The Swift Movers were so great I have to share with the world . it was 3men and they worked like a well oil machine. We had a full house packed up in storage and e never heard griping when they saw the amount of things in storage they were great , polite, packed up quickly, took a quick break in between locations that did not hold anyone up .. they moved things in rooms that needed to be and remained pleasant, polite , professional and all they ask is I share my experience... and wow am I glad too ... They are the BEST MOVERS I have ever had in all my moves ... we will use them again and I pray God bless them and keep them strong so they will help many people in what is usually a stressful time and they made it totally NO STRESS ... s I thank God for the movers y'all are GREAT!!!! read more

Ok, this company is wonderful! We had so much drama with our mortgage company and our closing kept getting moved around, which meant rescheduling our packers. Danielle in the office was so helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail so that I had no questions at the end of our call. She was patient when we had to reschedule, and friendly throughout the process. Packing day was just as good, with the team (Ben, Lugo, and Michael) calling to give us an ETA, and showing up on time. They were prepared, professional, and their work was neat and efficient. The ONLY hiccup we had was that our estimate was off, and the team would need to return the next day to complete the job. Not a problem for us, and we appreciated that they asked if that was preferred, or if they should keep working into the evening. We actually had somewhere to be that night, so it worked out perfectly. Anyway, Ben took care of all the signing and payment, was professional, and I immediately received an email receipt for services. The next day, Ben, Lugo, and Jose (Michael wasn't available) showed up exactly as scheduled, and they got to work. They finished the job in 30 min LESS time than estimated the previous day. I mean, what more can you ask for when people you don't know are handling and packing your personal property? They didn't break anything, and left all of the boxes labeled and staged nicely for pickup. Ben took care of payment for this second day of service, I received the email receipt, and here I am making sure that folks know what a GREAT company this is. From booking to final payment, we've been very pleased with all who had a part - Danielle, Ben, Lugo, Michael, and Jose. Thank you again, Swift Movers!!! read more

I selected to go with Swift movers because I used them in the past (back in 2013 and 2014) and I had a positive experience. Although they are double the price as other companies, I still selected them because they advertise they offer above average insurance coverage. This recent move was by far my worst moving experience. Two of my LED smart tvs (75 and 55 inch) were cracked during the move amongst other items. The value of the items that were broken exceeded $5,000. The movers appeared to be moving fast but they were wreck less with my belongings. Additionally, they broke a marble table stand, two lamps, they scratched the tops of my wooden night stands, broke a picture frame and they even tried hiding the broken items in a corner near the closet so I wouldn't be able to see them. We initially only reported the 75inch tv because that is the only item that we noticed was broken. The movers hid the other items behind boxes and furniture so we wouldn't notice the broken items until after they left. Very unfortunate and dreadful experience. Don't use this company, use a more reputable company with higher insurance levels. Although they advertise they offer higher insurance coverage, they don't. This company offers the very minimum insurance coverages which barely covers 10% of damages, if that. read more

This was our fourth time to hire Swift Movers for our moving needs. As usual, they were prompt, professional, efficient and courteous. Eddie, Eddie, Jr. and Charles made for a great team and were patient with the many "audibles" we called during the job. I highly recommend this business. read more

Superman fast movers. The wrapped and handled all of our furniture with care. Price was exactly as quoted!

Swift movers moved my friend several months ago and did a great job so I hired them for my move -- great job again! They weret fast (loaded and unloaded in 2 hours!) and careful. Friendly guys. Oscar did a great job - I'm glad I specially requested him! Thanks guys for making this a stress-free move! read more

I had an amazing experience with Swift Movers! We were a military family and we moved a lot in the past 20 years, Swift Movers was for sure one of the best companies we've worked with, the entire move went without a hitch. Joe, Carlos and Mike did an incredible job! They were professional, polite and in great spirits. Not even one single item arrived damaged. I highly recommend them! read more

