Nermana was amazing! I wasn't sure how to decorate our cake for our U19 soccer team. It had to be simple (and tasty), but I also wanted it to display support for our club. Well, the vanilla cake with vanilla filling, and whipped cream frosting was moist and delicious. Definite quality. What made my day, though, was that she decorated it with our club badge. We were all smiles, it being the last year for our boys in club soccer. She's awesome! read more

We requested to have a customized dragon themed cake made for a three-year-old little boy birthday party. She completely blew it out of the park, did a great job on everything. I highly, highly recommend her. On top of everything else, she did this pretty much up with 48 hours until the party. Amazing, amazing baker and artist. read more

Worst customer service EVER! I called to have a cake made for my child's birthday many times...no call back! I eventually got a hold of somebody and ask if they can make a cake in September, She told me to text a picture of the cake I wanted and when I did, she said "I can't make that." And those were her exact words! And haven't heard back! I then sent another message and asked if they can make a more simpler cake and the lady I spoke with said "send me a picture of it." And I never heard back! Customer service is number one..And this place sure does not have good customer service. read more

I bought a custom cake from Sweetart for my fiancee's surprise 30th birthday party. It was a really funny adult themed cake of a certain prescription bottle used to help "old" men to 'perform' better (I hope you get my drift~) The design required there be 'pills' spread around the prescription bottle too which she used colored sugar cookies in shape of a pills. I also wanted certain writing be seen on the cake board. And she totally exceeded my expectations on this. Instead of having the writing on the cake board, she instead so creatively wrote the writing on an RX Prescription, what you would get from a doctor. One Word to describe Nermana and her creative talent for cakes? BRILLIANT! I have never been more stressed to plan my first ever party and to have such an amazing experience with buying the birthday cake was beyond bless-full. Birthday boy LOVED his cake and everyone thought it was so clever and funny. I also got one dozen chocolate covered strawberries and everyone raved those too. I cannot say enough good things about going to her for my custom designed cake. Trust me though, you are in amazing hands if you choose to go with Sweetart for ANY occasion. I am a pretty eccentric person to deal with at times and none of my questions ever bothered her too. 5 stars truly is not enough to give back. You have my business Sweetart! read more

My wedding guest are still raving about my cake. It was so flavorful and moist. The cake looked so elegant. My florist gave me the flowers, but they did have some available for an upcharge. I just wanted to make sure that it matched my wedding. The price was where I thought it would be and they delivered. I feel my cake was simple but it looked amazing. read more

We ordered a cake and literally paid $200 for it and it was so simple with basically no deco on it. There were three flowers and it was a naked cake. I had asked for some flowers on top and there were two small pink flowers and a purple one. No leaves, no greenery, nothing. She had mentioned that I should just put some real flowers on the cake, but it is not easy (not advisable) to just throw flowers in a cake. Some are poisonous and some shed pollen, and I don't think you can just walk i somewhere and buy some flowers to put on I don't think I've ever seen a naked cake like this one online. read more

I am giving Nermana 5 stars. I found her by looking at the reviews here on yelp. My son had a sports birthday party last weekend and he specifically asked for a Raiders football field as his cake. I did some searches on Pinterest and found a cake I knew he would like and sent those pictures to Nermana. The cake looked better than the cake I sent her from Pinterest! She truly did an amazing job, paid attention to detail, and it looked fantastic! I am now having her make cookies for another event I have this weekend! I am sure they will look fantastic as well. read more

Pro: - communication through email and phone was outstanding. Answers emails by a day or two. Cons: - we had a scheduled cake tasting weeks in advance. She didn't offer to ask what flavors we were interested in. Once we got there we were offered cakes that were baked DAYS ago while she had mentioned the cakes were from request from other tasters. - The cake was OK. Soft yet dry, nothing different then other bake shops. And you pay $4 something for the tasting. - told her my vision, felt like she was trying to change the vision and didn't get the good vibes after. She gave me a $6 per slice in original email then raised it to $7 because of "market value" ok... read more

I checked with several cake baking shops to ask about designing a cake and cost for a 50th Birthday cake. Some informed me that their primary business was wedding cakes and referred me to another bake shop. Some bake shops did not reply to voice mail or email. During my search for a cake baking shop I found Sweetart Creative baking shop. The response to my inquiry was immediate. I met with Nermana to discuss a cake design. I was very impressed with her ability and positive attitude to work with me on a design. Nermana and I exchanged ideas over email, phone calls, text messages and attachments to get the job done and resulting in an excellent design and product. The shop is neat and clean. I don't think you could ask for more, which is why I highly recommend this bake shop. read more

Had a very disappointing experience with sweetart bakery. I ordered a cake for my daughter's bday. I asked her to make a simple 6" fondant cake. And she charged 80$ for that, when I got the cake it was not fondant bit it's buttercream. I got buttercream cake for fondant cake price. And the filling was not good. Only thing which was good was the finishing of the cake. I should have ordered at Safeway and saved so much money. read more

Based on online reviews, I decided to try Sweetart last weekend for some custom cupcakes I wanted for a small graduation party. I custom-selected 3 different types of cake and frosting. I was planning to not have a cake at our wedding because I had arranged a dessert table and I personally don't like cake! About 2 weeks before our big day, I decided to just search and see. I found Sweetart on yelp and decided to call! Prices are GREAT. This is one of the reasons why I ended up deciding to have a cake at our wedding! Not only that, but this bakery was very easy to work with! TWO weeks before our wedding and DONE. I had a beautiful cake!!! Cake tasting was also very easy. As I said, I dislike cake, but LOVED theirs! I was VERY excited for all our guests to have this cake! The cake was delivered and beautiful- I had a worry free experience! Overall, I'm very happy I decided to have cake at our wedding and extremely fortunate to have came across Sweetart. You won't be disappointed! read more

Wow is all I can say about my experience ordering gingerbread men from Sweetart bakery! We had a company event where we wanted employees to be able to decorate their own gingerbread men with icing & sprinkles. Not only was Nermana so wonderful to speak with over the phone when I set up the order, but she provided us with the most delicious 8' gingerbread men AND sent along icing pre-bagged in piping bags in assorted holiday colors! I was so impressed & so were the employees. When I walked into the store, I couldn't believe how beautiful the pastries, cakes & cookies were as well. Her staff is very friendly & helpful. Hi- we ordered my daughter's birthday cake and cupcakes from this place. All my guests loved it and only wanted to know where did I get it from. The flavor of the cake was red velvet. It was. Wet moist and fresh even though I picked up the cake on Saturday evening and my daughter's birthday was on Sunday. Generally on birthday parties I am always left with lots of cake but this time no leftovers. Hence I would love to give this place 5 stars. read more

I absolutely LOVED my wedding cake! It looked exactly how I imagined. I felt so excited when I saw it. My guests complimented on how good all the flavors were, especially the coconut coffee cake. Wow service was amazing. The owner (whose name was very unique so I can not believe I forgot!) was really sweet and helpful. I needed something and she pointed me just in the direction. I made sure to come back and show a token of my appreciation by purchasing a couple cake pops. Man were they tasty! Had me coming back inside for some more where she really hooked it up! I am not even one of a real big sweet tooth and she brought me back to the days when a fam member and I sold/gave cake pops away! They were just as delicious! Way tastier then Starbucks. I do believe they should have a vegan cake pop though to expand there cliental. Thats my side note that I hope she implements cuz it'll surely get me coming again for another when I take care of business in that area. I almost docked it a star bt she deserves the whole 5 lol if in a year i dnt see that Vegan pop know that ill be coming for an update on that review read more
