Came here for the first time for a quick dinner date with my mom. Our food took a little longer to arrive to our table, so my mom went to check in just as they were bringing it out. The employee apologized for the long wait and offered both of us free custard to make it right. Not necessary, but very thoughtful and great customer service. Of course we accepted and enjoyed our food (and the complimentary custard) very much. Delicious! Will be back. read more

This place is disgusting. Every empty table was dirty. Staff is unfriendly and tired looking. Asked for a table to be wiped down, was given a dirty look, and when an employee went to wipe it down for us, it was still covered in crumbs and grease. Food took forever. read more

Waited 30 minutes in store after my order was supposed to be picked up (placed at 1:20 - "ready" at 1:28 - actually ready at 2:06) I understand that it was busy but they were just sitting without being called while we were in the building and had asked twice already. read more

Fried avocado was a bit much. But in a great way! It was all so good, would definitely go for all the chicken and sandwiches again. My favorite was the Nashville hot. Korean BBQ was okay, crispy avo was also good, especially if you love avocado. Add more chicken? Yes please. What is also awesome is that you can sample each of the sauces. The signature sauce is basically a Chick-fil-a sauce (BBQ meets Honey Mustard). read more

Best chicken ever honestly, I had somebody bring me some of this when I had Covid and I was just so happy because it was so dang good

If I had a dollar for every time I've had better chicken than Super Chix, I would be a poor man because better chicken doesn't exist in all the land. Incredible! read more

Today is Halloween and I understand that businesses may close early so for that reason I called ahead to ask what time they close. The worker on the phone said they would be open until 10pm. We came around 8pm and the staff was giving us dirty looks because apparently they closed at 8pm. We mentioned it to the worker and she explained that it was slow all day so they were closing early. The cashier had a negative attitude and a lot of things on the menu were not available anymore. Overall the food was good not great. the service was very disrespectful. Not a fan of the customer service. read more

Really good. The food is good but without the "aesthetic" look of the place I'm not sure it would have been quite as good. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, and the sauces were okay. The custard was definitely the best part! read more

Deep fried avocados filled with cheese?! Ummm, yes please. On a salad with chopped fried chicken? Yes again. I want to eat here for the rest of my life. Super Chix is the stuff daydreams are made of... can't wait to go back! read more

Wish I hadn't found this place as I now find excuses to come. Family dinner, business meetups, quick lunch by myself. It's fantastic. So far I've tried something new every time and it's all been amazing. And such a breath of fresh air to walk in and see people working in a clean environment practicing good hygiene and safety protocols. And all without a mask! That alone will bring me back! read more

I was a bit underwhelmed. Was told how amazing this place was. Not my experience. Truly mediocre food. We got an order to go. The food was not hot. Now I don't mean sit down hot, the food wasn't even take home warm, it was cold. I'm from the south, so excited to see fried pickles. Hands down the worst fried pickles I have ever had, they were flexible, like they had gotten wet, and under cooked. The grilled cheese was not amazing, it was grilled cheese. They claim everything is BIG, not so. Also, in a take out bag, they forgot the sauces, no napkins or forks. The Nashville hot chicken flavor was good, that is the positive I can give. read more

The first time we came here the food was really good but this trip was a different story. My daughter wanted to come here for her 20th birthday lunch. We brought the whole family. They messed up several orders. They employee helping us was rude and the birthday girl was the main person he upset. Kinda ruined her birthday lunch. We brought in 12 people so our bill was hefty. We may take a break and see if things improve on the future. read more

Mmmmmm truly just delicious. The flavors that melted on my tongue of sweet sweet goodness. I would devour all that this menu has to offer. I cannot, nay, will not, keep myself from this fine establishment. read more

Our first time here and the food was amazing! The BEST chicken and chicken sandwich we have ever had. Try the fried avocado salad! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful answering our questions about the menu and suggestions to order. This is our new favorite! read more

Best chicken place by far, they have the best sauces, fries, and sandwiches. The service is always very good and the seating area can be a little cramped at times because there's always so many people there, but you make it work. read more

So good! I've had the Buffalo sandwich and the Buffalo salad and it's so good. Chicken is so juicy and tasty. The cheese fries are amazing too. And you have to get custard! read more

Probably the best chicken sandwich around. Yes, better than chick-fil-a, better than Popeyes, and I think I even like it better than Pretty Bird. Awesome sauces available, fries are decent. But their fried chicken...unbelievable. read more

Our second time here this week. We used to live in Arizona and would frequent Canes ChIcken. We could not find similar chicken tenders in Utah County until Super Chix came along. The sides and sandwiches are 10x better than Canes! Oh and we cannot forget about the amazing custard. Service was super fast both times, even when they were slammed with customers. Another thing we love is that they are open on Sundays! read more

First time trying Super Chix. Between quantity, quality, and price I would give it 3 stars. Now the only reason for 3 rather than 4 or 5 is the quality. The breaded chicken isn't seasoned right. The sauces they use for the sandwich seem like a poor quality. read more

Excellent food! Best chicken around. Best fried pickles ever!!!!!! Love the sauces!!!!!

heidi was the best ever! definitely order the buffalo sandwich with the Oreo shake!

