I would most definately shop around before making your choice to store here. They are using their location and the new residences building in their back yard to their leverage.. The last place I had was purchased by Cube Smart, they are just as bad and provide a 10 page contract covering them from any liability for your loss if one occurs. Take your money you would spend and build a nice storage building at your home... Over a year it will cost the same then you pay nothing. Buy a high efficency thru the wall 110 A/C unit, insulate your walls and reflect your roof and you will still pay less long term. "purge and choose"

I called the number and was told they open at 11 and they were likely late so for me to wait. I waited over 30 minutes and never got a call nor did they open. I finally got a call and they as told they aren't open on Sunday and the website should have been updated. I told her it wasn't and apparently their call center didn't know of the cha he either. Apologized and stated I could go tomorrow. I scheduled it when I did both times because it was available and met my time frames. I told them o would be looking elsewhere and I don't think they even cared.
