no worries we have time, now we are talking cases he shows us where the cases are and he leaves us to go check on some stuff. I'm looking at cases with my dad it felt like not even a min passed and I hear "PARRIS GO HELP THEM WITH PHONE ACCESSORIES AND STUFF" I get up and look over and say "we are good he was just here" look over at parris and gave him I'm sorry he's talking to you like that and the why is he rushing us right now look. (Mind you it's like 11 am give or take) Anyways, we get back to our sale. A new customer comes in and Jesse is working with some customers, and Parris greets the new customer, and Jesse greets him on a first name basis. Both say they will be right there. Jesse finishes first and goes to greet the new customer. Chats with him a bit, then says okay well Parris you're almost done right, he can help you cause I don't do cellular phones. Parris also while Jesse is pestering remains calm and like he's used to this, and still handles the sale with us wonderfully. Customer service isn't just when you're talking directly to the customers Jesse.

Ended up fixing the PC myself, but he still took the time to answer questions and point me in the right direction instead of trying to force a repair on me. That type of honesty is rare now. Real cool dude and patient the whole time. If you're trying to troubleshoot your own setup but still need help with software, installs, or just somebody knowledgeable to point you the right way, I'd recommend checking this place out.

I was with total Wireless for 4 years. My biggest complaint is when I called to get my account number and the pin number I needed to change to a different carrier they did not want to get it to me. I was crying I had a asthma attack while on the phone with these people, but they did not care they wanted me to stay with total Wireless and offered me a cheaper plan (although I wouldn't be getting any data I would be paying for the data) I begged them for a number I could call so I can make a complaint on them and they refuse to give it to me so after the two and a half hours I was on there to get my bloody account number and pin number I needed to change companies I wanted to make sure I let the world know that total Wireless sucks. If you pay them money for data and you don't get it you're not going to get your money back you're not going to get an apology if you're crying and have a asthma attack in front of them they're still just going to sit there and go on about the big deals I can make you in the future. Hidden fees + abusive language = I won't be back.
