The team arrived on time and went straight to loading the truck! Very professional and protected all of our items. Then drove 2 hours to the new location and once again went straight to unloading and unpacking without any delays. Very impressive and will be using for move part 2! read more

I hired Evolution Moving for a whole-house move on May 21. Before the move, I explained the contents of the house during the estimate process so they could estimate the scope. On moving day, I emailed additional instructions because I would be unavailable by phone. I provided my partner's contact information and specifically requested that all garage items be packed and moved. Daniel Rios confirmed that everything was received and that the movers would contact my partner before leaving the house. Around 11 a.m., my move-out cleaning crew informed me that a substantial amount of property was still in the house. My partner had not received the load-up call, and I had not received any updates from Evolution. After I contacted the company, I was told only a few open boxes had been left behind. When my partner arrived at the new apartment later that afternoon, the garage contents were missing and fewer items had been delivered than expected. The crew stated they had not been instructed to move anything else. When I contacted Evolution again, I was told there had been a misunderstanding. I was then offered a separate two-person crew to complete the move, but only as a new move with additional charges. When I arrived at the apartment that evening, I discovered that the dining room, kitchen boxes, and entire garage had never been moved. My friends and I ended up completing the move ourselves. It took three days and six truckloads. Afterward, I found that beds had been placed in the wrong rooms and not assembled, furniture had been left partially disassembled, room-labeled boxes had been piled in the kitchen, furniture had been scratched, and the hardware for my son's bed was missing. Justin Rodriguez later located the missing screws in the back of the truck, though some were badly bent. I emailed Daniel seeking a response and he replied with a completely ai-generated email blaming me for the misunderstanding. To Justin's credit, he came to my apartment on his day off to help move furniture into the correct rooms and assemble it. Throughout this entire process, he was the only person who consistently communicated with me and attempted to help resolve the situation. What ultimately disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. I repeatedly had to initiate communication myself, and after the move I called the owner every day for a week and left a voicemail seeking a resolution. My calls were never returned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evolution Moving. read more

I DO NOT recommend this moving company!!! Same city/short distance move...We had to go back to get stuff from our old house that they left behind! Furniture was damaged when it got to our new house. FRAGILE boxes just tossed around. Boxes were placed randomly in different rooms instead of CLEARLY labeled rooms on the boxes. We will NEVER use or recommend this company and have notified family/friends to beware!!! read more

Brandon and Richard are the best! They worked so hard. This is the third time that I have used Evolution Moving and it's been a great experience every time. Worth every penny. Thanks guys! read more

The team of J, D, and Dennis was amazing! Very professional and hardworking! On the back end, Zack was awesome setting up everything for me!

I recently hired Evolution Moving for a cross-town move with 4 stops...one house to a storage, then to a second house, followed by a second storage. Lance and Don were friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. They even got rained on 3 times and didn't bat an eye! Evolution's pricing is straightforward and fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and will recommend them to anyone looking for movers. Thanks so much! read more

They helped move my son from my house to an apartment in October. They were very professional. When we arrived at the apartment, the apartment was in the process of being cleaned. The moving guys unloaded the truck and put the furniture in a hallway, out side. About the time the truck was unloaded, the apartment was ready, so they then moved the furniture into the apartment. They were calm and reassuring. I felt the price was very fair, especially after getting bids from other companies beforehand. I definitely plan on using Evolution Moving services when I or a family member needs their services again. read more

The movers were scheduled to arrive between 8:30AM and 9:30AM and they arrived at 8:42 and got right to work. My movers, Kemahl and Derrick were friendly, personable, and professional. We shared a few laughs and they worked dillegently. I couldn't be happier with my experience. When they got the last items in the apartment they offered to move or reposition anything too, which I appreciated. read more

Recently used Evolution for the third time in a local move and once again experienced excellent service and a positive experience. Their booking system is easy, moving coordinators professional and stay in contact with you, and the movers (the muscle) are always timely and handle your stuff like it's THEIR stuff! Plus they were always willing to help place stuff where you want it, even if that takes several times! read more

