During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.

The next day, I called for a quote as Sam recommended. He remembered my name as soon as he answered the phone and promptly created a quote, even though my order was quite large and time consuming. I brought my packages into the store and he created my labels for me and helped me find the best rates. Not only was this enormously helpful, but it also meant I could avoid all long lines at post offices and shipping centers! He sent me email confirmations immediately upon my order as well. I appreciate how eco box offers biodegradable packaging and is very cost effective. This level of customer service has now made me a lifelong customer. Millennial Movers got back to me super quick in the text chat feature and quoted a fair price and quick availability. Turns out the pool table was way heavier than they expected and had to call in another 3 guys (6 total) to manhandle the green felted, slate monolith into the truck. Fast forward to when they arrived and lo and behold a low hanging branch prevented them from bringing the truck into my driveway. A solution was needed, and a quick thinking member of the crew asked if they could use my pickup to ferry the table from the street to the garage. Of course I obliged and the delivery was completed. There was no mention of ANY additional cost to be added to the original quote even though the logistics of the move required additional hands and unconventional techniques. I appreciate that kind of service and adherence to the agreed upon price as I have also had service providers demand payment above and beyond what was quoted if the job turned out a little tougher than they expected.
