John, Matt, and Lorenzo showed up within 15 minutes of the 1 hour time window initially given to me and were beyond helpful, respectful, and took great care to wrap my furniture and get things to the next location without any mishaps. These 3 went above and beyond just moving my belongins and John even fixed my dresser leg that had been broken from previous movers without my asking. :-) They all worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather and never stopped until we were finished. Its the lack of the speed of putting things up and making lots of small talk, adding up time. Im not made of money and paying 400$ because your movers wanna spend 30+ mins talking in between furniture and somehow get lost and take longer to get to the destination. Its unacceptable. Your movers need to be more efficient in speed, also how they carry stuff cause i now have to pay damages to my apartment that had nothing in it, let alone in the way for them. Its two of them, team work, no other excuse. Lastly, i understand getting lost on the road and driving cautiously to the place is a 5/5 but taking 20 min to get there when its 10 mins away is odd.

There was no wasted space and everything was great!! So I hired them for our second load. They couldn't send the same 2 guys but I was assured the other ones were just as good. WRONG!!! They left so much space on the truck we had to get rid of stuff we couldn't take for an interstate move. They also packed stuff we told them not to. The workers that unloaded at our new home said they have never seen a worse packed truck. One of them had to hold things up so a lot of stuff wouldn't fall. I have reached out twice, with pictures, and gotten no response. Just shows they don't care about their customers.

Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.