The movers came on time, moved quickly, and answered any questions! It was lightly raining but they made sure to cover the floor at the entry to reduce the water being brought into the house. They also put my bed together before leaving. Very respectful and kind guys, would recommend! read more

I was about to give 5 stars until I found out that one of my jewelry boxes was taken from inside my sock drawer. I just barely noticed it since I am in the process of updating and consolidating other furniture. There were two guys. One was talking to me and working on the living room and kitchen items. The other one handled the bedroom by himself. Also I had forgotten that I had this glass box in there since I don't go in that drawer often. Most of my other jewelry was already moved by myself but a necklace my dad had given me was in that box. read more

Two guys were assigned to our move. They worked well together & were very professional. They made sure our furniture was well cared for. The move experience from start to finish went better than expected. Will definitely use this company again! read more

Our recent move was great from start to finish! The moving crew, which included Ryan the moving coordinator and the actual movers Adrian, LJ, DJ and Kendrick, were all outstanding. They showed up on time and were very professional and took great care with all of our items. The move was delivered exactly on time and they were very careful unloading our items. I highly recommend them for your next move. read more

The two packers were David and David and they were great! My husband and I ordered a POD that we realized after delivery was too small. David and David worked quickly packing our items into boxes and then worked hard to pack the POD. Not for their lack of trying but the POD was just too small to fit everything so we had a second POD delivered for the next day and they came back out the next day and did just a great. I wish we had known how great this company really was because we would have gone with them for the entire moving process to Florida. Definitely use this company and request David and David as your crew and you will be happy with the professionalism, quick efficient work and a few laughs during the stress of moving! read more

Hire these guys!! Everyone was super nice and made it very easy to schedule this move. Ryan helped me with scheduling and made sure I knew everything I needed in order to make my decision. The movers were very nice and took care of our items. They worked extremely fast and there were no extra/hidden fees at the end of the move. HIGHLY recommend!! read more

I hired this company the day before my move and they were very accommodating. The two movers they sent were so friendly and professional. I paid what was quoted with no hidden fees. DJ, LJ and Terrell were terrific. Couldn't ask for a more professional crew. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and did a walk through before loading. I'm sure they were overwhelmed when they saw my "chaos" but they tackled it without comments. I was kept informed as to what they were doing and how they were packing it in my Pods. Before leaving, they asked if the job was done to my satisfaction (which it was). The crew made my morning less stressful. read more

This is my 3rd time hiring Evolution Movers (is there a frequent movers rewards program I can sign up for??lol). Every experience with this company has been great from start to finish. Moving is a gigantic chore and they make it so much easier. Scheduling is also easy with Zach; he's very responsive. We were happy to see Ricky back (he had helped us on a past move) and enjoyed the good natured attitudes and great work ethic from him and the other guys, Kevin, LJ and DJ. They were very professional but also made the day less tedious with lots of good banter, laughing and even some singing throughout all the heavy lifting. They even frequently checked on me to see how I was doing. Very professional and kind. Even if they are Lakers fans... ;). As far as work goes, I have zero complaints. My possessions were treated with care, they worked efficiently and without wasting time. I definitely know who I'll be calling again the next time... although I hope it's a little while before I have to pack up again! Thanks everybody! read more

Recently hired Evolution Moving to help us move into our first home. It was an amazing experience from the start. We had three guys help us move items from storage & our apartment & they did a fantastic job. They wrapped my bulkier items so they wouldn't be damaged during transit. They even removed a mirror off a dresser & re attached it once they got it into the designated bedroom. I would def re hire or recommend Evolution movers to a friend. Thank you Kendrick , Joseph, Derrick. You made my move such a breeze. read more

We interviewed 4 moving companies ahead of time to help move my mom out of San Antonio to deep East Texas. Evolution Moving Co was extremely professional from start to finish, they communicated well, their estimation sheets were easy to follow and they were very friendly. Adrian and his crew worked hard, were courteous, and efficient. As a real estate broker I hear lots of horror stories from clients on their movers, Evolution Moving Company exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to all of our clients. read more

