I could not recommend this place any LESS to you. they will raise your 5x5 unit's rate from $14 - $69 in a matter of 4 months. then when I called to ask why I never received a notice for this, they said "not our problem." this place is the worst. take your business else where. read more

The place is convenient and clean. The gate system works great now but in the beginning it was on and off. The original rent was $85 now in three years is $196. Even ahead of Biden inflation. . The good news is in American you have the right to Choose and I am Choosing to move. Maybe if the place was full I could understand the crazy price inflation. They moved my rate from $100/month to $140. The elevator has not worked on the back side of the building for two weeks that I know of. They blocked a door open so you could gain access to your unit. How secure does that make you feel? There is no longer a human on location only a kiosk. Reaching a person appears to be impossible you can only get no reply emails and text. The 800 numbers for all of Public Storage have been down. These are the numbers I got off national web site: 800.688.8057 866.444.4747 888.797.6980 800.447.8673 (The number below for Customer we do not Care) Makes me wonder if they are going out of business. When I drove to the location there is a number you can dial. You will get a human that cannot help and gives you another number. When you dial that number you get a recording. They only respond to the questions they want to. answer. I asked about the rate increase and elevator issue here is what I got. "Dear XX, Thank you for contacting Public Storage. We have reviewed your request to decrease your monthly rental rate for Space XXXX. Unfortunately, we are not able to adjust your rent at this time. We appreciate that circumstances can change; if you think a lower cost space will suit your needs we'd be happy to help you find one and facilitate the transfer. You can contact one of our Customer Care Specialists at 800.447.8673. Always here, Your Public Storage Team" I guess I need to go to the expense of moving my stuff and I am not a happy camper. read more

This location is very nice and quiet and tucked away where you would almost miss it if you didn't know what you were looking for. The spaces are inside mostly, with some outside units available. The sales associate Abel was very friendly and helped answer all the questions I had. They usually have specials going on so if you ever go to A Public Storage you will not be paying full price right off the bat. I needed a big unit but could not afford the regular price cost - luckily the special was half off for the first month and if you are out before the month is completed that is it. I only needed it for a few weeks. Abel was able to get me set up with my lock and keys and showed me the space. Insurance is optional but recommended for the careful shopper. Definitely appreciate the great service and convenient location next to where I live. Would recommend to anyone! read more

Put my stuff in storage there for fours years BC of a family emergency. I paid that entire time, nearly over $4000. They placed my stuff up for auction while me thinking I had two more days to pay. All the stuff that was sold for $50 was irreplaceable family heirlooms and personal items. They made their money, some vulture scavenged through items no one will probably buy except for maybe old clothes. I contacted the manager... Needless to say... All was lost. read more

Very very helpful. Public storage has maintained its great service through out different locations. I am very happy with what I have experienced so far. I was originally reserved a larger unit but changed to a smaller one while checking-in. No problem at all and all discounts were honored even with the change. Highly recommended! read more

Wonderful facility, but the rent is much higher than other public storage locations.

Ok. After seeing another storage facility, im lowering my rating. This facility is old, overpriced and lacks basic amenities like enough carts, electric doors, or decent a/c. They need to lower their prices by 15-20% to compete. I'm moving my stuff out as soon as a unit opens at my new fave. read more

It was very difficult finding storage in north central San Antonio that is climate controlled and reasonably priced. This public storage location is great, and Caroline was really helpful and made the whole process go very smooth. So glad I found this place, it is easy to get in and out and Caroline does a great job of keeping the place looking clean! read more
