The owners, Robin & Jason, were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. The storage unit was well built and immaculate, with smooth concrete floors as well as light switches and an outlet. Perfect for our needs. Further, the area is always monitored by cameras and well gated, making us feel a good peace of mind. Also, there were a few times I worked late and needed to access the unit past the regular hours and the owner was able to help me in. Amazing experiences throughout the rental period. Because of the excellent and well built unit, well-monitored area and great service by Robin & Jason, we will definitely continue to use them given a chance. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.