Problems I encountered with Swift Movers after hiring them to help us move: 1. They showed up 2 hours late with Whataburger in hand 2. Throughout the moving process, their employee repeatedly complained that his knee was injured and he was going to go to the hospital afterwards. Consequently, he did not lift much and moved very slowly, often taking breaks and expressing dissatisfaction that we did not have ice because our fridge was delivered minutes before. 6. This same employee appeared to have no concern for denting furniture or walls in our brand new home 7. The whole move ended up taking a great deal more time than anticipated despite the fact that I was fully prepared due to the late arrival and slow execution of your employees. Yet, I received the surprisingly hefty bill and the end and the poorly performing employee made it clear that he was still hoping for a tip. Following our move, I submitted a claim to recover some of the costs of damage to our furniture, walls, and door hardware. They offered to cover $200 of $1200 worth of damage. read more

We scheduled the move a little more than a week in advance, they were on time, reached out to us to make sure we were still good to go for the date agreed-upon. The three gentleman that came to move us were friendly, fast & efficient, they were careful with our furniture! I couldn't ask for a better experience, I highly recommend calling these guys they are quick, efficient and they know what they're doing! For the price, it was worth every penny (and no I'm not saying it was expensive at all, I believe it was a very fair price, we actually thought we were going to be paying more in the end) to move furniture from one household to the next is 100% backbreaking work, I hope these guys get paid well, because this is tough stuff! This would've taken me and my husband easily 2 possibly 3 days, because we would've had to rest off her feet for hours in between. If you're moving and you're dreading moving large furniture pieces, boxes, washer and dryer and anything else in your house you can think of, give these guys a call we highly recommend them! read more

Clayton and his supervisor arrived just on time to help my husband and I move out of our apartment at a university. It was freezing cold and raining but they still provided 5 star service. They handled everything with ease and all under two hours! They were very hardworking and polite. They disassemble and assembled our king size bed frame all under 30 minutes which took my husband and I originally 3 hours to do! Would use again! read more

Greg, Daniel, and Alex were amazingly fast and so nice! They called to confirm the appointment the day before and as well the morning of to inform me that they were on their way. Once they arrived to my apartment, they were extremely professional in getting all the paperwork done and informing me of a few policies. They were able to load up all of my boxes and furniture in an hour and a half. Once at the new apartment, they team worked quickly and efficiently to get my items inside. On of the sidings of my bookcases was coming off so Greg offered to help me fix it! They also set up my bedroom to my liking. I have never seen a more professional and friendly moving company. These guys are definitely the ones to hire if you are needing to move! read more

Super responsive, great service, good people. It was a real pleasure working with Swift Movers. Greg and Oscar were great movers, Amber was the office staff that made sure all was set the day before the move, and Pete was the super responsive customer service when I put in a request on Yelp. Cost was super reasonable, and clearly explained. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. (Note: this was a crosstown move in San Antonio, about 4 hours of work or so). read more

Swift Movers - Movers Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Amazing experience! We were quoted for a 3hr move, which ended up only taking two hours because of the efficiency Hank, Oscar and Gilbert had! They were very friendly and very professional with the moving process. All of our valuables and furniture were moved "swiftly" without damages. I would highly recommend and definitely hire Swift Movers again. read more

Second time using this moving company, though there must've been some type of crossed communication between the office staff, which resulted in the crew arriving a whole hour after the window time scheduled. Overall highly recommend this company, and if I ever need them they'll be my first choice. Thanks Swift Moverz read more

They were also so friendly and made the packing/moving experience light and fun. Excellent customer service, very reasonable pricing, I can't say enough good things about this company. Willie & George were great movers & couldn't have asked for more from them. It was crazy windy, pouring rain & 45 out; they worked through it, all while being very careful with all items being moved. If I ever need to move again, Swift Movers will be the company I'm going to call - you should to. read more

This was a great service. Eddie and Eddie Jr moved me quick and efficient and cut my move by half the time! They moved an extremely heavy washer like it weighed as much as a butterfly. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received and will be recommending this mover to all in future. read more

Could not have asked for a better move. Shaun, Wesley, and Kenney were polite and efficient.

