The management at American Eagle is excellent, John, the owner is super friendly and helped us choose a nice space, he is onsite a lot and keeps everything looking great. The whole facility is paved and covered. The amenities are top notch: electricity, dump station, phone app for 24 hour access and security cameras everywhere. Their rates are fair and affordable. John even has a nice spacious spot in the back with utilities (50 amp, sewer and water) he lets renters use to show their units to prospective buyers if they decide to sell, it worked like magic for us. We are so happy we stored our rig at American Eagle!

They did not have…read morethe power or the in unit lights and were farthest from my new home but were tied in value on my comparison list. What really made this place stand out was the man working the office . It was the last day before the Labor Day weekend and for the first time in 50 years I locked my keys in my truck.. I have left the back windows cracked because of the heat and the man was nice enough to bring a chair out and help me reach through and get my doors unlocked so I could actually get home that day without having to pay for a locksmith. Very kind, very helpful, and like I said they were competitive in price. If they had been closer to the house I probably would've went with this storage.

Cindy and Mark were extremely accommodating, professional, and went way beyond expectations. Every detail of the contract was explained , Cindy walked Me To the storage unit , pointed where to find bathrooms , reviewed the lock / mechanism for the unit and entrances/exits.I should also note this is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. They provided me with the use of the company truck to move boxes and household items to the unit. This was a added value I was not expecting, which made the move easier and less expensive. Needless to say I had a great experience doing business with Morningstar in Boerne. I plan on recommending Morningstar to all my friends.

This review reflects the service that Blue Sky provided as a U-Haul agent. The gentleman at the counter was cordial but made an inappropriate political comment about the price of "Biden's gas" versus U-Haul's gasoline. Customer service is not the place for politics or other subjects. This was very off putting. The next problem is that I reserved a furniture dolly, which was not in the vehicle. What if I had not checked? The final problem was that the windshield was absolutely filthy inside and out. I am not exaggerating when I say that the inside had palpable crud that looked like bird feces. The outside looked as if it had never been cleaned. I had zero problems with the truck itself. So, U-Haul gets 5 stars but Blue Sky gets a thumbs down.

First when we got…read morethere there would not allow us to park they told us we had to get dropped off even though the rental was only for 4 hrs. The rental was suppose to be for $19.95 for the truck for 4 hrs, $1.00 for environment fee, $11.00 for insurance, .79 for mileage which was around 18 miles, and then taxes which should have come out to around $53.95. We only used 2.5 hrs of the van usage and when my daughter returned it they would not give her a receipt. When I checked my bank account they charged me $67.94 which shows extra charges on there. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and charged me extra fees without explaining why. I do not recommend Uhaul at this location to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company.
