They dropped off mini mobile and after they left the Lock they gave us would not work. We called and told them our problem. We waited two weeks to get a new lock. In the meantime had to park car in front of door so nobody could get in. After a couple of months it rained really hard. We opened the mobile unit and noticed there was a leak on right side. We called them and told them our problem. We noticed there was a strong smell and realized that everything inside the mobile was molded. All our furniture was ruined. Green mold on everything. We lost all of our furniture. About 13000 dollars worth. We became so sick just trying to go thru all of our items. They have refused to pay for our loss stating that it was condensation not water damage that caused the mold when we specifically saw the water coming in on the side of roof. It was never checked out before being dropped off at our place. I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY...TERRIBLE FOLLOW THRU....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Just received notice in the mail that my unit would increase in price from $214/mo to $253/mo …read more.. which represents an increase over 18%!! We're retired people and have NOTHING going up 18% so this increase is straight out price gouging. And, we have less than 30 days to either decide to suffer the corporate consequence or find something else, which will require an immediate move. The pricing practice and notice constitute unprofessional, unacceptable and inappropriate manners of doing business. ALL RENTERS BEWARE!! These times are difficult enough without the unsuspecting consumer being gored to death in an unconscionable fashion ... our trust has been severely violated!
