I will not recommend this moving company to anyone !I moved on March 27 2026 , I called the company back in 1week 1/2 week after my move to claim the damages this company workers did to my furniture. I then was told I ONLY HAD 48 hours to make a claim. I was in disbelief this company policy. I never saw any documentation informing me about the time frame .I spent 30 yrs in the military so I know about movers and I am aware that there is always going to be maybe some scratches on your furniture when moving ,,,,,,,but this company completely damaged every single piece of furniture I have !!!! Scratches , pieces of wood just off my dining set and my entertainment center as well . My bedroom set has the scratches and wood chip of the knife the employee was using to take off the tape they put on it to cover the top . I was so upset I was crying in anger !!!!! I called the BBB and they have no knowledge of accreditation for this company . On the day of the move this company doesn't even have a truck , it is a U Haul truck they come in and load your household goods with barely any padding or cover . I had no idea this was going to be this way !!!! This was my 1st and worst experience I have ever had with a moving company in my life !!! read more

Just moved from San Francisco to San Jose. Although it was hard leaving the city after living there for 16 years, Pro Alliance certainly made it easier. The price they quoted me was consistent! Pro Alliance Services This was my first time working with a moving company for a residential move. I was nervous, especially as we're in the middle of a pandemic, my husband would be working during the move, and my toddler would be...well, parents know what I mean. I did a lot of research to curve my expectations, but it was definitely time wasted as ProAlliance only exceeded them! From the intake call, Joe presented his business with confidence of what would be a smooth move. After spending two days of research and requesting quotes, I was won over by not feeling like another sale, but a person who simply needed a few extra hands during this tough time. I'll unabashedly admit, I'm obsessively organized, so I emailed Joe a couple times with questions and he replied within 24 hours and further reassurance of my move. His responses were thorough and unlike past experiences, I didn't feel like an inconvenience. He responded to my texts and emails with an obvious smile from afar to assure everything would be taken care of. By moving day, everything was seamless. Most of the time when a manager or owner says their team is the best in the business, it's just sales lingo or a gross generalization. However, it was simply the truth! I had the best movers! They came 10 minutes early, were super courteous, and worked hard - even in this California heat! I had two teammates for my two bedroom, second story apartment. The team lead was Allan, who was excellent in making sure the job was done right. Upon arrival of both locations, Allan and Marlon made sure the truck was placed well enough as to not obstruct traffic and pedestrian passageways. I was so grateful, because I didn't want to give a bad impression to our new neighbors. When I walked him through our home, he was methodical in the way the boxes and furniture would go in the truck. We have items from fragile canvas art pieces to ergonomic, electronic desks. Upon reviewing the items, everything - even the packaging - was in good shape! This is what I was most impressed by! I was especially appreciative as he took the time to study my labels and color coordination of the boxes and furniture. Everything was exactly where it was supposed to be in our new home, which made unpacking a breeze. The other teammate was Marlon, who's hard work ethic and speediness made the move go by in a flash. From start to finish he was managing multiple boxes at a time and took particular care of my furniture. He was dedicated to getting the job done in a timely fashion at both locations. He was not afraid to ask for clarity on items' locations, which exhibited a sincere ownership of his work. Their motto on their truck says, "Moving Can Get Heavy, We Make It Light". Moving is truly a heavy task (a burden we all have to endure at some point), but having reliable and hardworking movers like ProAlliance makes a hefty job light! read more

I give this team 5 stars. To start: Joe was great about providing his teams availability. Easy to schedule and no hidden fees or anything. His team provided me with a formal contract before arriving. The move: They arrived 5 minutes before expected. (Which is great on my end) They walked the space and evaluated what equipment was necessary. They moved the truck in a convenient location and started the move. There was one mover in training, so we actually had 3 people helping (which included Joe himself). They provided me with wardrobe boxes which made it super easy to move my clothes. They wrapped all the appropriate furniture, and even bubble wrapped my TV. (Extra peace of mind) They took about 2.5 hours to complete the move. In the contract he mentions a 3 hour minimum, which I would've been happy to pay, but Joe insisted for us to only pay 2.5 hours. I think it's a testament to how Joe wants his business to grow with integrity and efficiency. Overall: They are still a relatively new company that is still learning their processes, but they have a solid foundation. Utlimately, they moved my belongings safely and from what I deemed to be efficient. I definitely recommend them for any moves. read more

They did a wonderful (and quick) job packing my room, wrapping everything securely, and moving to a downstairs basement. Recently moved from the Bay Area to Los Angeles with ProAlliance. It was a difficult move due to the location of my old house being at the bottom of a hill without car access, plus a long 8 hr drive and unloading late at night. But Joe's crew got the job done, requiring extra men and extra time, but he didn't charge for those. Really appreciated that! If I could give zero stars I would. People should think twice before they use this company for a move. There was an item that came up missing after my move. After looking for the item and not being able to find it I contacted Joe, the owner, to let him know. I explained to him that I thought I had misplaced the item and would try to look for it, but I wanted him to be aware of the situation. He spoke as if he really cared and kept saying they were there for me. I ended up locating the missing item and contacted Joe to give him an update. After being disconnected from the call, I then received a call back from Joe who obviously thought he was speaking to someone else. He proceeded to tell the person he thought he was calling "that bitch just called and said she found it". Joe's response shows me that he really does not sincerely care about the customer and it is all just an act he puts on to gain more business. read more

I received quotes from several companies. I was impressed by the fact that the communication was consistent and clear. The quote that Joe gave me was accurate and I knew what the expectations were going in. Although I did not have a large home to move, all of my items are very important to me. All of my items were taken care of properly. Fragile items, pictures and televisions were shrink wrapped. My mattress was wrapped and all of my items received excellent care. No damage was sustained on anything that was moved and the two moving men did a great job in positioning my furniture upon request in my new home. Joe himself appeared at my new home and helped his crew unload the truck. It was great to meet Joe and have that personal touch at the end of the day.
