Facts: I came to my unit November 6th to acquire winter clothing only to discover my unit had been burglarized and vandalized. The office personnel were not on the property, but I reached an individual the next day by the name of Samantha (Since terminated), who informed me that my unit was discovered without a lock on November 1st. She explained that someone had attempted to contact me [A lie- I have had no missed calls, voicemails or emails on the matter.] and promised to review the camera footage and compile the applicable paperwork for me then she would call me back. I never received that call. I returned a week later and was given keys to the replacement lock the property provided, along with the paperwork. (I've been very busy and unable to wait the now hour plus I've been waiting for an officer to be dispatched to place my report.) I returned December 4th and used that very key I was provided by the property to unlock the lock the property had provided only to discover my unit had been burglarized yet again!!! Two new office employees were available, one from a different location and one in training. They informed me that all the previous staff had been terminated, that they do not know how to access the camera footage and that they have been getting yelled at and confronted by other disgruntled renters who also have had their units broken into. While here today, speaking with yet another employee as I await an officer to submit my police report. I am being told that there have been no other reports of burglary recently at this location. Literally, as we were discussing this, another gentleman comes in and expressed his very recent experience of having his unit burglarized. Just facts....Take it for what it is worth. Awfully suspect to me. This is not the least expensive storage in the area...and most certainly not the most secure. Do your research. This property should not be one you consider.

I signed up online as this place looked perfect on paper, chose the next shown available day to move in, drove over only to find they were closed Sunday, despite showing they weren't on Apple maps. Fine, so I go back the next day. Well past opening, no one is there besides other people needing to get in their new units. Come back an hour later, still nothing. Call the main office for help, they try to help me in but let me know you need someone in person so they try and get in touch with the manager and tell me I should hear back within an hour. The whole day goes by, meanwhile I still had to move my stuff and had already rented a van to do so, so opted for another place down the road. They ended up leaving a voicemail, I show up an hour before they closed and still waited outside a locked door for 50 minutes. Abby helped me and let me know I could get everything refunded and should hear back within a week. A few weeks go by, as I have a life and things get busy. I email to create a paper trail and was able to talk to Renee then Brian who let me know the management was shifting but let me know I should get refunded within 1-2 weeks after verifying my information. It's now been 2 MONTHS since hearing back, and I've sent many follow up emails as I will not trust a verbal confirmation at this point. They also have at least 4 different numbers listed??
