I hired Evolution Moving for a whole-house move on May 21…read more Before the move, I explained the contents of the house during the estimate process so they could estimate the scope. On moving day, I emailed additional instructions because I would be unavailable by phone. I provided my partner's contact information and specifically requested that all garage items be packed and moved. Daniel Rios confirmed that everything was received and that the movers would contact my partner before leaving the house. Around 11 a.m., my move-out cleaning crew informed me that a substantial amount of property was still in the house. My partner had not received the load-up call, and I had not received any updates from Evolution. After I contacted the company, I was told only a few open boxes had been left behind. When my partner arrived at the new apartment later that afternoon, the garage contents were missing and fewer items had been delivered than expected. The crew stated they had not been instructed to move anything else. When I contacted Evolution again, I was told there had been a misunderstanding. I was then offered a separate two-person crew to complete the move, but only as a new move with additional charges. When I arrived at the apartment that evening, I discovered that the dining room, kitchen boxes, and entire garage had never been moved. My friends and I ended up completing the move ourselves. It took three days and six truckloads. Afterward, I found that beds had been placed in the wrong rooms and not assembled, furniture had been left partially disassembled, room-labeled boxes had been piled in the kitchen, furniture had been scratched, and the hardware for my son's bed was missing. Justin Rodriguez later located the missing screws in the back of the truck, though some were badly bent. I emailed Daniel seeking a response and he replied with a completely ai-generated email blaming me for the misunderstanding. To Justin's credit, he came to my apartment on his day off to help move furniture into the correct rooms and assemble it. Throughout this entire process, he was the only person who consistently communicated with me and attempted to help resolve the situation. What ultimately disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. I repeatedly had to initiate communication myself, and after the move I called the owner every day for a week and left a voicemail seeking a resolution. My calls were never returned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evolution Moving.

Before I knew it, they had carried my old couches out and moved the new ones upstairs. I tried to tip them for their help, but they wouldn't accept it. The guys were very helpful in explaining everything they were doing and made sure they knew what exactly we wanted them to take. I appreciated that they took the time to meticulously, but quickly, wrap everything (taking off sofa feet and table legs where necessary to ensure a safe move). They all worked incredibly hard to ensure we got everything moved to exactly where we wanted it in our new house in a timely manner. In addition, they were all very courteous and friendly and made sure to ask us if we had any questions or concerns at several points. It's hard to find dependable, trustworthy, and fairly-priced movers so it was fantastic to work with Round Table who met all of these criteria.
