We've been a tenant on and off…read morefor about a year since it was LockAway and have been satisfied after meeting the site manager; even with the shaky transition. The site manager, Lyle C, were helpful, pleasant and efficient; impressive feet for such a young gentleman. Though I had a few issues with the unit (leaking metal roof, outlet malfunction, inability to open the front gate remotely, and floor defects), Lyle was quick to troubleshoot and got all the issues taken care of in a very timely manner and immediately took care of 3 items; will update on the last item as time progresses. The storage units have withstand the time since LockAway but still relatively sturdy. The new management is showing promise; they have been enforcing policies, disallowing certain suspicious and dangerous activities that the previous tenants have been doing prior to the changeover. They have also installed extra LED night lights, which made the location feel much more secure. Storage is always monitored by cameras; though there were some gate issues previously, it has recently been fixed as well. Because of the convenience of the location, how well-lit and monitored, enhanced by site manager Lyle's great leadership, we will continue stay customers for now. Several different managers have been here over time; the current managers (Brian and Sky Womak) are great people and go out of their way to help their customers. Many improvements to the security of the property have been made (security cameras, new gate system, updated resurfacing of the drive areas, new storage units - larger in dimension, seemingly little things, yet still important to the structure as a whole. I signed up online as this place looked perfect on paper, chose the next shown available day to move in, drove over only to find they were closed Sunday, despite showing they weren't on Apple maps. Fine, so I go back the next day. Well past opening, no one is there besides other people needing to get in their new units. Come back an hour later, still nothing. Call the main office for help, they try to help me in but let me know you need someone in person so they try and get in touch with the manager and tell me I should hear back within an hour. The whole day goes by, meanwhile I still had to move my stuff and had already rented a van to do so, so opted for another place down the road. They ended up leaving a voicemail, I show up an hour before they closed and still waited outside a locked door for 50 minutes. Abby helped me and let me know I could get everything refunded and should hear back within a week. A few weeks go by, as I have a life and things get busy. I email to create a paper trail and was able to talk to Renee then Brian who let me know the management was shifting but let me know I should get refunded within 1-2 weeks after verifying my information. It's now been 2 MONTHS since hearing back, and I've sent many follow up emails as I will not trust a verbal confirmation at this point. They also have at least 4 different numbers listed?? Please, new management if you see this, I sent another email today.

And here I am giving one of my rare 5 star reviews, so you can imagine how stupid I feel because I forgot her name. I told myself I wouldn't do that and I did. My stupidity aside, this is your place and she is your gal. First, I ordered a unit online and that was so easy. Then I called and organized the delivery of moving pods. Which sounds easy, but working with moving pods was harder than I thought it would be. And she was so nice through all of my confusion and went out of her way to help me. Which I really appreciated because I was very stressed out at the time. Then the moving day came and I had issues with the moving company and the pod company and organizing the two. I spent the whole day in the parking lot waiting on people. And I ended up having to go into the office several times that day, for various odd reasons. Every time, she had to get up and come open the door. I felt really bad about that. But she continued to be smile-y and helpful. It was a hard, painful day for me and she was the bright spot. Thank you, B--something. Oh, it's on the tip of my tongue. Paying the bill is really easy. I pay by phone, but there are, like, 3 or 4 other ways. I have a great unit. The grounds are secure. I am very happy with my whole experience.

I've been a customer of US Storage Centers for over a year, and they initially offered some great…read morerental deals. However, they gradually increase the rent for the same unit, which is a blatant scam. They also claim that the unit's price will increase in 30 days, but a few days later, they charge the new price that was supposed to be implemented 30 days later. The company is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive, especially the management. I've visited their office three times to address these issues, and they promise that Yolanda Pena will contact me. She never does. I've also called their number and spoken to the call center, who assures me that the property manager will contact me. Yet, she never does either. Overall, US Storage Centers is a terrible company that shows no regard for its customers, rent elsewhere.
