I appreciated that they took the time to meticulously, but quickly, wrap everything (taking off sofa feet and table legs where necessary to ensure a safe move). They all worked incredibly hard to ensure we got everything moved to exactly where we wanted it in our new house in a timely manner. In addition, they were all very courteous and friendly and made sure to ask us if we had any questions or concerns at several points. It's hard to find dependable, trustworthy, and fairly-priced movers so it was fantastic to work with Round Table who met all of these criteria. Its the lack of the speed of putting things up and making lots of small talk, adding up time. Im not made of money and paying 400$ because your movers wanna spend 30+ mins talking in between furniture and somehow get lost and take longer to get to the destination. Its unacceptable. Your movers need to be more efficient in speed, also how they carry stuff cause i now have to pay damages to my apartment that had nothing in it, let alone in the way for them. My wife and I have been having LOTS of trouble getting it replaced. We are on the 6th week right now and still don't have a replacement tv. Eddie Arroyo (the owner) last provided us an update on June 18th saying he would get us the documents we needed within 2 days. It's been over two weeks and I can't seem to get any updates from anyone. I have kept track of all the email threads for evidence as well as when we called and left voicemails. First couple weeks they said they were "extremely overwhelmed with new moves, the claim would be processes the ASAP" .. now I'm getting "Eddie has been out of town all week". I would highly recommend going elsewhere, it's worth paying a more expensive company to handle your move as I'm sure they would do a better job handling your insurance claim. (videos included) I hired this company to move my belongings. and not only was the job left incomplete, but the behavior of the movers was beyond anything I have ever witnessed from a business!!! My bed was never disassembled or moved, and multiple boxes were left behind despite those being part of the move I paid for because the two movers got into a screaming fight. One of them was throwing up in my front yard and throwing paper towels all over my yard. The two movers got into a screaming match with each other in the middle of my apartment complex!! One of them removed his shirt as they appeared ready to fight, while both were yelling loudly in front of my family. One of the movers even began yelling at one of my family members. It was embarrassing, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Despite having already paid for a two-hour, two-mover service, i was told they don't do that, and the minimum is 3 hours. So after already being charged through my CREDIT card, they asked me to send them money through Zelle/Cash App/Venmo for an extra hour. That raised serious concerns for me about how this company handles billing. When I contacted management, they claimed the move had been completed and offered to deduct one hour from the bill. An hour that should have never had to be paid for to begin with???? They were only there for barely 2 hours before they began screaming at each other. That is not an acceptable resolution when the contracted work was not finished and your employees were fighting in a customer's parking lot. MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP AT ALL EITHER. TEXTS ATTACHED WITH MANAGEMENT. If you are looking for a professional moving company, I STRONGLY recommend choosing someone else. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.

Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.

My mistake was I should have said nothing. I did receive a call on the 9th demanding payment for air. Long story, I never moved one item into the unit, it's air. Be aware the game this company plays is they will abandon you when you need to get the gate code to take off the lock, they will ignore you when you try to reach them. This creates a scam to demand monies by communicating at the last minute when the gate code won't work. Nevermind talking to the manager or regional manager, this business is a scam.

Denise was great, patient, and took her time helping us even though it was almost time for the office to close. EXCELLENT customer service. We were able to get a unit, and even after a small mixup on my behalf, she was able to help us correct the error even though it was well past her scheduled shift. The facility is in great condition and the storage units are reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend doing business with this location.
