Movers did awesome. Can't complain about them, but do not go with this company. I called around to multiple movers before them and they had the best quote. $100 for gas etc and $100 an hour. The day they show up, oh it's $150 an hour because we brought 3 people. They finished moving all of our stuff in one hour, and it's a 2 hour minimum payment. So $400 for an hour of moving. If they had brought 2 people like I was told for a $100 an hour, it would've taken them at most 2 hours? And it would've been $300 for 2 hours. Clear con artists and a scam, they know you need to move the day you schedule them and get you real good. Not to mention they tell you over the phone they do military discount, and it literally made no difference. Payment was $400, once I told them and showed them my Veteran id, price was still $400. Please go with All My Sons Moving & Storage which was our first choice before we were scammed by these guys. If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. read more

Jacob & Carlos were careful with my things, very courteous & fast (5hrs from moving me out, empty storage unit, and set up at new house) couldn't believe they were able to move my stuff to my new house as quickly as they did. Had an appointment scheduled for a move this morning only to be called 25 minutes prior to start time to be told the movers called in due to specific situations. Although I understand things come up and are out of our control, the reason given was something that was known about a few days prior and I could have been told/warned prior to today. That's not how you provide customer service. Was told I'd receive an update on getting movers but never did. I had to call hours later for an update and never heard from them again. Worst Moving company ever. I hired them for a storage unit to a first floor apartment that was easily a 2 hour job and they took 4 1/2 hours to complete guy kept on cussing and complaining that it's hot and took over 1 1/2 hours or brakes and I had to pay for it. Called the business line to let them know and they were rude and hung up the phone on me. no discount and no class service don't hire them they will rip you off 600 dollars for a 300 dollar move no thanks never again. read more

Had a move scheduled for Aug. 15 at 9am. Alpha Omega movers hadn't shown up by 9:45. I called them and the douche I spoke with said that they had not scheduled me for correct date. The douche then told me that he would have a crew out to me "in just a few minutes." After 3 hours of waiting I called back to check on the status only to receive a voicemail message. I left several messages and never received a call back. Not only did they not call me back but it appears as though they completely avoided me. It sounds from reviews like Alpha Omega is hit or miss... I have to tell you for me, it was HIT. These guys saved my bacon when I hired a terrible long distance mover who was trying to con another $800 from me, telling me their truck was too big to fit into my San Antonio apartment complex (it clearly wasn't). Instead of paying those morons to rent a smaller truck (at a ridiculous markup of course) I called Alpha Omega with no notice at all, and they sent a crew out to finish my move. The guys they sent were physically huge, experienced, and proud to help me out of the scam the other moving company was trying to pull. I had no problem paying them the $105/hour rate once I saw how fast they were (I have NO doubt the original movers I hired would have taken 12 hours to do what Alpha Omega did in 4). Absolutely under no circumstances use this company. They have so many fake reviews on line to cover all the complaints. I used them to move furniture out of a storage unit to an apartment which is a pretty easy job for movers and they destroyed irreplaceable items and then much to my heartbreak they stole thousands of dollars worth of my personal possessions. The guys were on some sort of drug or something and the manager tried to pull a fast one on me when I tried to pay and then screamed at me when i called him on his dishonesty. I looked into it and this guy has a very shady and questionable background so it is no wonder that I had attempted credit card fraud from the company and stolen items. I am in the process of an insurance claim and taking action to put this company ot of business. Consumers do not deserve this kind of abhorrent behavior when they are entrusting others to safely and respectfully move their personal items and treasured memories. Very bad experience. I hire Alpha Omega to move my household stuff from Seattle to San Jose. The sales manager was very polite and describe their movers as best movers. He mentioned that they have very good system and mechanism to handle and track items. However at the end my experience was very bad, 1. When truck came to my target location, my house hold items were stuffed if very small space at the end of truck. Delicate items were not at all given attention and they were put under the heavy items. My 52" television was kept vertically instead of standard horizontal position, this was done just to fit it in small space. 2. There were several items missing. 3. When we tried to follow up with service department, they kept on passing our call from one department to other. I tried to email the sales manager who was very responsive at the time when we wanted to hire them but he not even acknowledged my email about problems i faced. The guys could not get a dresser down the stairs at the apt complex need help and damaged the walls in the apt! When we arrived to the house to unload the rain had stopped, and when everything was done our couch was ripped and a 43 in tv broken !!! Looks like it was hit on something. I had Alpha Omega Movers from San Antonio move from one location to another on July 16,2012. After the move was complete, I noticed that there was damage to a wall in the home. Upon discovery, I called the mover(s) personally and they said that he would come by to look the following Sunday (July 22, 2012). No one never showed so I called their boss (who is listed as owner on the BBB). Once I finally was in contact with her, she mentioned she was in the hospital and would return my call. DAMAGED FURNITURE AND REFRIGERATOR! I used Alpha Omega movers to move approximately 15 miles and 5 1/2 hours of work later I had numerous pieces of scratched furniture, dented and scratched refrigerator doors as well as scratched paint on my front door entry of my new home from where they forced the refrigerator through without removing the doors. They were polite and courteous the whole time' so when the guy in charge said he would call me the following week to arrange someone to come out and repair my furniture, I believed him (we noted all damage on receipt) and mistakenly paid in full at the time of services (by the way they don't tell you till after that they do not accept checks and charge an extra 4% when using credit cards). We never did receive a call back from Alpha Omega so 2 weeks later (I was busy with unpacking hence 2 week delay) the owner who answered the phone stated that the driver should not have told us that he would call us back as that was not their procedure. The owner said he would call me back with directions on how to file a claim when he got back to the office, but he never did. Damaged furniture. 2 of the 3 movers were not helping. Very unprofessional. Had the wrong day after I had called them the day before. Movers were rude after we gave them a tip and food...our mistake for giving tip early. They took a 30 min gas and drink break on the clock and supposedly had the truck breakdown on the way to the destination which was an hour away. Took all day and night. San Antonio to Abilene (they moved our car too), Abilene back to San Antonio, San Antonio to a bigger apartment and now we are going to hire them to move to Houston. They are paid by the hour, but they are FAST. They don't try to milk it and take their time. They came and pack our stuff, load and unload faster than what we expected.