We hired Swift Movers to help us with moving big items such as our bed, couch, tv stand, etc. The team was fast, friendly, & really cautious with our stuff. I definitely recommend to anyone in San Antonio! Thanks guys. read more

Great service took great care of all of our belongings. Fast and efficient! The staff were friendly and they showed up when they said they would! read more

Amazing!!! Moving is always stressful, but this move, for a variety of reasons, was by far the worst. The team was an oasis in the desert of awfulness that was this moving process. They were quick, easy, polite, and good at filling up the cubes with our stuff. They unloaded our 1 bedroom apartment (up 3 stories of kind of narrow stairs that aren't easy to navigate with furniture) very quickly, so don't hire any of these other companies that all have complaints about slow movers milking the clock. That was never a worry with this team. Thanks again!! read more

Wow. What an amazing group of movers. Al, Mark and Luis were fantastic. These men were professional, courteous, hard working, and careful. I've never done a pack and move before, but we needed some help getting my mom moved to a new place. She has lots of fragile and delicate breakables. Al, Mark, and Lewis handled, wrapped, and packed everything with care. After this experience I may never pack up boxes myself again. After packing, they got the loading, move, and unload done quickly and without damaging a single item. I really appreciate the work, and I'm very glad we decided to hire Swift Movers. I highly recommend them. read more

I initially spoke with Luis who was very patient and explained the process of using Swift Movers. I had to change my moving date a week out, and Luis was very understanding. On the day of the move, Blaine, Wesley and Jordan showed up promptly within the timeframe I was given. They observed my home and stated it would take around six hours. These gentlemen worked nonstop and completed my move in just under five hours. They were lightning fast! I have moved several times and this time by far is the best experience I have ever had with movers. read more

Swift Movers was so awesome to help us out last minute! We requested 4 guys and those guys did an exceptional job! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. From the moment they arrived these guys were moving fast. I was worried one elevator to the fifth floor would slow them down but they were efficient. Clarence, Tom and Ron were all polite and respectful, they wrapped our furniture really well and we didn't have any issues. Our quote was correct and I already have them scheduled for another move . read more

My overall experience with my move was good, Luis and Greg were nice and helpful during my move. Once everything was in my new house, my boyfriend and I started to put things away and putting things back together and we noticed that some hardware was missing for the bed and for the mirror that attaches to the dresser. My boyfriend reached out to the movers and asked about the hardware to which he said he would give us a call back but we have yet to receive a call. Needless to say, the bed is still on the floor and so is the mirror. After my post, the company reached out to me and was able to locate my missing pieces and also came to help put the bed together. read more

Swift Movers were great from beginning to end. When booking my move day Luis was thorough and extremely helpful to provide all details needed for my moving experience. Leading up to my moving day, (in the midst of Covid-19) I was worried about being able to still move. Luis reassured me all would work out. On my move day, the guys (Tommy, Clarence and Ebony) showed you on time and ready to work. They did a quick assessment of the what we had to move and got to work wrapping. Not one piece of furniture went into the truck unwrapped. They even wrapped my door frames and ensured no walls were scratched. I had some extremely heavy and bulky furniture as well. They fit all of my furniture and personal items like puzzle pieces into the truck. Upon unload they were attentive to where they needed to place all the items. The guys were also helpful in replacing doors on our fridge and helping to set up our bulky master bed. I highly recommend Swift Movers for their professionalism, strength and knowledge on how to move people. Thank you guys for helping me move into my new home! read more

The office is super responsive and willing to work with you so I appreciated that. I had to knock stars because even though the movers seemed like cool guys they dropped my brand new headboard and scuffed up some of my furniture. Stuff happens, but then one of them took a snack break at the end and ate watermelon while another decided to sit down while still on my clock. We went over by 33 minutes and thanks to their little break I got to pay for another full 15 mins. read more

This is the second time I used Swift Movers and it's still the best in town. Ray, Miguel and Calvin were very professional and got me moved quickly. When I called to Clarence was great on the phone and got me booked on short notice and hit the estimate exactly. They even delivered all my packing supplies same day and saved me a trip to Home Depot and with better prices too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks! read more
