The crew that showed up did not wrap anything except the TV which they broke. They scratched up two of my tables and scratched the floor that was at the home we moved into. They will only pay $34 to fix my TV that cannot be fixed because its broken inside of the TV. The TV needs to be replaced. They refuse to pay for the repairs on one table because they said it didn't match the description that we sent. Just because they dont make that table any longer. I would not recommend them to move anyone because they did not do what was explained to us and will not stand behind their word. If you're looking for a mover dont use them. read more

Sebastian and Noland helped me unload stuff from my POD container and into my apartment in San Antonio :D ! It was pretty hot and humid. But they called me ahead of arriving at my apartment complex, and were extremely prompt and efficient in using their moving gadgets and dolly to unload my PODS container, and move my items up to my apartment unit. First off, Paco and the other man arrived two hours late from the appointment. Second, the drivers stole several personal items that some things can't ever be replaced. The storage cart on wheels with drawers were broken that was near where the items were stolen. Mr. Edwin, needs to put video cameras on your trucks to see what your drivers are doing. *Heads up everyone that uses these movers make sure to be behind them at all times. Same day service and cheap. Caution you get what you pay for. 2 young adults arrived one did not speak English while the other didn't seem to take instruction in English very well. I provided equipment with specific instructions not to drag my leather sofa on the concrete flooring. While in my presence they were careful to follow my instruction even refusing to use wheels that I had purchased solely for this purpose. However while unable to be 2 places at once I had to rely on their integrity, ability to follow instruction, and hoped they were qualified to do their job with skill and some basic knowledge on how to properly move furniture. Sadly my sofa is now ruined. I have to assume it was dragged because there is now a white film from the concrete flooring and 2 tears. There was also a large scratch on my medium sized cabinet that will now require sanding and painting. However I was unable to take a pic of that to send to the owner of the company because the 2 very young adults ?? Employees stacked all my other items so as I cannot get to my cabinet. Alas there is not much point in sending a pic of the damage since the photo of my damaged sofa was not addressed by the owner. I gave 2 stars bc they had availability and are cheap. Now I know why. These movers are great for someone who does not have anything of value. The best suited client is someone who can speak Spanish fluently and has one person whose task is to micromanage and direct the movers every step.