I used Evolution in the past for three different moves; they have always done an outstanding job. I reached out to them again for a storage unit move. Zach was my coordinator and he was very honest and knowledgeable about my questions that I had prior. On the day of, my movers were Ricky and Junior. They both were a joy to work with and were patient and careful with my items. I cannot recommend Evolution enough. Thank you for such an easy move! read more

FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING This company boasts their level of professionalism and care for the furniture and belongings of their customers, but this was far from our experience. When we hired Evolution, we let them know we had high expectations due to the value and beauty of our furniture and they assured us that it would all be taken care of, as if it were their own. We trusted them and believed their reviews. When it came time to move, much of our furniture (which we had explicitly stated we were concerned with damaging) was not even wrapped as it was loaded into the truck. Unfortunately we did not catch them in the act, and it was only after the move that we realized the very damages we were afraid of. Although the workers acknowledged their mistake, the company and its management have failed to deliver acceptable compensation. They were unable to fix the damages, and they threw the textbook at us by offering a few cents per pound on the furniture. We are incredibly disappointed and feel swindled by the only mover we ever hired. Be careful. This company talks a big game but they struggle to meet their own declarations of quality and care for the customer. In their words, "We knew this move was going to be tough.." "We are a small family business and we can only do so much ma'am." Our heirloom table and chairs are permanently damaged. 10/12/2020 UPDATE: Based on our experience with Evolution, we are not surprised by their response of trying to minimize this by saying we suffered a small scratch/nick. This was no small scratch. There were MULTIPLE nicks on our chairs as well as on the table. Please see attached for some of our pictures along with a screenshot of the owner's original response (they had the audacity to change their response on Google and Yelp). If you all were so proud of the work you completed for us, why did you terminate one of the crew members? The chairs and tables are worth over $15,000.00. You offered us an amount that would not even cover the cost to resurface the table. What you are saying about recommending additional insurance policies, is false. We are first time movers and we made it clear of our concern, in no way were we told that we should purchase additional insurance policies. read more

Logan and Garrett arrived on time and were very flexible. We had a few items going to one location and a few going to another location. We decided to use a moving company for our moves this summer (2020) due to social distancing and wanting to keep our friends and families safe. We did some research and ended up selecting Evolution. From start to finish they were very communicative and professional. On our first moving day, they called us shortly before arriving and have us their ETA. The two employees, Dillon and Corey, were very courteous and were working hard. They take the time to wrap the furniture to make sure there are no damages. At the end of the move, they let us know you could buy the blankets they used to wrap and they would buy them back next time. We elected to do so with several pieces. On our second moving day we had Matt and Dillon helping us out. Again, we received a message letting us know their ETA for arrival. And again we were very pleased with how nice the guys were. They hustled and were done a bit faster than they quoted. They did buy back the blankets from the first move as well. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend using Evolution the next time you move! read more

I will not be using this company again. A piece of my furniture was broken by their people and was reported during the move, it was addressed via a text to Ryan Hughey. Who I assume said something to the main guy in charge of my move because he immediately came inside and try to put the broken leg back on the cabinet. After further investigation and inspection I noticed it wasn't just the leg that was broke it was a bigger piece. I have sent emails with pictures. No response so far from anyone at this company. They already got their money so I am sure they don't give a shit! read more

Evolution moving company had me impressed with their exceptional service. My scheduled move time was between 11-12 am, I received a call from Rick & LJ advising they had completed their first job ahead of schedule & wanted to know if they could come earlier! Absolutely! Rick & LJ were so polite & explained in detail how the move was going to proceed. These guys hustled & yet took the time to wrap every piece of furniture with great detail & care. Rick & LJ disassembled & reassembled everything I asked them to & at the delivery location put everything in the spot I asked. These two guys are top notch & I'd definitely recommend them anytime!! read more
