Let me tell you---if your storage unit is inside of what appears to be the property managers house, you're gonna have a real booger of a time accessing your unit. The ONLY way to access your locker is through a side door which is seldom open. So, you try to call the place to check to see if said door is unlocked and you'll be greeted with a voicemail almost every time---so if you REALLY want to get in contact with the property manager just pay your rent one day late then you'll get in touch with her REAL quick, seems to be the only way to get their attention. Today I drove out to clear out my unit and CANCEL my account there and this piece of trash business was closed for some arbitrary reason and I wasn't able to do either (even tho Google said they would be open). This happens often by the way, even tho it seems like someone lives there, no one is ever in the front office. Also, the lil path you have to drive on to access your unit can only be described as "V Shaped" and can barely fit two cars going through at the same time. I cannot understand how ANYONE can give this place 5 stars, surely they must be friends or family of whoever owns this place or bots. That's the only possible explanation because this place is a freakin JOKE! DO. NOT. GIVE. THIS. PLACE. YOUR. HARD. EARNED. MONEY.
