I've been renting a unit there for a few years and both these individuals went the extra mile to help me with some past issues with my account there, and then helping making a change to a more cost-effective unit, assisted me in understanding the options, and walking thru with me to show me the various units available to make the best choice. They put so much time in assisting me, always with kindness, respect and genuinely deaireto provide the best customer service possible. We chose this location out of convenience and affordability. Unfortunately, the price should have tipped us off that the facilities weren't good. When we went to get our things out, there were rodent droppings EVERYWHERE and IN EVERYTHING. Luckily, there were no live or dead animals that we came across or I would have just given up entirely. We lost some precious memory items and several items of value which were destroyed or could not have been easily sanitized. It was gross, I felt so nasty after we cleared it out and I was gagging. Now we are stuck having to clean and sanitize what we could salvage and with the cost of replacing the damaged items. To top it off, you aren't allowed to throw things away. The dumpster is locked. A lot of people put their trash around the dumpster because of this so I'm sure the mice have a field day with that, too. Obviously, I'm upset but I don't think I have any protections in this case. Don't use this place. It's not worth the headache, loss, and health hazards to save some money.

After my original move was left incomplete, I finally received a response from the local office after posting a Google review. During our phone conversation, I was told a crew would come back to my home today between 5:00-6:00 PM to finish the job I already paid approximately $1,300 for. I rearranged my plans and made sure I was home specifically for them. No one showed up. By 7:21 PM, more than an hour after the promised window had passed, there was still no crew. I attempted to call the office and my calls were not answered. Meanwhile, the company has been active enough on social media to like my posts about this situation, yet I cannot get them to show up and complete the service I paid for. It has now been 14 days since my move, and my furniture remains unassembled and unusable. I still have portions of my reclining furniture separated, including exposed metal components, and I have been unable to properly use my living room furniture for two weeks. I have documented the condition of my home, my communications with the company, the phone calls, the promised return visit, and their social-media interactions. At this point, this is no longer simply about a disappointing moving experience. I paid for a service that was left unfinished, spent two weeks attempting to get the company to correct it, was specifically promised a crew would return today, and then was stood up without even a phone call. I gave this company another opportunity to make things right. They made another promise, I relied on that promise, and they failed to follow through. I am still requesting that All My Sons complete the job I paid for and appropriately compensate me for the unfinished service and continued loss of use of my furniture. I will continue updating this review to accurately document how this complaint is handled.

Absolutely do not rent here. I live next door and in the 3 years ive lived next door ive seen many…read moreburglaries, homeless people living in the units, and other crimes. Ive personally had to call the police several times due to burglaries and trespassers. I used to rent a space there twice but both times they raise the rent buy 50% after the first 3 to 6 months and then 100% rise in rent within the first year. They refuse to work with you about the rates and constantly harass you if rent is late. They charge extra for everything, including breaking your own lock and charging you to put their lock. Then after you pay, they keep you locked out your own unit and fail to grant gate access. THEY DO NOT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE FACILITY. police are constantly called by people like me and other neighbors.a few months ago they shot someone in one of the units. People would break into my apartment complex to gain access of the storage unit. Their solution? They put metal sheets covering only half the fence. Also they have serious pest issue with wildlife living in the premises. Many raccoons, skunks, and possums with create a high risk for rabies to the nieghbors domestic pets. The very worst place to store your possessions. They are crooks that allows crooks into their facility negligent at best.
