DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What separates reputable companies from disreputable ones is how they conduct themselves when things go wrong. This company failed spectacularly on both counts. The behavior displayed by these movers was nothing short of appalling. I have never witnessed such a complete lack of professionalism from individuals representing a business. Their conduct was chaotic, confrontational, and entirely unbecoming of people entrusted to enter someone's home and handle their belongings. The movers were fighting loudly with one another over a missing tool part and proceeded to prepare for a hands on fight in front of my apartment as one guy took off his shirt for the brawl. It was embarrassing to witness and left everyone present feeling uncomfortable and genuinely disturbed. What I find even more offensive is that management appeared just as unconcerned as the employees. Rather than taking full responsibility for what occurred, they minimized the situation and offered excuses instead of meaningful accountability. That response tells me this is not an isolated incident. it is a reflection of how this company operates. I would not allow these individuals back into my home under any circumstances, nor would I ever recommend them to another person. There are countless moving companies that understand the meaning of professionalism, courtesy, and basic human decency. This is not one of them. If you value your home, your belongings, or your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else. This company has no business representing itself as a professional moving service. The conduct we witnessed was disgraceful, and based on both the employees' behavior and management's response, I have absolutely no confidence in this company's integrity or competence. MOVERS STARTED FIGHTING INSIDE MY APARTMENT AND CAUSE A SCENE IN MY FRONT PARKING LOT, TAKING OFF SHIRTS AND SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER. (videos included) I hired this company to move my belongings. and not only was the job left incomplete, but the behavior of the movers was beyond anything I have ever witnessed from a business!!! My bed was never disassembled or moved, and multiple boxes were left behind despite those being part of the move I paid for because the two movers got into a screaming fight. One of them was throwing up in my front yard and throwing paper towels all over my yard. The two movers got into a screaming match with each other in the middle of my apartment complex!! One of them removed his shirt as they appeared ready to fight, while both were yelling loudly in front of my family. One of the movers even began yelling at one of my family members. It was embarrassing, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Despite having already paid for a two-hour, two-mover service, i was told they don't do that, and the minimum is 3 hours. So after already being charged through my CREDIT card, they asked me to send them money through Zelle/Cash App/Venmo for an extra hour. That raised serious concerns for me about how this company handles billing. When I contacted management, they claimed the move had been completed and offered to deduct one hour from the bill. An hour that should have never had to be paid for to begin with???? They were only there for barely 2 hours before they began screaming at each other. That is not an acceptable resolution when the contracted work was not finished and your employees were fighting in a customer's parking lot. MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP AT ALL EITHER. TEXTS ATTACHED WITH MANAGEMENT. If you are looking for a professional moving company, I STRONGLY recommend choosing someone else. One star because - The first time I hired them the packers were excellent. They were hired to load the U-Haul truck. They loaded that truck like a tetris game. There was no wasted space and everything was great!! So I hired them for our second load. They couldn't send the same 2 guys but I was assured the other ones were just as good. WRONG!!! They left so much space on the truck we had to get rid of stuff we couldn't take for an interstate move. They also packed stuff we told them not to. The workers that unloaded at our new home said they have never seen a worse packed truck. One of them had to hold things up so a lot of stuff wouldn't fall. I have reached out twice, with pictures, and gotten no response. Just shows they don't care about their customers. read more

