Where it turns south is when I asked if another date was available, he said yes, I said I'd get back with him to confirm a change if needed, I never got back to him about changing the date. So I was surprised to receive an email saying my date was changed to the unconfirmed date I asked about and my original date now being gone. Then they delivered what we needed to our house. They arrived exactly on time and all of them worked very hard. All three were extremely kind and patient--we had to open several boxes to see what was inside since our previous movers did not label them properly. One thing that stood out was the excellent teamwork among the three guys. Customer service was excellent. We sold out home and had to move 10 days after closing. The office staff was very accommodating on scheduling. The movers were polite, honest and hard working. A few minor issues on the move out where they left a couple of small boxes behind. They dinged (minor) a few pieces of expensive furniture and broke the arm on a 50 lb desk chair- the biggest issue was the rain during our move in 2 weeks later- they obviously cannot control weather but I think they might have been a little better prepared for it. Some furniture got wet and had to be left in the new garage to dry out before we could place it on the new carpet- so we had to hire a friends son to finish the move in. All in all we were pleased, and would definitely recommend them and consider hiring them again. read more

I complimented them on their expertise, professionalism, working well under a crisis situation and for making me feel that I and my belongings were as valuable to them as me. A year and a half later, I finally get my things out of storage (in the truly climate controlled facility - their office is in the building so its maintained at a normal temperature.) Sean and his staff worked with me to deliver part of my belongings at one point, then the remainder at a later time. Our move was scheduled for 8am. Mike, Robert, and Rudy showed up at 745 saying they knew they were there early so no need to rush (how PROFESSIONAL). But, nope I'd lost sleep in anticipation of this move so I was ready to roll and so were they. The guys moved quick, efficiently, and communicated well amongst themselves which was especially helpful because 1) I have a staircase that turns and 2) they needed to coordinate to move my exceptionally heavy CONCRETE dining room table --no easy feat as it is 72"x30" and five inches thick. Had they not communicated well, it could've easily been dropped. But they rocked it. I have many belongings that are fragile and they handled everything as one would want. Twice they pointed out dented furniture (we were military moving five states in fifteen years so our stuff is banged up from previous moves). I thought that was admirable. When moving day came, a 2-man crew of Rudy and Joseph arrived on-time and presented themselves well. They listened to my instructions and followed my requests.
