This creates a scam to demand monies by communicating at the last minute when the gate code won't work. Nevermind talking to the manager or regional manager, this business is a scam.

We lost some precious memory items and several items of value which were destroyed or could not have been easily sanitized. It was gross, I felt so nasty after we cleared it out and I was gagging. Now we are stuck having to clean and sanitize what we could salvage and with the cost of replacing the damaged items. To top it off, you aren't allowed to throw things away. The dumpster is locked. A lot of people put their trash around the dumpster because of this so I'm sure the mice have a field day with that, too. Obviously, I'm upset but I don't think I have any protections in this case. Don't use this place. It's not worth the headache, loss, and health hazards to save some money.
