My storage locker was broken into yesterday. They saw off the lock that I had brought and the lock that Public Storage gave me and they stole my PlayStation 2 my video game collection for PlayStation two and all my movies and I don't know what else they stole since it's been a while. Security is nonexistent and there's no real security there. It's all just smoke and mirrors. this place is a scam. Don't bring your stuff here. It's not worth having it stolen. read more

***DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF AT HERE!!*** I'm warning you dear reader, this place is GARBAGE! Let me tell you---if your storage unit is inside of what appears to be the property managers house, you're gonna have a real booger of a time accessing your unit. The ONLY way to access your locker is through a side door which is seldom open. So, you try to call the place to check to see if said door is unlocked and you'll be greeted with a voicemail almost every time---so if you REALLY want to get in contact with the property manager just pay your rent one day late then you'll get in touch with her REAL quick, seems to be the only way to get their attention. Today I drove out to clear out my unit and CANCEL my account there and this piece of trash business was closed for some arbitrary reason and I wasn't able to do either (even tho Google said they would be open). This happens often by the way, even tho it seems like someone lives there, no one is ever in the front office. Also, the lil path you have to drive on to access your unit can only be described as "V Shaped" and can barely fit two cars going through at the same time. I cannot understand how ANYONE can give this place 5 stars, surely they must be friends or family of whoever owns this place or bots. My experience thus far has been as expected from a storage facility. My unit was clean on move-in, and I found Liz to be especially pleasant and helpful. I can recommend this business, and I do not hand them out unless I feel confident others will have a similar positive experience. read more

public storage is the worst!!!! do not rent here, pick uhaul 100% public storage had rats in several units for over 5 months nothing has been done!!! the first incident reported and they did nothing, do not pay insurace for it will do nothing for you, your better off adding it to your renter insurance. if it has a minus start i would put it. save your time and money go rent at uhaul read more

Michelle assisted me very promptly efficiently and offered products to help protect my items in the storage unit. And was even nice to us considering we had a balance that we didn't know about. The location off of Callaghan is the one best so far because of their employees, location, and prices. The parking lot could be better but other than that my husband and I were very satisfied. read more

Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. Usually Lori Ann is there when I go make payments. She is always friendly and helpful with good service. I always get emails and reminder calls for my payments. We are always made aware of any changes or updates that may be coming up at Public Storage. That is appreciated in advance. Just a heads up...the parking lot is so small so sometimes its difficult to get in or turn around because the property is right on the edge of a heavy traffic street/area. read more
