We've been a tenant on and off…read morefor about a year since it was LockAway and have been satisfied after meeting the site manager; even with the shaky transition. The site manager, Lyle C, were helpful, pleasant and efficient; impressive feet for such a young gentleman. Though I had a few issues with the unit (leaking metal roof, outlet malfunction, inability to open the front gate remotely, and floor defects), Lyle was quick to troubleshoot and got all the issues taken care of in a very timely manner and immediately took care of 3 items; will update on the last item as time progresses. The storage units have withstand the time since LockAway but still relatively sturdy. The new management is showing promise; they have been enforcing policies, disallowing certain suspicious and dangerous activities that the previous tenants have been doing prior to the changeover. They have also installed extra LED night lights, which made the location feel much more secure. Storage is always monitored by cameras; though there were some gate issues previously, it has recently been fixed as well. Because of the convenience of the location, how well-lit and monitored, enhanced by site manager Lyle's great leadership, we will continue stay customers for now. Keep up the good work ExtraSpace FM1518 and Lyle!

We're retired people and have NOTHING going up 18% so this increase is straight out price gouging. And, we have less than 30 days to either decide to suffer the corporate consequence or find something else, which will require an immediate move. The pricing practice and notice constitute unprofessional, unacceptable and inappropriate manners of doing business. ALL RENTERS BEWARE!! Any and all questions are met with attitude and unprofessionalism. We have come to expect yearly increases but this business is greedy and grimy. Unit was raised 40% in LESS than a 12 month time frame. First time 20% increase in September 2023 and second 20% in June 2024. If you're looking to pay inflated pricing and deal with rude staff that knows that the only reason they are still open is because of the area/location, this is the place for you. Be warned. Lights switches for units are frequently broken. And the gate between the building and the entrance is frequently left open and unattended.

I have had to go in to the office (when someone was there) as they do not answer messages left and supposedly never receive them. So phone service/communication is a serious issue. I was also quoted a monthly price and then charged $55 though the first month was 'free' and charged over $80 in addition to what I was to pay the second month. They do not offer military discounts. Luckily I do not have a long term contract and will be vacating. This is a warning for those of you who may be interested.
