I had looked all over town for a good climate controlled building and one that was close to us. When I walked in, I was greeted by David. Such a nice friendly guy! He told me all about the place. How clean it is and they check regularly and there are motion detectors in each unit. That way if someone goes in your unit without your permission it notifies you on your phone. That information and the location, which is closer to where we live is what made me pick this self storage place. We weren't quite ready to get a unit, but knowing the information David gave us it was the right choice. He gave our information to Christa and she called me on the phone and introduced herself. She was so pleasant and sweet. She told me she would keep our name and if a unit popped up that we were looking for she would notify us. So the next month we were in town, Christa had given us another call, so I stopped by yesterday and got to meet Christa. Such a sweet wonderful person. So pleasant and just a downright nice person. David showed me a couple of units and we decided on one and Christa helped me get all set up. This place is so clean and spotless! The inside and so clean too! I would totally recommend this place to anyone that needs a unit. Yes it might be a little more than most storage units, but when you see how clean it is and it has climate controlled units, and motion detectors you might change your mind and get one. The last place I had was purchased by Cube Smart, they are just as bad and provide a 10 page contract covering them from any liability for your loss if one occurs. Take your money you would spend and build a nice storage building at your home... Over a year it will cost the same then you pay nothing. I never once was late until my last month I was there. After y card had been declined they notified me after ten days and when I spoke to them over the phone they quoted me twice my rent and said if I showed in person they would discount my dues. Not only was this not true but when I arrived they acted as if they never said what they said. After telling me my monthly dues were now three times what I've ever paid for a single month the women behind the desk decided to call me a misogynist and other derogatory names I decided my business is better elsewhere. I hope everyone else finds anywhere else to store their things. There people so not deserve our business.
