The guys were very helpful in explaining everything they were doing and made sure they knew what exactly we wanted them to take. I appreciated that they took the time to meticulously, but quickly, wrap everything (taking off sofa feet and table legs where necessary to ensure a safe move). They all worked incredibly hard to ensure we got everything moved to exactly where we wanted it in our new house in a timely manner. In addition, they were all very courteous and friendly and made sure to ask us if we had any questions or concerns at several points. It's hard to find dependable, trustworthy, and fairly-priced movers so it was fantastic to work with Round Table who met all of these criteria. Would definitely recommend to anyone preparing for a move!

I will say the crew (not Brandon) did start to get tired and off track toward the end but ended up completing about 30 minutes ahead schedule of my quoted price. I fear if we would have only had two movers we wouldn't have been able to get it done in 6 hours. (3 Br 2 Bath 1600 sq foot house) All to say, three movers was the right call for this size project. Im not made of money and paying 400$ because your movers wanna spend 30+ mins talking in between furniture and somehow get lost and take longer to get to the destination. Its unacceptable. Your movers need to be more efficient in speed, also how they carry stuff cause i now have to pay damages to my apartment that had nothing in it, let alone in the way for them. Its two of them, team work, no other excuse. Lastly, i understand getting lost on the road and driving cautiously to the place is a 5/5 but taking 20 min to get there when its 10 mins away is odd.

It's been over two weeks and I can't seem to get any updates from anyone. I have kept track of all the email threads for evidence as well as when we called and left voicemails. First couple weeks they said they were "extremely overwhelmed with new moves, the claim would be processes the ASAP" .. now I'm getting "Eddie has been out of town all week". I would highly recommend going elsewhere, it's worth paying a more expensive company to handle your move as I'm sure they would do a better job handling your insurance claim. I'll update this review if this claim ever gets closed but as of now stay away. They are extremely unprofessional. Edit: owner has stopped responding. Will be hiring a lawer

DO NOT HIRE THEM. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would NEVERRRRRR use this company again…read more MOVERS STARTED FIGHTING INSIDE MY APARTMENT AND CAUSE A SCENE IN MY FRONT PARKING LOT, TAKING OFF SHIRTS AND SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER. (videos included) I hired this company to move my belongings. and not only was the job left incomplete, but the behavior of the movers was beyond anything I have ever witnessed from a business!!! My bed was never disassembled or moved, and multiple boxes were left behind despite those being part of the move I paid for because the two movers got into a screaming fight. One of them was throwing up in my front yard and throwing paper towels all over my yard. The two movers got into a screaming match with each other in the middle of my apartment complex!! One of them removed his shirt as they appeared ready to fight, while both were yelling loudly in front of my family. One of the movers even began yelling at one of my family members. It was embarrassing, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Despite having already paid for a two-hour, two-mover service, i was told they don't do that, and the minimum is 3 hours. So after already being charged through my CREDIT card, they asked me to send them money through Zelle/Cash App/Venmo for an extra hour. That raised serious concerns for me about how this company handles billing. When I contacted management, they claimed the move had been completed and offered to deduct one hour from the bill. An hour that should have never had to be paid for to begin with???? They were only there for barely 2 hours before they began screaming at each other. That is not an acceptable resolution when the contracted work was not finished and your employees were fighting in a customer's parking lot. MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP AT ALL EITHER. TEXTS ATTACHED WITH MANAGEMENT. If you are looking for a professional moving company, I STRONGLY recommend choosing someone else. This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have ever had.

If all of your valuables aren't stolen the first time they break into your storage,I assure you they are much more efficient the 2nd time. I've only had a unit here for 2 months. Facts: I came to my unit November 6th to acquire winter clothing only to discover my unit had been burglarized and vandalized. The office personnel were not on the property, but I reached an individual the next day by the name of Samantha (Since terminated), who informed me that my unit was discovered without a lock on November 1st. She explained that someone had attempted to contact me [A lie- I have had no missed calls, voicemails or emails on the matter.] and promised to review the camera footage and compile the applicable paperwork for me then she would call me back. I never received that call. I returned a week later and was given keys to the replacement lock the property provided, along with the paperwork. (I've been very busy and unable to wait the now hour plus I've been waiting for an officer to be dispatched to place my report.) I returned December 4th and used that very key I was provided by the property to unlock the lock the property had provided only to discover my unit had been burglarized yet again!!! Two new office employees were available, one from a different location and one in training. They informed me that all the previous staff had been terminated, that they do not know how to access the camera footage and that they have been getting yelled at and confronted by other disgruntled renters who also have had their units broken into. While here today, speaking with yet another employee as I await an officer to submit my police report. I am being told that there have been no other reports of burglary recently at this location. Literally, as we were discussing this, another gentleman comes in and expressed his very recent experience of having his unit burglarized. Just facts....Take it for what it is worth. Awfully suspect to me. This is not the least expensive storage in the area...and most certainly not the most secure. Do your research. This property should not be one you consider.

Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes!
