I have a long distance moving truck enroute to pick up my things from storage and we can't even get in. I called to confirm the storage is accessible on Sunday and the website states Monday-Sunday 6am to 10am. There is no emergency information posted on the building or anyone available to call to report a gate malfunction. I am documenting this because this situation will cost me money if my moving truck shows up here in 20 minutes and we cannot access the unit. Recommend if you are closed on Sunday, you need to inform your employees who answer the phone. You need to post signage with access hours and you need to clarify specifically on your website that you are closed on Sunday. Mon-Saturday 6am to whenever Sunday - Closed Your website clearly states you are open Sunday. Additionally, what if there is an issue or emergency on your property??????? There is no support available!!!! No other after hours line to call! Please fix this issue, and if I can't get into the storage today, I will absolutely need to be compensated for your failure to not update your access information.
