Filed a complaint with Texas DMV…read more I hired Swift Movers LLC for a move in San Antonio on February 20, 2026. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. I think the guys name is Curtis that does the responding. He would get right back to me every time I had a question like right away. Other companies finally responded but took them quite a while to get back to me. And time was of the essence. I needed a mover quickly. And needed to schedule it right away. They were so great about getting me all set up on the day I needed. And they were here right on time. They also gave me a 30 minute heads up. When they arrived, they introduced themselves. It was Donald and Eddie. Both guys were the nicest guys and so helpful. Now I am a little OCD when it comes to my stuff. And we had just bought a brand new fridge, washer/dryer and brand new leather recliner couches so I am pretty on movers to make sure they handle with care. And boy did they ever handle with care! These guys were the best packers and so considerate of my belongings I just let them do their thing without me micro managing! I totally trusted them moving my things and even going into our home they handled everything with such great care like it was their own stuff. I know that this company only has like 5 reviews, but check out the reviews that yelp doesn't always put up there. I usually tend to go with places that have at least 50-100 reviews and companies that have been in business for a while, but I took a chance on them and let me tell you, they sure delivered on all they said they do. The guys are definitely not new to moving. Both Donald and Eddie have many years of experience moving people between them. Not a thing was scratched or dented. That is a huge accomplishment. Donald and Eddie also had to move a fridge and a big washer and dryer that was already in the home to the garage and they did that for me. And I know that washer and dryer were beasts too! You can't run a service business, confirm a job, then fail to show up or even communicate on the day it's supposed to happen. It's not complicated. It's literally the bare minimum of showing up for a labor job, and they couldn't manage that. Thankfully, Veterans Movers saved the situation at the last minute. I reached out in a bind, explained what happened, and they responded quickly and professionally.
