It was a horrible experience, couldn't even get to my storage space when I came and no employee was there. Elevator was not working. My husband called and they AGREED to a refund but made me come in the next day to get it. I got here and employees were conveniently both there this time and elevators were working again so therefore didn't want to give me my full refund. This location has an issue with units being broken into. I lost thousands of dollars worth of belongings. Your items aren't safe here. There have been a lot of break ins. Go to Google reviews, filter to lowest reviews, and you will read quite a few reviews of people's belongings being stolen. The company doesn't do anything. They don't even tell you when it happens. They put a new lock on your unit and never tell you. You have to just find out one day when you go try to open it up. read more

BEWARE: stay away! Some stuff was stolen n many items broken by thief. This place has big issues with theft. They warn nobody n keep it hush hush. Security cameras are terrible n all rooms have big gaps in between for thieves to slip in with ease. GM says these big gaps are " industry standard" n do nothing to improve. They don't care about your property just raise rates with crappy security. I was there all day till night n this door was roped wide open for thieves. Don't use they have had multiple break ins. There policy is not to notified you about break ins. So don't use.

QUICK AND EASY! I needed a storage unit immediately but didn't want to go driving around looking for one and getting quotes- you all that jazz. I did a quick google search, compared prices and Public Storage came out on top! Plus I was able to start my contract online, they emailed me the gate code and left my lock in the unit. Reserving and completing the initial rentals were easy. I rented two storage units but unfortunately they were on different floors.. I contacted the property manager Gwen who was very helpful in getting retal units on the same floor closer together. However, they were on the fourth floor and when I went to place items in the units, the elevator we're not working. She did contact the elevator maintenance tech who promptly came, but had no idea how long it would take to repair the time.. I was on a time restraint and after looking at other storage facilities nearby, I decided to cancel the rentals and go to a different facility. The manager Gwen was very helpful in canceling the rental agreements because I cannot do them online on the app. All in all, it was a good experience, The property is well kept and newer; which is suprising that the elevator was not working. The facility is in a good location, and decent prices in line with other storage providers. Would certainly recommend in the future. read more

August 4, 2023 Yesterday we went to our Public Storage on 10126 Potranco to put up somethings. We tried to open our unit, but to our surprise it was said if we wanted she can give us new key set. Well why wouldn't we, were paying for the storage and now she is the only one to have access to our unit. We asked why they changed our key, her response was our unit was opened and they put a new one. They never called us, so we could check our unit if anything was missing. And she responded that they have had a lot of new employees and they forgot to note it in our account. But she knew what key to bring and open our unit. When she open our unit the lock that was popped out was there in clear vision, they knew and fail us tenants. We notice things missing and things scattered. We said we have been robbed. She said she was not aware of any robberies. But other unit holders were told they had to make police reports, this was on July 31, 1 on August 2, 2023 and us on the the 3rd. Six to 8 reports were made, how can she stand there and say she's not aware of any robberies. Plus I am trying to find more reports. We were stopped by another unit member that they facility were robbed too, but company had no knowledge of this. Unit 224 also was robbed, next to ours. Followed employee to her office so she can input notes on their computer. But did not call the police, she said we had to do that on our own. But these thieves broke in to their units and the make no report. Sounds very fishy to me. Notice, I believe six monitors of security around facility behind her. I mention that they have access to view their video. She quickly responded that they don't always work. Mentioned to her that 2 Sunday back, I and another 5 people could not enter facility. Called their number and left all my information to call me back. I had traveled 20 miles to their facility to leave things in my unit. 5 minutes went by and call we called the care phone number and left a very lengthy message with all my Information for return call. Until this date no one has returned my call. I left a message before with a quick call back. She could no answer that question. Called police to make a report, then list all items that I remetll waiting on a return call.mber that taken. Then the detective will ask for security footage. I'm sure they won't have any. And they have fail to have security cameras working to protect them and our units. Called we care number 866-247-6620 and 855-8349720, talkrd to Letty , explain all my concerns, robbery. She acted like she was not aware, but I wanted someone that was management from their corporate to call me back to answer all my questions & concern why they fail a unit owners. Still waiting on a return call. Will also contact News station on We want to know and alot of publicity to know why they failed us and why are they acting like nothing happened. I got this unit and for 2 days straight of trying to move out of my apartment the system was down. I called the 2nd day and the 2 people (a guy & the manager a woman) were both rude. I asked for a refund and they were telling me that if I got a refund it would take some time because it needed to go to district. I had to stay in my apartment and pay for an extra day to move. Not to mention the elevators not working once they opened the gates. I just don't understand how I'm paying for a service and not being able to receive it and when I asked for something in return all I get is attitude? The manager woman also had the nerve to tell me that their system being down was an inconvenience for her. How? I paid for this place and nothing works and now I'm having to come out of pocket more because of this. Just would not rent here again. Probably will be out before the month is up. read more

Personally do not love the way the gate works. Once it hits 9 pm, you're locked inside. I really don't see what the harm would be to allow 30 extra minutes for people to exit, not enter. Even if it's 9:05, you're now locked in. Everything else is good. The storage units are nice and AC'd, staff is friendly. read more

The first month for a dollar was the line that reeled me in..with money tight all around this was the best facility, or so i thought!! First thing i didnt like was having to put my code everytime i tried to use the elevator, also they only have 2 flat dollies at the entrance so if you dont find one when you get there well your out of luck..i guess your carrying your stuff to your unit yourself. Last thing i could not find a restroom..they should have a restroom on every floor. read more