I love this place. The chicken is absolutely delicious. I've had almost everything on their menu. The fries are delicious, we order them w light seasoning because they are pretty salty, but still good! I like both the rosemary and Cajun fries. If you get the chicken tenders, they are small so get at least 4 or 5. I liked the avacado sandwich, the deluxe sandwich, and the Cajun sandwich. All very flavorful and are my favorites. I didn't really like the BBQ sandwich, though. Messy and not as much flavor. The custard is so good- I've had strawberry cheesecake, cookies & cream, nutterbuter, and Oreo cheesecake. I didn't care for the Oreo cheesecake, but all of the others were great! They only have Pepsi products, which is unfortunate if you want Diet Coke like I do. But overall, it's a great place and one of our favorites. read more

This place is DELICIOUS!!! This is the perfect example of all those awesome food TikToks!! I wish they had one back in California but I will definitely come here every time I come to visit Utah! read more

Amazing place. Great food. 10/10 would recommend. I'm mostly posting this review because of the negative reviews left by people because no one was wearing masks. They follow State guidelines. What else do You want? Awesome food. Can't wait to try it all read more

Their quality of food is unmatched. I get the Cheesy BBQ chicken sandwich + Cajun fries and it's so good every time! I am really picky with my chicken quality, but here, there hasn't been a single issue. The best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Portions are a good size, especially their fries. They also have really good sauces! read more

This was the best. Took the family and we were able to satisfy everyone. The chicken with avocado is amazing. Don't forget the frozen custard. super Chix is better and more affordable than the other chicken restaurants. read more

So the food was pretty good but the service was absolutely fantastic! All thanks to Ethan, he treated me and my friend like kings, it's impossible not to tip this guy! This is going to be my new spot thanks to him! read more

I've said it once, and I'll say it again super Chix has got the chicken game by the throat. The source selection is primo, the chicken is so juicy you won't believe it. And the hospitality is unmatched today Ethan served me, and he is the definition of a great worker. This man needs a raise. everyone come try some great chicken. read more

I was dying to go to this place and I'm glad I did. Although I went during covid it was still great service and yummy food. The portions are great, and I loved how fast it was. Honestly worth the drive for anyone who isn't near this place. read more

I was very pleased. The fried pickles were amazing as were the rosemary pepper fries. Tenders were obviously fresh and large portions as well. We will be back read more

Super fun place and delicious food. There are a lot of options that you won't find at other restaurants. The crispy avocado sandwich is so good. The Korean bbq sandwich had really good flavor but was fairly spicy. *Disclaimer: I typically don't handle heat as well as others. Fried pickles were on point. Really great addition to our dine out options. read more

Wow. I am at a loss of words. From the moment I stepped into this establishment, my thoughts towards chicken were changed forever. I WILL be returning very soon to sit down and enjoy every bite of another delectable meal. Thank you Super Chix. read more

This place is indeed super. The food is like Chick-fil-A but somehow more epic. Amazing chicken sandwiches and great tasting pickles. I had the strawberry shake and it tast awesome. The fries are fine. The only thing I wish they'd do differently is everything comes in these plastic case and there is like a truckload of recycling at the end of your meal. I wish they had more eco friendly packaging. read more

Food is 10/10, and their drive through service right now is A+. They are so on the ball, and very friendly. Delicious chicken sandwiches- I recommend the Bacavo Ranch! read more

The food is great but the employees suck every time I go here. They always leave the food out and let it get cold. Today when I went I was waiting for them to bring me my food, the place was empty and all the workers except a couple were screwing around. I had to go ask if this was my food and get it myself. They always have an attitude and just look gross also. Food is good tho. Just always ruins the experience for me read more

Went here hoping for a great chicken sandwich never been before. Ordered the Korean BBQ and rosemary fries. If you are looking for huge portion this is your place for sure! The fries were overly salty but still good, the sandwich was huge slaw was good but in my opinion the chicken had way way way too much sauce on it. It was kind of like eating a bottle of sauce with a touch of chicken, that being said it did taste ok I will just get something next time and have them put less sauce on it. read more

Dylan was awesome in giving us suggestions and good service. The food was amazing (accept the salad). I had the fried avacado sandwich with chicken covered in buffalo sauce added to it. Best chicken sandwich I've ever had read more

Great food and service. Love the fries- similar to in-n-out with more options. Got the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and added bacon and avocado. My wife loved her buffalo chicken salad and the custard was awesome. The service is fast so if the line is long no worries your order comes out quick . read more

Really good, a little on the pricy side & they messed up on my "To Go" ordering ..the kid meal order was missing the chocolate milk and the mini custardHopefully next time the staff will make sure all item are in bag!By the time I got home with the food, the custard HAd leaked all over! Should put the custard in taller container so that as the custard melts it doesn't leak over and out the rim and lid.... packaging properly for "to go"orders is essential. Lots of people do door Dash .... package properly for transport.... read more

A friend recommended this place a few times to I had to check it out. The chicken was tasty and they have a bunch of sauces, which was fun. True to what I was told, their chocolate custard was yummy without being too rich, so I could eat a ton . While the food wasn't out of this world, their customer service was honestly remarkable! read more
