Horrible location. Tough to get to especially with all of the road construction. All they do is raise your rates the longer you rent and give new customers better deals. The past 3 times I have gone I have had to spend 20 minutes searching 3 floors just to find a cart. Paying 400$ a month and not having access to a cart and they still want more money for 24/7 access. facility has got worse and worse every year. climate control is not good and always warm. Over all if I could give this place less than a star I would. don't rent here you will be disappointed. you're better off renting from Extra Space Storage by rolling oaks mall. way better. This place sucks. moving out this week and would never ever be a customer at public storage again. extremely poor customer service read more

The manager here does absolutely NOTHING. I moved to SA on Christmas Eve but secured the unit a month prior. When I arrived to the unit it had a huge whole in the ceiling she was "unaware" of . A HUGE WHOLE , she said it wouldn't effect our things and to just use it . I wasn't accepting that and instead was in a unit WAY TOO SMALL for my things , but it was Christmas what was I going to do. ( she suggested taking it to another storage unit ) FAST FORWARD TWO months later and they had a lady from a sister location working 1 DAY , and she calls me to ask me to come back and secure my unit because it's slightly open. I let her know I hadn't been there in 2 months and she was too stunned to speak. Long story short the police got involved , The OG manager never walked around , doesn't awnser the phone and offered no compensation after her first mistake and I haven't heard from her scary behind after this incident ..... I hope that's because she's fired. DONT LEAVE YOUR ITEMES HERE , they never reported anything to the police or notified customers and this has happened to several units !! So right out the gates thought I was getting a great deal on a 10x15 turns out I find out about a $1 deal the day I am moving stuff into the unit. But, there wasn't anyone in the office to speak to about it. As a matter of fact, you have to go to the office to get a cart to help with unloading. Come to find out from others, that rent there also, no one is ever in the office during business hours. This caused me to take longer to unload and cost me more money because I couldn't get my uhaul back im time. Should have know something was up when the call center person stated the property manager would call me when I set this up and instead got a text message at midnight with info on my unit. read more

Power to the building is unstable and they don't keep the AC on. They will increase your bill every 6 months and you will pay $100 more then any other storage units. I started at $92 a month in 2021 and now it is $325. Just avoid this location at 7303 N Loop 1604. read more

All contactless from reserving unit through drop off. The app works well and nice not having to have a key for entry into facility. Temperature well controlled, unit clean, and wide hallways for adequate movement of large items. Nice they have the timed lights so you don't have to think about if you turned it off. lots of easy access around the building. Manager was helpful with all the questions prior to move in. Dezi or however you spell her name is super EXTREMELY RUDEEE. She has no customer service skills and management skills. Bank has deducted my bill that I processed 2 weeks before the due date and showed them proof.. but I guess they don't understand what a simple bank transaction or deduction means.. after yelling back and fourth I have decided to write a letter to corporate about the extremely disrespectful poor customer service representative that runs the facility. I have also contacted Mr. Mark Taggard and explained the situation and made sure he knew how bad and unacceptable that behavior was. I chose this location because I believed my items would be safe here. It's a new facility with climate control. The facility had a pipe burst and the entire first floor was flooded with water. My entire unit was flooded in an inch of water by the time of my arrival. Needless to say, all my mattresses, wood furniture, and every single box were soaked and ruined. The insurance offered will only cover $5k which isn't nearly enough to replace my items. What is most upsetting is that there was no compassion from Public Storage employees. I heard them tell others that there was nothing they could do if they didn't have insurance. There was an empty unit near ours that we asked if we could move some stuff into temporarily so we could try to get some of the water out of our unit and were told "no." My entire 4 bedroom house is packed in my unit, so with no place to move our things into, there was no other choice than for us to just leave our items sitting in water. The only thing offered to us was that they'd have dumpsters on sight for us to throw away our damaged property. Update: since my review was posted on Google, I have been contacted by this company to remove my review and in return I will get one month of payment back. Wow. They also deleted my review left on their Facebook page. read more

it's impossible to get service or talk to a real person if your trying to look at the unit sizes and purchase a storage unit. no one is ever in the office to help . calling the number on the door is pointless, cause they can't even get ahold of the property manager themselves they recommended doing everything online which is "easier" and more "convenient for the customers they said over the phone . but In reality it's not. it just avoids someone being there to actually assist customers.. which is super frustrating and inconvenient, if your trying to move and get stuff done . read more