Update 2/14/2024: Well, unfortunately, re-assembling our bed did not go well, to put it as kindly as I can. I'm a pretty straightforward person so I'll just tell it like it is. Ben and Pavel arrived on time, and got to work on the bed. All of the hardware, except for one L-bracket, was there. I ordered a new L-bracket, and it was on the way from Wal-Mart, set to arrive within 2 hours. Anyway, Pavel did most of the work on the bed. He was kind of rushed, and didn't seem to take much care with what he was doing. I could hear him drilling, and could also tell he was stripping screws. They didn't come with tools, but we had all that here anyway, so they used our tools. My husband happened to come home early so he could help them out. He's assembled that bed a few times over the past 25 years, so he knows how it's supposed to go together. First, he told them that the canopy goes on last, after the bed and headboard are in place. Pavel still kept trying to attach the canopy pieces, although I had told him the same thing. He told me that the canopy will the support the bed frame and everything else. I shook my head, explaining that the canopy really doesn't support anything, although it does attach to the frame. The frame and drawers support the entire structure. He noticed that Pavel, who was doing most of the drilling, was not doing it right. He was drilling holes where no holes were needed, and when Rob tried to explain to him how it should go together, he was met with silence. Pavel told me he knew how to build things, but I explained the if this thing isn't put together right, it could end in disaster. For example, the boards weren't properly in the frame, and things were quite misaligned. Pavel wasn't very mindful of certain things, like the heater cord/sensor being under a board, and it being pinched. I pointed that out, but fixed it myself. Pavel really didn't seem to listen. I even downloaded instructions on how to put these things together, and Rob went in to show him, but he didn't seem interested. When Pavel told me that he ran out of screws we knew that it would be best to not have him complete the job. He shouldn't have needed any. I was tired of trying to explain how it goes, and my husband was, too. I wasn't going to risk further damage to my bed, or worse, disaster due to improper assembly. Once the bed is disassembled and all the hardware saved, there should be no need for new hardware. I am attaching some pictures and a short video explaining what was wrong in that area. The guys were polite, and they did move a dresser and a nightstand back into place, as well as a bookcase and some books. However, the main thing for which they were hired yesterday, the bed, didn't go well. Pavel was trying to build the bed, rather than assembling it. Original Review: I had a rather unusual job, and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed some movers ASAP. We are having new floors installed, and needed help disassembling an enormous canopy waterbed and moving some very heavy furniture out of the rooms they were in. In desperation, I reached out to Tom with Move With Us, and he quoted me a very reasonable price and sent a couple of guys over immediately after the job they were currently working. The two gentlemen arrived exactly on time, and were very polite. They did everything we needed and more. Nothing was broken or damaged. This is one of the best, if not THE best, experiences with movers that I've ever had. Agreed on a rate and the guys were at the house within the hour. They helped us finish loading and unloaded at the new house pretty fast. They were quick and efficient but careful and organized. I hired this company and during the move my TV was broken due to them not securing my toolbox to the side and it fell over cracking my 65" TV. I reached out to the company immediately upon finding my TV broken via phone and email with correspondence stating that they would file a report with their insurance and get back with me. This was back in July. I have reached out several times on phone and via email with no resolution. I asked just to be reimbursed for a similar TV to replace what they broke providing all information that they asked for. I do not recommend this moving company. read more

I'm not sure where to start with this review. I scheduled my move with this company a week or so prior to the move date. I could tell they were very new to the business as they did not have a standardized process to reserve in comparison to Einstein, College Hunks, etc. The night prior to my move, I contacted them to confirm, since I had not heard from them; this is unusual as most move companies will contact you several times before to confirm. I was then asked to move the time to an hour later. I'm not sure why I would be asked for a my preferred time at the time of booking and then have that time not honored. Also, why is the customer having to contact YOU to confirm? The day of the move it was the time of the scheduled move and I had not received any status check all morning from them. Again, this is unusual. I waited and looked at their reviews to which I quickly realized were likely made by friends and themselves. On Google the only review you see is Ben's; well, Ben works here. Ben Conway is who helped me move. I would not trust their reviews. On Yelp, there was about 5 reviews which appeared to be fake. They were not on time contrary to all the Yelp reviews. It was after 11 when I received a text and they were outside. The move itself went smoothly as I did not have many items nor heavy items and I was only moving 4 miles down the road. I would only recommend these guys if you're moving items that are not expensive, small items, and/or a short distance move. I can't imagine relying on them to