Units are often broken into and management has no responsiblity, their response is to "call your insurance company and file a claim!" We provided proof of a break in, broken lock and stolen items. We asked for video footage and as expected, management was unable to provide it and said... "not our reaponsibility, call your insurance company!" Rent and store at your own caution.