move household expensive furniture as they did not spend any time wrapping my items like other companies usually do. My items were not expensive or sensitive, so I let it go. However, this is unlikely to be OK for those packing a whole house of furniture that you care about. I also was not asked to sign any waiver, so you have to question are these guys even insured? Unlikely! Good luck if they break your items. When they were taking my bed platform down the stairs they did not take great care as I could hear items hitting the rails and ground. The price was pretty average, but not accurate to what is listed on Yelp. It was a bit more. My recommendation to these guys would be to work on your communication. Contact customer to confirm, communicate status the day of. Most of us have changed our whole schedules in anticipation of this move. It's a BIG DEAL! read more

The communication from the beginning was problematic at best. It took days to get a simple answer. The lack of communication should have been enough to turn me off of them and on to a different mover; but, the rates seemed reasonable. After finally agreeing on a rate, a moving date, and the number of movers on their crew who would come to do the move, I was ready. However, on the day of the move, I waited at the house for almost an hour past the agreed-on time for the move to begin. When I texted them, I was told they had issues with getting their vehicle and they would probably be at my house in about two hours (which would have put them three hours late from the established start time) with a Uhaul truck. They finally arrived 45 minutes after their late start time and with one fewer member of their crew. One member of the crew who showed up (I'll refer to him as Mover 1) was very friendly and professional. The other (Mover 2) was much less so. Mover 1 began by loading up the garage and Mover 2 went in to take apart one of the beds. However, Mover 2 called me into the bedroom to let me know he didn't have the tools to complete the job. I told him to leave the room alone. He seemed very perturbed and then went in to start loading up the dishes in the kitchen. After he asked me if I had any paper (I had already informed the main POC that I had neither boxes nor paper), Mover 2 began to pack the dishes. He had already packed a few boxes when I walked back into the kitchen to check on his progress. That's when I noticed he was using a moving blanket to separate one layer of glassware from whatever was under it. I let him know I was concerned about breakage and he assured me he knew what he was doing. The move continued in the same way. When we arrived at the new house to do the unloading, Mover 1 was professional and courteous. Mover 2 seemed annoyed when I let him know where the boxes were going. When I did begin emptying the boxes a couple of days later, I found that more than half a dozen glasses were broken, as were baking dishes and plates. I threw them out since they could not be salvaged. I don't recommend using this company for your move unless you are prepared to wait on their arrival and are okay with having broken dishes because of a lack of preparation on the part of the moving company. I would have given zero stars, but Mover 1 was very courteous throughout the move and his professionalism was in stark contrast to the rest of my experience. read more

I was very frustrated with my experience with this crew. The guys were Ben, Shawn, and Anthony. Their arrival time was scheduled between 9-10am. Our household goods were in a storage and needed to be moved in to our new house. 1. They arrived 2hr40min LATE and communicated this VERY poorly. I had to be the one to ask where they were rather than telling me ahead of time. We had so much going on that day and they wasted nearly 3hrs of our time. 2. When they arrived Anthony 100% looked like he was high on something. My husband and I both noticed it because it was that obvious. That guy was a mess. 3. The one item that needed special care (my Yamaha upright piano) nearly fell forward to the ground because Ben was not careful. He was rushing and dragged it aggressively! It tipped half way and he tried to catch it but it was still too heavy but luckily Anthony was standing next to him and quickly helped him out. 4. Our entertainment system was handled very poorly. It made a crack noise as soon as the guys lifted and set it on the ground. Over all, this crew was NOT careful, NOT reliable, poor at communicating, and NOT professional. I had hired another company that was supposed to move me on 09/30/2023. They did not show up but they referred to another company and they did not show up. I spent the entire weekend waiting for movers that I had booked weeks ago. At the last minute I reached out Move With Us. They got me on the schedule this morning (I contacted them last night) and their 2 guys showed up as scheduled. They unloaded the pod in about an hour. They were great! After the weekend that I had I thought I was going to never get my stuff out of the pod. I was very happy with the service and their ability to work with me. Definitely would recommend! read more
